本发明提供了一种密炼机的剪啮一体转子,属于密炼机技术领域。所述转子上设有三条棱,是一种既有啮合作用、又有切线剪切作用的剪啮共混转子。与传统转子的结构相比,每一条转子棱的棱宽都有宽棱宽和窄棱宽两部分,三条转子棱同时具有啮合型转子棱的特性和切线型转子棱的特性,能够将啮合型转子和切线型转子的特点结合在一起,既能够提高炼胶效率,又能够提高炼胶质量。

技术领域
本发明属于密炼机技术领域,涉及一种密炼机上使用的剪啮一体转子。
背景技术
转子是密炼机的核心部件,转子的结构直接影响密炼机炼胶质量和炼胶效率。目前的转子型式分为切线型和啮合型两大类。通过在使用当中对比,啮合型转子的炼胶质量要远远好于切线型转子,但效率却低于切线型转子;所以行业里把啮合型转子称为质量型转子,切线型转子称为产量型转子。因此,研究一种能够具有切线型转子的强剪切效果而提高效率、同时又能兼顾啮合型转子的高品质炼胶效果的新型转子尤为重要,是行业发展的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种密炼机的剪啮一体转子,该转子是一种剪啮共混转子,转子上有三条转子棱,三条转子棱的分布与布置、螺旋角等参数均与目前的啮合型转子一致,但每一条转子棱的棱宽都有宽棱宽和窄棱宽两部分。本发明所述的剪啮一体转子在工作状态时,保留了两个转子之间棱的相互啮合作用;同时,由于窄棱峰的存在,还达到了转子的剪切效果,增强了转子的炼胶效果。因此,既保证了较高的炼胶品质,又相对提高了炼胶效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种密炼机的剪啮一体转子,所述剪啮一体转子上设有三条转子棱,分别为转子棱A1、转子棱B2和转子棱C3。
每一条转子棱的棱宽均分为宽棱宽和窄棱宽两部分,沿螺旋方向,每条转子棱长的1/2段为啮合型转子的宽棱宽,剩余1/2段为切线型转子的窄棱宽;宽棱宽与窄棱宽之间以渐变的方式过渡为一体。所述宽棱宽的截面与啮合型转子的截面相同,窄棱宽的截面与切线型转子的截面相同;且三条转子棱的宽棱宽的轴向截面相同、窄棱宽的轴向截面也相同;
其中,转子棱A1、转子棱B2的螺旋角a1的大小和方向均相同,转子棱A1与转子棱B2的相位相差180°;转子棱C3与转子棱B2的相位相差90°,且转子棱C3的螺旋角a2大于转子棱A1和转子棱B2的螺旋角a1,螺旋角a2与a1的螺旋方向相反。三条转子棱的轴向投影长度的关系为L1>L2>L3,其中,L1为转子棱A1的轴向投影长度,L2为转子棱B2的轴向投影长度,L3为转子棱C3的轴向投影长度。三条转子棱均具备剪切作用和啮合作用,能够提高炼胶效率和加强剪切功效。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的剪啮一体转子与传统的转子结构相比,转子棱同时具有啮合型转子棱的特性和切线型转子棱的特性,能够将啮合型转子和切线型转子的特点结合在一起,既能提高炼胶效率,又能提高炼胶质量。

以下结合技术方案和附图详细叙述本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种密炼机的剪啮一体转子,该转子上设有三条转子棱,分别为转子棱A1、转子棱B2和转子棱C3。
每一条转子棱的棱宽均分为两部分,沿螺旋方向,每条转子棱长的1/2段为啮合型转子的宽棱宽,剩余1/2段为切线型转子的窄棱宽,宽棱宽与窄棱宽之间采用渐变的方式过渡为一体。所述宽棱宽部分的截面与啮合型转子的截面相同,窄棱宽部分截面与切线型转子的截面相同;且三条转子棱的宽棱宽的轴向截面相同,窄棱宽的轴向截面也相同。其中,转子棱A1、转子棱B2的螺旋角a1的大小和方向均相同,转子棱A1与转子棱B2的相位相差180°;转子棱C3与转子棱B2的相位相差90°,且转子棱C3的螺旋角a2大于转子棱A1和转子棱B2的螺旋角a1,螺旋角a2与a1的螺旋方向相反。三条转子棱的轴向投影长度的关系为L1>L2>L3;其中,L1为转子棱A1的轴向投影长度,L2为转子棱B2的轴向投影长度,L3为转子棱C3的轴向投影长度。三条转子棱均具备剪切作用和啮合作用,能够提高炼胶效率和加强剪切功效。

1.一种密炼机的剪啮一体转子,其特征在于,所述剪啮一体转子上设有三条棱,分别为转子棱A(1)、转子棱B(2)和转子棱C(3);
每一条转子棱的棱宽均分为宽棱宽和窄棱宽两部分,沿螺旋方向,每条转子棱长的1/2段为啮合型转子的宽棱宽,剩余1/2段为切线型转子的窄棱宽;宽棱宽与窄棱宽之间以渐变的方式过渡为一体;所述宽棱宽的截面与啮合型转子的截面相同,窄棱宽的截面与切线型转子的截面相同;且三条转子棱的宽棱宽的轴向截面相同,窄棱宽的轴向截面也相同;
其中,转子棱A(1)、转子棱B(2)的螺旋角a1的大小和方向均相同,转子棱A(1)与转子棱B(2)的相位相差180°;转子棱C(3)与转子棱B(2)的相位相差90°,且转子棱C(3)的螺旋角a2大于转子棱A(1)、转子棱B(2)的螺旋角a1,螺旋角a2与a1的螺旋方向相反;
