A water heater valve assembly comprises a water pipeline, a control valve and a shell, and is characterized in that the water pipeline and the control valve are integrally arranged in the shell, the water pipeline comprises a main pipe, and a tap water inlet pipe, a mixed water outlet pipe and a hot water inlet pipe which are vertically arranged on the main pipe, the tap water inlet pipe and the hot water inlet pipe are communicated with the main pipe, the mixed water outlet pipe is not communicated with the main pipe, a partition plate for separating a heat insulation water path and a cold water path is arranged in the main pipe by taking the mixed water outlet pipe as a boundary, the control valve comprises the mixed water valve, a mixed water valve seat is arranged at the joint of the mixed water outlet pipe and the main pipe, a first valve hole, a second valve hole and a third valve hole are arranged at the bottom of the mixed water valve seat, so that a valve cavity of the mixed water valve is communicated with the mixed water outlet pipe, the hot water path and, the water mixing valve seat and the water pipeline are integrally molded.

The water heater valve assembly according to claim 1, wherein the housing includes a housing and a base, the base is provided with a support plate, the main pipe is provided on the support plate, the water pipe further includes a water tank liner water replenishing pipe and a water tank coil water replenishing pipe, the tap water inlet pipe, the water tank liner water replenishing pipe, the water tank coil water replenishing pipe, the mixed water outlet pipe and the hot water inlet pipe are vertically arranged on the main pipe in sequence, the water tank liner water replenishing pipe is not communicated with the main pipe, and the water tank coil water replenishing pipe is communicated with the main pipe.

The water heater valve assembly as recited in claim 2, wherein the control valve further comprises a water replenishing valve, a water replenishing valve seat is arranged at the joint of the water replenishing pipe of the water tank inner container and the main pipe, a fourth valve hole and a fifth valve hole are arranged at the bottom of the water replenishing valve seat, so that a valve cavity of the water replenishing valve is communicated with the water replenishing pipe of the water tank inner container and a cold water path of the main pipe, and cold water is input into the water replenishing pipe of the water tank inner container through the valve holes under the control of the water replenishing valve.

The water heater valve assembly as recited in claim 3, wherein the mains water inlet conduit passes through the main conduit and has an extension conduit at an opposite end of the main conduit, the extension conduit having a flow control post removably disposed therein, the adjustment end of the flow control post being accessible to the opening of the mains water inlet conduit in the main conduit to regulate the flow of water.

The water heater valve assembly according to claim 4, wherein a first valve cover is disposed on the mixing valve seat, a first valve core is disposed in the mixing valve seat and is matched with the first valve hole, the second valve hole and the third valve hole, a first relay and a first gear are disposed on the first valve cover, an adjusting column of the first valve core penetrates through the first valve cover and is matched with a through hole of the first gear, a first motor mounting seat is disposed at a joint of the main pipe and the water replenishing pipe of the water tank coil pipe, a first motor is disposed on the first motor mounting seat, and a second gear meshed with the first gear is connected to the first motor.

The water heater valve assembly according to claim 5, wherein a second valve cover is disposed on the water replenishing valve seat, a second valve element matched with the fourth valve hole and the fifth valve hole is disposed in the water replenishing valve seat, a second relay and a third gear are disposed on the second valve cover, an adjusting column of the second valve element penetrates through the second valve cover and is matched with a through hole of the third gear, a second motor mounting seat is disposed at a joint of the main pipe and the extension pipe, a second motor is disposed on the second motor mounting seat, and a fourth gear meshed with the third gear is connected to the second motor.

The water heater valve assembly of claim 6, wherein a water flow sensor mounting seat is disposed on an outer wall of the water inlet tube, such that a cavity for receiving the water flow sensor is disposed in the water inlet tube, and a reduced diameter section is disposed in the water inlet tube and intersects with an inner cavity of the water flow sensor mounting seat.
8. The water heater valve assembly as recited in claim 7, wherein a first water temperature sensing socket is provided on the tank coil filler tube and a second water temperature sensing socket is provided on the mixer outlet tube.
9. The water heater valve assembly as recited in claim 8, wherein the base and the support plate, the water conduit branches, the mixing valve seat, the makeup valve seat, the first motor mount, the second motor mount, the water flow sensor mount, the first water temperature sensing mount, and the second water temperature sensing mount are integrally molded, and the housing is secured to the base.
10. The water heater valve assembly as recited in claim 9, wherein a power circuit board, a thermal fuse protector is disposed on the base.
