GB3246-2018 requires that the tensile strength of the permeable runway is more than or equal to 0.4mpa, the elongation at break is more than or equal to 40%, and the performance requirement is difficult to achieve in the actual construction of EDPM particles added with PU glue at present. The market urgently needs a runway rubber particle with high bonding strength with PU glue.

The NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) has the acrylonitrile mass content of 31-35%, and has good oil resistance, cold resistance, water resistance and excellent bonding strength; the DOTP serves as a primary plasticizer of NBR.
The epoxidized soybean oil is used as an auxiliary plasticizer for improving the overall cold resistance of the rubber particles.
The light calcium carbonate is selected to be 1250 meshes and used as a filling agent.
The titanium dioxide and the white carbon black are used for improving the weather resistance and the physical strength of the rubber product.
The crosslinking agent is a peroxide crosslinking agent, and DCP or BIPB is adopted to ensure that a network interpenetrating structure is formed between molecules of TPU and NBR, so that the material has better and more stable performances of weather resistance, wear resistance and the like.
The processing aid is an antioxidant and/or an ultraviolet absorbent, the antioxidant can adopt 1010 or 168, and the ultraviolet absorbent can adopt UV 531.
