The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
A pulsator washing machine generally includes a cabinet and a tub vertically fixed in the cabinet, and the inner tub is rotatably disposed in the tub to contain laundry. The preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with a pulsator washing machine.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a first embodiment of a sterilization device of a washing apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a sterilization device is provided between the tub 1 and the inner tub 2. The sterilizing apparatus includes a sterilizing module 3, a rendering lamp 4, and a light guide member 5. The rendering lamp 4 can display the operating state of the sterilization assembly 3 through the light, for example, whether the sterilization assembly 3 is turned on and operated by emitting light, or, when the rendering lamp 4 includes a plurality of light emitting units (such as LED bulbs), the turning-off, turning-on and operating states of the sterilization assembly 3 can be indicated by changing the light emitting colors of the light emitting units. The light guide member 5 can guide the light emitted by the rendering lamp 4 to a position between the water tub 1 and the inner tub 2 close to the tub opening, so that the light of the rendering lamp 4 can be visible from the outside of the water tub 1, the light emitted by a user visible area near the tub opening of the water tub 1 and the inner tub 2 can be seen after a user opens a cabinet cover of the pulsator washing machine, and the working state of the sterilizing assembly 3 is determined by the light state of the rendering lamp 4.
In one possible embodiment, the light guide member 5 is a fiber optic tube having one end disposed adjacent to the rendering lamp 4 and the other end extending along the inner wall of the tub 1 to the bung of the tub 1. Specifically, the bung hole of the water bucket 1 is provided with an annular bung 11, the annular bung 11 is provided with a through hole, and the end of the optical fiber tube is arranged in the through hole, so that the user can see the light state of the rendering lamp 4 through the optical fiber tube.
In the above embodiment, the light guide member 5 is a member capable of transmitting light through its tubular structure so as to transmit the light of the rendering lamp 4 from a position invisible from the outside to a user visible region.
In a preferred embodiment, the light-guiding member 5 is a light-reflecting member. The bung hole of water-holding bucket 1 is provided with annular bung 11. As shown in fig. 1, the rendering lamp 4 is disposed inside the bottom of the tub 1 between the side walls of the tub 1 and the inner tub 2, as disposed in the right gap of the tub 1 and the inner tub 2 in fig. 1. The light reflection member is disposed at the lower side of the annular barrel cover 11, so that the light emitted from the rendering lamp 4 can be reflected by the light reflection member at least to the outer edge of the barrel mouth of the inner barrel 2 after being emitted upward, and thus can be seen by a user, where the arrow direction in fig. 1 is a light reflection path.
In the above embodiment, the light guide member 5 is a member having a light reflecting surface and capable of reflecting light so as to reflect the light of the rendering lamp 4 from a position where it is invisible from the outside to a position where it is visible from the outside, and the light is projected to the user visible region by changing the light emission path in a reflection manner. The arrangement enables the annular barrel cover 11 to be free from being additionally provided with a through structure, and compared with an optical fiber tube, the light reflection component occupies a smaller space and is more convenient to arrange and install.
Further, a balance ring 21 is provided at a bung hole of the inner tub 2 so that the inner tub 2 can maintain a balanced state without violent shaking when rotating at a high speed. As shown in the orientation of fig. 1, the balance ring 21 is a ring-shaped member installed at the bung hole of the inner tub 2, and the light reflection member is arranged to refract the light emitted by the rendering lamp 4 to at least the upper surface of the balance ring 21, so that the user can view the light state of the rendering lamp 4 at the bung hole position of the inner tub 2 after opening the cover from the top of the pulsator washing machine.
Further, a surface of the side of the gimbal 21 adjacent to the outside (i.e., an upper surface of the gimbal 21 in fig. 1) is provided as the light scattering surface 211, so as to enhance the light effect, so that the user can more clearly observe the light status of the rendering lamp 4, and prevent the light from being reflected and irritating the eyes of the user when the upper surface of the gimbal 21 is too smooth. As an example, the surface of the balancing ring 21 is distributed with a plurality of minute recesses so as to constitute a light scattering surface 211 capable of scattering light.
In a particular embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the light-reflecting surface of the light-reflecting member includes a plurality of inclined surfaces. In the example of fig. 1, the main body of the light reflection member is an annular plate adapted to the shape of the lower surface of the annular barrel cover 11, and the annular plate has a plurality of triangular prisms with triangular cross sections distributed on the surface near the inside of the barrel, and each surface of the triangular prism is a reflection slope, wherein the inclination of the surface of the triangular prism is set to refract the light emitted from the rendering lamp 4 at the bottom of the barrel to at least the upper surface of the balance ring 21.
Further, the reflection slope is a mirror surface. In this case, the surface of the triangular prism may be directly made into a mirror surface, or may be formed into a mirror surface by means of a mirror surface patch.
As an alternative embodiment, the surface of the annular plate of the light reflection member near the inside of the barrel may be provided with a wave-shaped curved surface, wherein the radian of the wave shape is set to refract the light emitted from the rendering lamp 4 at the bottom of the barrel to at least the upper surface of the balance ring 21. Of course, the light reflecting surface of the light reflecting member is not limited to the above two embodiments, and those skilled in the art may provide the light reflecting surface with any shape that can satisfy the light reflecting requirements. The light reflecting member is not limited to the mirror surface, and may be made of any material having a light reflecting function.
In the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, the rendering lamp 4 is located in a gap between the side walls of the tub 1 and the inner tub 2, and light emitted from the rendering lamp 4 can be directed upward onto the light reflecting member on the lower side of the annular tub cover 11.
In fact, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the arrangement positions of the rendering lamp 4 and the light reflecting member are not limited to the above-described first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a second embodiment of the sterilization device of the washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the rendering lamp 4 may also be disposed below the bottom of the inner barrel 2. At this time, the light reflecting member includes a plurality of reflecting portions so that the light emitted from the rendering lamp 4 is projected to the upper surface of the balance ring 21 after being emitted several times. As an example, the rendering lamp 4 is disposed at a right position below the tub bottom of the inner tub 2, and the light reflecting member includes a first reflecting portion disposed at a lower side of the annular tub cover 11 and a second reflecting portion disposed at an inner side edge of the tub bottom of the tub 1, so as to reflect the lamp light emitted from the rendering lamp 4 to an upper surface of the balance ring 21 through a reflecting route shown in fig. 2.
As an example, the sterilization assembly 3 comprises an ultraviolet lamp 31 and an energizing member 32 to energize the ultraviolet lamp 31. The rendering lamp 4 is connected with the ultraviolet lamp 31 in series, when the ultraviolet lamp 31 is started and normally operates, the rendering lamp 4 is lightened, and a user can see light on the surface of the balance ring 21 after opening the box cover. When the sterilizing assembly 3 is not operated or the ultraviolet lamp 31 is damaged or the power supply member 32 is damaged, the rendering lamp 4 is turned off and a user cannot see the light on the surface of the balance ring 21 after opening the case cover.
More specifically, the above-mentioned energizing member 32 is provided outside the bottom of the tub 1, and the bottom surface of the tub 1 is provided with a through structure (not shown in the drawings). The ultraviolet lamp 31 and the rendering lamp 4 are inserted into the water tub 1 through the through structure and then are sealed by a transparent sealant or a sealing member, so that the occupation of a large arrangement space in the water tub 1 is avoided to the maximum extent.
Alternatively, the rendering lamp 4 may also be provided separately from the sterilizing assembly 3. For example, the sterilizing assembly 3 includes an ultraviolet lamp 31, an energy supply member 32 and a signal transmitter, and under the condition that the ultraviolet lamp 31 is started and normally operated, the signal transmitter continuously transmits a signal to a computer board of the pulsator washing machine, and the computer board controls an energy supply circuit of the rendering lamp 4 to operate and lights the rendering lamp 4. When the ultraviolet lamp 31 is not lighted, the signal emitter stops sending signals, and the computer board controls the rendering lamp 4 to be turned off.
In summary, the sterilization apparatus of the pulsator washing machine of the present invention includes a sterilization assembly 3 for achieving the purpose of ultraviolet sterilization, a rendering lamp 4 and a light guide member 5, wherein the rendering lamp 4 can show whether the sterilization assembly 3 is normally started and normally operated by light, and the light guide member 5 can make the light of the rendering lamp 4 visible from the outside of the tub 1, so that a user can see the light of the rendering lamp 4 in the tub opening area of the inner tub 2 by opening the cabinet cover, and further confirm the working state of the sterilization assembly 3.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
