Of course, when the filter member 65 is made of a high temperature resistant material such as metal, a layer of the filter member 65 (not shown) may be directly wrapped outside the heating element 8.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 6, a heating circulation pump 6 in the present embodiment is different from embodiment 3 described above in that: the pump shell 60 of the heating circulating pump 6 is provided with a water inlet 66 communicated with the chamber 63, a filtering piece 65 is arranged in the water inlet 66, the filtering piece 65 alone forms an independent chamber forming a heating cavity 64, and the heating element 8 is arranged in the heating cavity 64 formed by the filtering piece 65.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the filter member 65 is disposed inside the water inlet 66 and is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the water inlet 66; the heating element 8 is arranged in the water inlet 66 which is defined by the filtering member 65 alone, and the heating element 8 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the filtering member 65 and/or the water inlet 66 so as to realize the fixed installation of the heating element 8 in the heating circulating pump 6.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that foreign matters such as lint trapped outside the heating chamber 64 can be washed away with the water flow, at least a part of the periphery of the filter element 65 and the inner wall of the water inlet 66 need to be spaced apart from each other by a gap, or a passage for allowing the water flow to directly flow to the water outlet 67 without being filtered is formed in the filter element 65, so that at least a part of the water flow flowing into the cavity 63 from the water inlet 66 can flow to the water outlet 67 without passing through the heating chamber 64, and the effect of washing away the foreign matters such as lint trapped outside the heating chamber and not accumulating at the heating circulation pump is achieved. The specific structure of the filter member 65 may be the structure of embodiment 2 or embodiment 3, or may be another structure.
In order to ensure that the heating element 8 does not burn or the like on other components, the heating element 8 and the filter member 65 need to be spaced apart from each other by a gap. Of course, when the filter member 65 is made of a high temperature resistant material such as metal, a layer of the filter member 65 (not shown) may be directly wrapped outside the heating element 8.
In this embodiment, the filtering member 65 and the heating element 8 may be disposed at the water outlet 67 of the pump housing 60, so as to achieve the same effect of heating the water flowing through.
Example 5
The present embodiment differs from the above embodiments in that: two chambers are arranged in the pump shell 60 of the circulating heating pump 6, wherein at least part of one chamber forms a heating cavity 64, at least part of the driving device 61 is arranged in the other chamber 60, and the water inlet 66, the heating cavity 64, the chamber 60 and the water outlet 67 of the circulating heating pump 6 are sequentially communicated in series with one another to form a water path 62 through which water flows. The heating element 8 is disposed in the heating chamber 64 and the water path 62 is provided with a filter 65 for filtering water flowing toward the heating element 8. By means of the above-mentioned arrangement, it is likewise possible to realize the effect of integrating the heating element 8 on the circulation pump and heating the flow-through water stream by means of the heating element 8. (not shown in the drawings)
Example 6
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, a heating circulation pump 6 is described, and a filter member 65 is provided along any cross section of the water path 62; the heating element 8 is disposed in the water path 62 downstream of the filter element 65. Through the arrangement, the filtering piece filters and intercepts foreign matters such as thread scraps in the water channel, so that the filtered water is contacted with the downstream heating element, and the effect of avoiding the contact of the foreign matters such as the thread scraps and the heating element can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, a filter 65 covering a water inlet 66 is disposed in a chamber 63 of the heating circulation pump 6, and a plurality of hollow-out filter holes through which water flows and which intercept foreign matters such as thread scraps in the water flow are disposed on the filter 65; or, filter 65 comprises the multirow grid muscle of crisscross arranging of horizontal and vertical, and the clearance between the grid muscle constitutes the fretwork filtration hole that supplies rivers to pass, intercepts foreign matter such as line bits in the rivers. Filter the periphery of 65 and the chamber wall of cavity 63 and laminate mutually and contact and sealing connection to make the rivers that flow in from water inlet 66 all need pass and flow into cavity 63 after the fretwork filtration pore that sets up on filtering piece 65, reached and carried out foreign matter such as thread scraps to whole rivers that flow through heating circulating pump 6 and held back filterable purpose.
In this embodiment, the chamber 63 on the downstream side of the filter 65 is entirely provided with a heating chamber 64, and the heating element 8 is directly provided in the chamber 63 to heat the water flowing into the chamber 63 after filtering and trapping foreign matters such as lint.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the heating uniformity, the heating element 8 may be provided as at least one ring of annular structure arranged around the chamber axis; and in order to avoid burning damage to the pump shell, the filter piece 65 and the like caused by the heating element 8, gaps are required to be arranged between the heating element 8 and the cavity wall of the cavity 63 and between the heating element 8 and the filter piece 65 so as to ensure that the heating element 8 is not in direct contact with other parts of the heating circulating pump 6.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the passability of the water flow in the heating circulation pump 6, the following settings may be performed: the heating element 8 and the driving device 61 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the pump shell 60, so that the heating element 8 heats the water flowing into the chamber 63 from the water inlet 66, and then the heated water flows out from the water outlet 67 under the action of the driving device 61. Meanwhile, the water inlet 66 is arranged on the side of the heating element 8, and the water outlet 67 is arranged on the side wall of the pump shell 60 close to the driving device 61, so that the axes of the water inlet 66 and the water outlet 67 are vertically arranged, and the water inlet 66 and the water outlet 67 are respectively connected with a pipeline. Furthermore, the impeller 68 of the driving device 61 is parallel to the axis of the water inlet 66; preferably, the impeller 68 of the driving device 61 is disposed to coincide with the axis of the water inlet 66, so that the water flowing into the chamber 63 from the water inlet 66 flows along the circumferential wall of the chamber 63 under the stirring action of the rotating impeller 68, and then is thrown out from the water outlet 67 formed in the radial direction, thereby achieving the effect of providing a flow driving force to the water flowing through the heating and circulating pump 6.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the normal operation of the electric components of the heating and circulating pump 6, the motor 69 of the driving device 61 is disposed outside the pump housing 60 and outside the water channel 62, and only the rotating shaft of the motor 69 is inserted into the chamber 63 and connected to the impeller 68 in the chamber 63 for driving the impeller 68 to rotate. At the same time, the connection 81 of the heating element 8 is arranged outside the pump housing 60, in order to ensure that the supply lines of the heating element 8 do not come into contact with the water flowing through the heating circulation pump 6.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid the foreign matters such as thread scraps intercepted outside the cavity 63 by the filtering member 65 to be accumulated at the heating circulation pump 6, the heating circulation pump 6 may be disposed between the water inlet end and the water outlet of the outer tub of the circulation pipe, and the water inlet 66 of the heating circulation pump 6 is respectively communicated with the outer tub and the drain pipe of the washing machine through the tee joint, so that the foreign matters such as thread scraps intercepted are flushed away along with the drainage water flow of the washing machine, and the problem that the foreign matters such as thread scraps are piled and retained at the heating circulation pump 6 is avoided.
Example 8
As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment is based on embodiment 7, and further has the following technical features: a gap 612 is arranged between the filter element 65 and the inner wall of the pump shell 60 or on the filter element 65 for allowing part of water flow in the water path 62 to directly flow to the water outlet 67 without filtering.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a filter element 65 is disposed in the chamber, covering the place where the chamber communicates with the water inlet, to filter the water flowing into the chamber; a certain gap is left between the periphery of the filtering piece 65 and the wall of the cavity chamber, or a channel is arranged on the filtering piece to form a gap 612 correspondingly, so that the unfiltered water flow in the water path directly flows into the cavity chamber from the gap.
Meanwhile, the notch 612 and the heating element 8 are arranged in a staggered mode, so that the trapped thread scraps flow into the cavity 63 through the notch 612 and are washed away from the water outlet 67 along with the water flow flowing through the heating circulating pump, and the problems that the thread scraps and other foreign matters trapped by the filter elements are washed away along with the water flow and the heating circulating pump is accumulated can be solved.
Preferably, in order to improve the filtering shielding effect and prevent the unfiltered water from contacting the heating element 8, the filtering member 63 is provided with a folded edge at the notch, which is bent toward the side of the heating element 8, so as to guide the unfiltered water to the water outlet 67 without contacting the heating element 8.
Example 9
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment describes a washing machine equipped with the circulation heat pump 6 of the above embodiment, which includes a housing 1; an outer barrel 2 is arranged in the shell 1, and the outer barrel 2 can generate vibration displacement through a damping device and is arranged on the shell 1 and used for containing washing water; an inner barrel 3 is arranged in the outer barrel 2, the inner barrel 3 is connected with a driving motor 10 through a rotating shaft, and is rotatably arranged in the outer barrel 2 and used for containing a load to be washed; the inner barrel 3 is provided with washing holes for connecting and communicating the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 2, so that washing water can flow between the inner barrel and the outer barrel through the washing holes; the water inlet pipe 9, the water outlet end is communicated with the outer barrel 2 and is used for supplying water to the outer barrel 2 of the washing machine.
The washing machine of the present invention may be a drum-type washing machine or a pulsator-type washing machine, and the following is developed for convenience of description by taking a pulsator-type washing machine as an example: the outer barrel 2 and the inner barrel 3 are coaxially and vertically arranged, the lower end of the inner barrel 3 is sealed by the bottom of the inner barrel 3, a stirring structure is arranged in the inner barrel 3, and the stirring structure can be any device which can stir the washing water contained in the outer barrel 2 in the prior art, such as: as shown in fig. 1 to 2, a pulsator 4 is installed at the bottom of the inner tub 3.
In this embodiment, the outer tub 2 is provided with a circulating pipe 5, two ends of the circulating pipe 5 are respectively communicated with the bottom and the upper part of the outer tub 2, the circulating pipe 5 is connected in series with a heating circulating pump 6, and the heating circulating pump 6 is used for providing power to drive water at the bottom of the outer tub 2 to flow to the upper part of the outer tub through the circulating pipe. Preferably, in order to facilitate installation and installation, the circulation pipe 5 is disposed outside the outer tub 2, the circulation pipe 5 extends vertically, and the upper and lower ends of the circulation pipe are respectively communicated with the bottom and the top of the outer tub 2 to form a circulation flow passage for circulation flow of the washing water; the heating circulation pump 6 is installed at the lower side of the bottom of the outer tub 2.
In this embodiment, the outer tub 2 is provided with a spraying structure 7, the spraying structure 7 is connected to the water outlet end of the circulation pipe 5, and the spraying structure 7 is provided with a plurality of spraying holes for spraying water toward the inner tub 3, so as to uniformly spray the circulation water supplied from the circulation pipe 5 into the inner tub 3 in a spraying manner, so that the circulation water can uniformly spray the load contained in the inner tub 3, and the mixing uniformity of the washing water and the load in the inner tub 3 can be improved. Meanwhile, because the washing water contained in the outer barrel 2 is pumped out under the action of the heating circulating pump 6, the washing water flowing through the washing water is uniformly distributed under the action of the impeller in the heating circulating pump 6 when flowing through the heating circulating pump 6, and the distribution uniformity of the washing water is further improved. In addition, because the inlet water in the outer barrel continuously and circularly flows between the outer barrel and the circulating pipe, the washing agent, the washing powder and the like which are put into the outer barrel are uniformly distributed in the inlet water in the outer barrel under the action of the circulating water flow. Preferably, the spraying structure 7 is an annular cavity arranged at the position of a barrel opening at the top of the outer barrel 2, a plurality of water spraying ports for spraying water towards the inner barrel 3 are uniformly distributed on the inner periphery of the annular cavity, a circle of annular flow channels are arranged in the annular cavity, each water spraying port is communicated with the annular flow channels, a water inlet communicated with a water outlet of the circulating pipe 5 is arranged on the periphery of the spraying structure 7, and the water inlet is communicated with the annular flow channels inside the spraying structure 7.
In this embodiment, the heating circulation pump 6 is provided with a heating element 8, and the heating element 8 may be any one of the existing devices that directly contacts with water flow and heats, for example: electrical heating wires, heat exchange devices, and the like. The heating element 8 can act directly on the water flow flowing through the heating circulation pump 6 to directly heat the flowing water flow; alternatively, a chamber is disposed on the heating circulation pump 6, the heating element 8 heats the water flow in the chamber, and the chamber is communicated with the outer tub 2 via a pipeline, so that the heat generated by the heating element 8 is transferred via the communicated water flow itself to heat the washing water in the outer tub 2.
In the present embodiment, the heating circulation pump is mounted on a drum washing machine, the outer tub is provided as an outer tub having a horizontal or inclined axis, and an inner tub is mounted in the outer tub so as to be rotatable relative thereto. The circulating pipe is set outside the outer cylinder, the bottom of the outer cylinder is connected to the inner cylinder by the circulating pipe, and the heating circulating pump is set on the circulating pipe to make the washing water flow into the inner cylinder.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A heating circulation pump, comprising;
the pump shell is internally provided with a cavity;
the pump shell is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the chamber is communicated with the water inlet and the water outlet to form a water path;
it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the heating element is arranged in the water way and used for heating the water in the water way;
and a filter member provided outside the heating element for filtering water flowing toward the heating element.
2. The heating circulation pump of claim 1, wherein a filter is disposed in the water path, the filter enclosing the heating element; the filtering piece is provided with a filtering hole for water flow to pass through and the heating element is communicated with the water path;
preferably, the filter member is composed of any one or a combination of a filter screen in which filter holes are arranged, a grid structure, and a filter plate.
3. A heating cycle pump as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the filter member filters part of the water in the water path, the filtered water flowing to the heating element after being heated and flowing out; the other part of water flows to the water outlet directly without being filtered.
4. A heating cycle pump as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the filter element is disposed in the chamber, the filter element co-operates with the inner wall of the pump housing, or the filter element independently forms a heating chamber in which the heating element is disposed;
preferably, the heating element is spaced from the filter element and/or the inner wall of the pump housing.
5. A heating circulation pump according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the heating element is provided in the water inlet, and the filter member is provided to enclose the heating element together with an inner wall of the water inlet or independently of the filter member;
or the heating element is arranged in the water outlet, and the filtering piece and the inner wall of the water outlet jointly or independently wrap the heating element.
6. The heating circulating pump of claim 4 or 5, wherein the filter element comprises a cylindrical filter part, two ends of the cylindrical filter part are directly or indirectly connected with the inner wall of the pump shell and/or the inner wall of the water inlet and/or the inner wall of the water outlet to form a heating cavity, a plurality of filter holes are distributed on the cylindrical filter part, and the heating cavity is communicated with the water path through the filter holes;
preferably, the heating element extends circumferentially at least one turn around the cylindrical filter portion.
7. A heating and circulating pump as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein the filter element is of an annular configuration having a hollow heating chamber therein, at least the inner periphery of the annular filter element being provided with a plurality of filter openings, the heating chamber being in communication with the water path through the filter openings.
8. The heating circulation pump of claim 1, wherein the filter is disposed along any cross section of the water path; the heating element is arranged in the water path at the downstream of the filtering piece;
preferably, a gap is arranged between the filtering piece and the inner wall of the pump shell or on the filtering piece, and part of water flow in the water path directly flows to the water outlet without being filtered.
9. A heating and circulating pump according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the filter member is fixedly mounted on the pump housing or is formed integrally with the pump housing.
10. A washing machine comprising an outer tub connected to a water inlet and a water outlet of the heating circulation pump according to any one of claims 1 to 9 via a pipe, respectively.
