Abstract
The invention discloses a smart parking management system and a smart parking management method based on big data, wherein the smart parking management system based on big data comprises a smart parking cloud platform, and the smart parking cloud platform is connected with a regional smart parking lot management subsystem, a parking service client and a parking guidance information issuing unit through a wireless network; the regional intelligent parking lot management subsystem is used for maintaining parking lots, parking records, order processing, free parking stall issuing and private parking lot sharing in the region; the intelligent parking lot management system can not only perform intelligent management on public parking lots, but also share and utilize private parking lots, and greatly enriches the supply amount of parking places.
