Background
Currently, digestive endoscopy apparatuses used in hospitals are classified into two types, i.e., examination endoscopes and treatment endoscopes, and most of them hold digestive endoscopy apparatuses in hospitals and examination endoscopes are more. The therapeutic endoscopic function may encompass the function of a survey digestive endoscope.
Because the price of the treatment endoscope is much higher than that of the examination endoscope, and the endoscope treatment case is far from the endoscopy in terms of the case ratio of the endoscope treatment to the examination, part of the endoscope departments cannot be put into the treatment endoscope equipment in consideration of economic benefit, and the lack of the treatment digestive endoscope and the related supporting equipment also becomes an important factor for preventing the further popularization of the treatment of the digestive endoscope.
In addition, most conventional treatment endoscopes only have one large-diameter instrument channel, and only a single endoscopic medical instrument can enter the endoscope, so that instrument exchange is frequently performed in the actual endoscopic treatment process.
The structure of the Chinese patent "endoscope auxiliary tube and endoscope equipment" (CN 211511728U) is shown in figure 1, but the proposal of the Chinese patent has the following defects: (1) the endoscope device is short of a forward water supply pipe, the number of the endoscope devices with forward water injection functions is smaller than that of the endoscope devices without the forward water injection functions in most endoscope departments at present, and the forward water injection functions are beneficial to cleaning, hemostasis and other operations of doctors; (2) the elastic connector 109# is an accessory for tightly attaching the endoscope tube body 110# and the auxiliary tube 102#, and the connection mode is easy to enable the auxiliary tube 102# to be easily extruded and deformed or the endoscope tube body 110# and the auxiliary tube 102# to easily slide relatively; (3) the instrument inlet end of the auxiliary tube 102# has no structure for preventing leakage, and gas or liquid filled in the digestive tract is easily discharged from the auxiliary tube 102# due to the pressure of the digestive tract.
