Abstract
The invention discloses a hydraulic elevator control mechanism with a function of sensing entry of a pipe column, which comprises: the hydraulic reversing valve comprises a trigger pin, a guide pin, a hydraulic reversing valve and a valve block, wherein the trigger pin is horizontally arranged at the lower part of the valve block; a groove is formed in the trigger pin; the guide pin is vertically arranged in the valve block, and the lower end of the guide sheath is abutted against the trigger pin. The hydraulic elevator system effectively solves the problems of well mouth explosion-proof safety, wire breakage and the like caused by the fact that the existing hydraulic elevator has no pipe column entering judging function, more control pipelines or proximity switches are adopted. The hydraulic elevator control mechanism provided by the invention is simple in structure, compact in structure, good in applicability, and safer and more convenient.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oil exploitation equipment, relates to a hydraulic elevator control mechanism with a function of sensing entry of a pipe column, and particularly relates to application of a novel hydraulic elevator control system in oil field drilling and workover operation.
Background
In the process of oil drilling, an elevator is a tool for hoisting pipes such as drill pipes, oil pipes and casing pipes. Currently, the hydraulic elevator applied to the oil field mostly has no induction pipe column entering function, the hydraulic elevator with the pipe column entering induction function in the prior art mostly adopts a proximity switch induction mode, a proximity switch needs to be connected with a power supply, the explosion-proof level requirement is high in the oil-gas field application, once leakage occurs, a great potential safety hazard exists, and the proximity switch is easily influenced by the external environment and is extremely unstable.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hydraulic elevator control mechanism with a function of sensing entry of a pipe column, aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a hydraulic elevator control mechanism with induction string entry, comprising: the hydraulic reversing valve comprises a trigger pin, a guide pin, a hydraulic reversing valve and a valve block, wherein the trigger pin is horizontally arranged at the lower part of the valve block; the trigger pin can move in the horizontal direction in the valve block; a groove is formed in the trigger pin; the guide pin is vertically arranged in the valve block, the guide pin can move in the valve block along the vertical direction, and the lower end of the guide sheath is abutted against the trigger pin.
One end of the trigger pin is connected with a spring.
The upper end of the guide pin is connected with the hydraulic reversing valve.
The hydraulic reversing valve is arranged in the valve block.
And a valve core is arranged in the hydraulic reversing valve.
The working principle of the hydraulic elevator control mechanism with the function of sensing the entering of the pipe column provided by the invention is as follows: when the hydraulic elevator needs to be closed, a pipe column firstly enters the elevator, when the pipe column touches a trigger pin, the trigger pin pushes the pipe column inwards to move by means of the pushing force of the pipe column, a groove mechanism is arranged on the trigger pin, when the trigger pin moves for a corresponding distance, the guide pin is driven to enable a contact of the guide pin to be in contact with a high point (a non-groove mechanism) of the trigger pin, the trigger pin relatively moves upwards to guide a valve core of a reversing valve to move upwards, the reversing valve reverses, and therefore a hydraulic oil path is controlled to be communicated, and the hydraulic oil path is transmitted to a corresponding pressure sensor and fed back to a related operating system. When the hydraulic elevator releases the pipe column, the spring can reset the trigger pin, so that the guide pin returns to the position of the groove mechanism of the trigger pin, the valve core of the hydraulic reversing valve is reset simultaneously, the oil way is cut off, the pressure of the corresponding pressure sensor is lost, and the feedback signal correspondingly disappears.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the mechanism provided by the invention is part of controlling the hydraulic elevator, but the mechanism determines that the hydraulic elevator can realize the function of sensing the entering of a pipe column. Compared with the prior art, the hydraulic elevator system effectively solves the problems of well head explosion-proof safety, wire breakage and the like caused by the fact that the existing hydraulic elevator has no induction pipe column entering judging function or the approach switch is adopted to judge when the pipe column enters in the prior art; the system provided by the invention has good applicability and is safer and more convenient.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples.
A hydraulic elevator control mechanism with a function of sensing entry of a pipe string as shown in fig. 1 comprises: the hydraulic reversing valve comprises a trigger pin 1, a guide pin 2, a hydraulic reversing valve 3 and a valve block 4, wherein the trigger pin 1 is horizontally arranged at the lower part of the valve block 4; the trigger pin 1 is movable in the horizontal direction inside the valve block 4; a groove is arranged on the trigger pin 1; the guide pin 2 is vertically arranged in the valve block 4, the guide pin 2 can move in the valve block along the vertical direction, and the lower end of the guide sheath 2 is abutted against the trigger pin 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a spring 5 is attached to one end of the trigger pin 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the upper end of the guide pin 2 is connected to a hydraulic directional valve 3.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the hydraulic directional control valve 3 is disposed in a valve block 4.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the hydraulic directional control valve 3 is internally provided with a valve core 8.
The working principle of the hydraulic elevator control mechanism with the function of sensing the entering of the pipe column provided by the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 2, when the hydraulic elevator needs to be closed, the pipe string 6 firstly enters the elevator 7, when the pipe string 6 touches the trigger pin 1, the trigger pin 1 pushes the pipe string 6 inwards to move by means of the pushing force of the pipe string 1, a groove mechanism 11 is designed on the trigger pin 1, when the trigger pin 1 moves for a corresponding distance, the guide pin 2 is driven, the contact point of the guide pin 2 is moved out of the groove mechanism 11 and is contacted with the high point of the trigger pin 1 (as shown in fig. 3), the trigger pin 2 relatively moves upwards to guide the valve core 8 of the reversing valve 3 to move upwards, and the reversing valve 3 reverses, so that the hydraulic oil path is controlled to be communicated, and the hydraulic oil path is transmitted to a corresponding pressure sensor and fed back to a related operating system. When the hydraulic elevator releases the pipe column 6, the spring 5 resets the trigger pin 1, so that the guide pin 2 returns to the position of the groove mechanism 11 of the trigger pin 1, the valve core 8 of the hydraulic reversing valve 3 is reset at the same time, the oil path is cut off, the pressure of the corresponding pressure sensor is lost, and the feedback signal correspondingly disappears.

A hydraulic elevator control mechanism with induction string entry, comprising: trigger pin (1), guide pin (2), hydraulic pressure switching-over valve (3) and valve block (4), its characterized in that: the trigger pin (1) is horizontally arranged at the lower part of the valve block (4); a groove (11) is arranged on the trigger pin (1); the guide pin (2) is vertically arranged in the valve block (4), and the lower end of the guide sheath (2) is abutted against the trigger pin (1).
2. The hydraulic elevator control mechanism having a function of sensing pipe string entry as claimed in claim 1, wherein: one end of the trigger pin (1) is connected with a spring (5).
