Abstract
The invention provides an organic fertilizer taking livestock and poultry manure as a raw material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of organic fertilizer processing. The organic fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 10-20 parts of biogas residues, 10-20 parts of vinasse, 10-20 parts of vinegar residues, 10-20 parts of waste edible fungus sticks, 1-5 parts of molasses, 1-5 parts of wood vinegar liquid and 1-5 parts of alginic acid. The organic fertilizer has wide raw material source and low cost. The organic fertilizer has high fertility, the fertilizing amount is lower than that of the traditional excrement organic fertilizer, and meanwhile, the disease resistance and the yield of crops can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of organic fertilizer processing, in particular to an organic fertilizer taking livestock and poultry manure as a raw material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of the livestock breeding industry, large-scale farms and breeding districts continuously appear, and a large amount of livestock manure is generated. Because the excrement and the soup cannot be treated timely and effectively, the excrement and the soup overflow around a plurality of farms, mosquitoes and flies fly around, the stink is offensive, the environment is seriously polluted, and the health of vast farmers is endangered. On the other hand, the livestock and poultry manure is a traditional organic fertilizer in China, and can improve soil and improve the quality and yield of agricultural products. Therefore, the organic fertilizer prepared by fully utilizing the livestock and poultry manure not only can solve the storage problem of the livestock and poultry manure, but also can improve the soil and improve the crop yield.

Preferably, the waste edible fungus sticks are one of waste pleurotus geesteranus sticks, waste pleurotus eryngii sticks and waste shiitake fungus sticks.
Preferably, the content of acetic acid in the wood vinegar is 3-6 wt%.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the organic fertilizer taking the livestock and poultry manure as the raw material, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing dried livestock and poultry manure, biogas residue, vinasse, vinegar residue and waste edible fungus sticks according to a proportion, fully mixing, mechanically crushing and sieving by a sieve of 10-100 meshes;
(2) stacking and fermenting the sieved raw materials for 1-3 months, turning the reactor core after the reactor core temperature reaches 40-45 ℃ in the fermentation process, spreading for cooling, and then stacking and fermenting;
(3) adding molasses, pyroligneous liquor and alginic acid into the fermented raw materials in the step (2) in proportion, uniformly stirring, and granulating by adopting a granulator;
(4) and drying the obtained organic fertilizer particles and then packaging.
Preferably, step (1) passes the mechanically pulverized material through a 50-100 mesh screen.
Preferably, the drying temperature in the step (4) is 50-60 ℃, and the drying time is 1-3 h.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the organic fertilizer is prepared by using livestock and poultry manure, biogas residues, vinasse, vinegar residues, waste edible fungus sticks, molasses, wood vinegar and alginic acid as raw materials, and the raw materials have wide sources and low cost; secondly, the organic fertilizer has high fertility and the fertilizing amount is lower than that of the traditional excrement organic fertilizer; the organic fertilizer can improve the disease resistance of crops, promote the growth and development of the crops and improve the crop yield.

The invention provides an organic fertilizer taking livestock and poultry manure as a raw material, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50-100 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 10-20 parts of biogas residues, 10-20 parts of vinasse, 10-20 parts of vinegar residues, 10-20 parts of waste edible fungus sticks, 1-5 parts of molasses, 1-5 parts of wood vinegar liquid and 1-5 parts of alginic acid.
In some embodiments, the livestock manure is at least one of pig manure, cow manure, chicken manure, horse manure, sheep manure.
In some embodiments, the waste edible mushroom sticks are one of waste pleurotus geesteranus sticks, waste pleurotus eryngii sticks and waste shiitake mushroom sticks.
In some embodiments, the wood vinegar has an acetic acid content of 3-6 wt%, and is prepared by collecting a reddish brown aqueous solution after gasifying and pyrolyzing bamboo powder.
The invention relates to a preparation method of an organic fertilizer by taking livestock and poultry manure as a raw material, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing dried livestock and poultry manure, biogas residue, vinasse, vinegar residue and waste edible fungus sticks according to a proportion, fully mixing, mechanically crushing and sieving by a sieve of 10-100 meshes;
(2) stacking and fermenting the sieved raw materials for 1-3 months, turning the reactor core after the reactor core temperature reaches 40-45 ℃ in the fermentation process, spreading for cooling, and then stacking and fermenting;
(3) adding molasses, pyroligneous liquor and alginic acid into the fermented raw materials in the step (2) in proportion, uniformly stirring, and granulating by adopting a granulator;
(4) and drying the obtained organic fertilizer particles and then packaging.
In some embodiments, step (1) of the present invention provides for passing the mechanically comminuted feedstock through a 50-100 mesh screen. The sieved grain size is not easy to be too fine, and the temperature rise of stacking fermentation is extremely easy to be too fast due to the excessively fine grain size, so that the humic acid content of the fermented raw materials is reduced; the problem of incomplete fermentation can also exist when the sieving particle size is too coarse.
In some embodiments, the drying temperature in step (4) of the present invention is 50 to 60 ℃ and the drying time is 1 to 3 hours.
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1
An organic fertilizer taking livestock and poultry manure as a raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50 parts of chicken manure, 15 parts of biogas residues, 15 parts of vinasse, 15 parts of vinegar residues, 15 parts of waste pleurotus eryngii mushroom sticks, 1 part of molasses, 1 part of wood vinegar with the acetic acid content of 3 wt% and 1 part of alginic acid.
The preparation method of the organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing dried livestock and poultry manure, biogas residues, vinasse, vinegar residues and waste edible fungus sticks according to a ratio, fully mixing, mechanically crushing and sieving by a 60-mesh sieve;
(2) stacking and fermenting the sieved raw materials for 3 months, turning the reactor core after the reactor core temperature reaches 45 ℃ in the fermentation process, spreading for cooling, and then stacking and fermenting;
(3) adding molasses, pyroligneous liquor and alginic acid into the fermented raw materials in the step (2) in proportion, uniformly stirring, and granulating by adopting a granulator;
(4) and drying the obtained organic fertilizer particles at 60 ℃ for 3h, and then packaging.
Example 2
An organic fertilizer taking livestock and poultry manure as a raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of cow dung, 20 parts of biogas residues, 20 parts of vinasse, 20 parts of vinegar residues, 20 parts of waste mushroom sticks, 5 parts of molasses, 5 parts of wood vinegar with the acetic acid content of 5 wt% and 5 parts of alginic acid.
The preparation method of the organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing dried livestock and poultry manure, biogas residues, vinasse, vinegar residues and waste mushroom sticks according to a ratio, fully mixing, mechanically crushing and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve;
(2) stacking and fermenting the sieved raw materials for 3 months, turning the reactor core after the reactor core temperature reaches 45 ℃ in the fermentation process, spreading for cooling, and then stacking and fermenting;
(3) adding molasses, pyroligneous liquor and alginic acid into the fermented raw materials in the step (2) in proportion, uniformly stirring, and granulating by adopting a granulator;
(4) and drying the obtained organic fertilizer particles at 60 ℃ for 3h, and then packaging.
Example 3
An organic fertilizer taking livestock and poultry manure as a raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
80 parts of horse manure, 10 parts of biogas residues, 10 parts of vinasse, 10 parts of vinegar residues, 10 parts of waste pleurotus geesteranus sticks, 3 parts of molasses, 3 parts of wood vinegar with the acetic acid content of 6 wt% and 3 parts of alginic acid.
The preparation method of the organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing dried livestock and poultry manure, biogas residues, vinasse, vinegar residues and waste edible fungus sticks according to a ratio, fully mixing, mechanically crushing and sieving by a 50-mesh sieve;
(2) stacking and fermenting the sieved raw materials for 2 months, turning the reactor core after the reactor core temperature reaches 45 ℃ in the fermentation process, spreading for cooling, and then stacking and fermenting;
(3) adding molasses, pyroligneous liquor and alginic acid into the fermented raw materials in the step (2) in proportion, uniformly stirring, and granulating by adopting a granulator;
(4) and drying the obtained organic fertilizer particles at 60 ℃ for 3h, and then packaging.
Comparative example 1
An organic fertilizer prepared from livestock and poultry manure by the process of example 1 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50 parts of chicken manure, 15 parts of biogas residues, 15 parts of vinasse, 15 parts of vinegar residues, 15 parts of waste pleurotus eryngii mushroom sticks and 1 part of molasses.
Comparative example 2
An organic fertilizer prepared from livestock and poultry manure by the process of example 1 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50 parts of chicken manure, 15 parts of biogas residues, 15 parts of vinegar residues, 15 parts of waste pleurotus eryngii fungus sticks, 1 part of molasses and 1 part of wood vinegar with the acetic acid content of 3 wt%.
Comparative example 3
The preparation method of the organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) stacking and fermenting the chicken manure for 2 months, turning the chicken manure when the reactor core temperature reaches 45 ℃ in the fermentation process, spreading for cooling, and then stacking and fermenting;
(2) granulating the fermented raw materials by adopting a granulator;
(3) and drying the obtained organic fertilizer particles at 60 ℃ for 3h, and then packaging.
The organic fertilizers prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were used for crop planting in a test base in the jubilance county of julodon, qinhuang, the organic fertilizers were used as base fertilizers and top fertilizers, and test results (the recorded result data are average values) were recorded as shown in table 1.

1. An organic fertilizer taking livestock and poultry manure as a raw material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50-100 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 10-20 parts of biogas residues, 10-20 parts of vinasse, 10-20 parts of vinegar residues, 10-20 parts of waste edible fungus sticks, 1-5 parts of molasses, 1-5 parts of wood vinegar liquid and 1-5 parts of alginic acid.
2. The organic fertilizer using livestock and poultry manure as a raw material according to claim 1, wherein the livestock and poultry manure is at least one of pig manure, cow manure, chicken manure, horse manure and sheep manure.
3. The organic fertilizer using livestock and poultry manure as a raw material according to claim 1, wherein the waste edible fungus sticks are one of waste pleurotus geesteranus sticks, waste pleurotus eryngii sticks and waste shiitake fungus sticks.
4. The organic fertilizer using livestock and poultry manure as a raw material according to claim 1, wherein the content of acetic acid in the wood vinegar is 3-6 wt%.
5. The method for preparing the organic fertilizer from the livestock and poultry manure as the raw material according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing dried livestock and poultry manure, biogas residue, vinasse, vinegar residue and waste edible fungus sticks according to a proportion, fully mixing, mechanically crushing and sieving by a sieve of 10-100 meshes;
(2) stacking and fermenting the sieved raw materials for 1-3 months, turning the reactor core after the reactor core temperature reaches 40-45 ℃ in the fermentation process, spreading for cooling, and then stacking and fermenting;
(3) adding molasses, pyroligneous liquor and alginic acid into the fermented raw materials in the step (2) in proportion, uniformly stirring, and granulating by adopting a granulator;
(4) and drying the obtained organic fertilizer particles and then packaging.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the mechanically pulverized raw material is passed through a 50-100 mesh sieve in step (1).
7. The method according to claim 5, wherein the drying temperature in step (4) is 50-60 ℃ and the drying time is 1-3 hours.
