the registration login module is used for completing the registration login of the user;
the equity transaction module is used for the user to complete the equity purchase, and comprises:
the user completes login through the user account and sends a stock right purchase request to the stock right transaction module; the user accounts include personal accounts and enterprise accounts;
the stock right transaction module provides a stock right purchase interactive interface for the user and displays the stock right purchase interactive interface on an intelligent terminal of the user when receiving the stock right purchase request; the user selects the unique identifier of the purchase right and the purchase quantity of the purchase right on the right interaction interface; the unique identification and the number of the purchased equity are purchased and verified, and after the purchase and verification are successful, user equity purchase information is generated; simultaneously storing the user stock right purchase information into a stock right transaction database; the user stock right purchase information comprises the unique identification of the stock right selling account, the unique identification of the purchasing account and the purchase quantity of the stock right;
the right-to-stock conversion module is used for the user to execute right-to-stock conversion operation and comprises the following steps:
the user completes login through the user account and sends a stock right gift transferring request to the stock right gift transferring module;
when the right transferring module receives the right transferring request, a right transferring interactive interface is provided for the user and displayed on the intelligent terminal of the user;
the user inputs the unique identifier of the stock right, the unique identifier of the transferred account and the number of the stock right transferred to the account on the stock right transferred interactive interface, and the transfer verification is carried out; when the gifting verification is successful, generating user right gifting information; meanwhile, storing the user's stock right transferring information into a stock right transaction database; the user share right transferring information comprises a unique identifier of a transferring-out account, a unique identifier of a transferring-in account and share right transferring quantity;
the system comprises a petition management module, a petition trading database and a petition application module, wherein the petition management module is used for providing a petition application interactive interface for a user, the user fills a petition application through the petition application interactive interface and generates a petition application record, and the petition application record is sent to the petition trading database; the complaint record comprises a user account and a complaint request;
the operation maintenance module is used for monitoring hacker attack on the stock right transaction platform, and when the stock right transaction platform is attacked by hacker, the operation maintenance module cuts off the connection between the stock right transaction platform and the sub-module; the sub-modules comprise an operation maintenance module, a complaint management module, a registration login module, a share right transaction module and a share right transferring module.
2. The block chain-based equity purchase and referral system of claim 1, wherein the referral verification step comprises:
searching the unique identification transferred into the account in the stock right transaction database to obtain an account searching result; when the account search result is not empty, searching the unique identifier of the stock right in the stock right transaction database to obtain a stock right search result; when the stock right searching result is non-empty, acquiring the surplus number of the stock right of the donation repudiation; otherwise, displaying data input errors on the share right gift interactive interface;
when the remaining number of the equity is larger than the number of the equity transferring gifts, judging that the transferring gifts are successfully verified; and when the remaining number of the equity is less than or equal to the number of the equity transferring gifts, judging that the transferring gifts check fails, and displaying a number input error on the interactive interface of the equity transferring gifts.
3. The block chain-based equity asset purchasing and referral system of claim 1, wherein the purchase verification comprises:
searching the unique identifier of the stock right in a stock right transaction database to obtain a search result; when the search result is not empty, the residual quantity corresponding to the unique identifier of the stock right in the stock right transaction database is obtained, and when the search result is empty, the input error of the identification of the stock right is displayed on the stock right purchase interactive interface; displaying the query result and the residual quantity on a stock right purchase interactive interface;
when the remaining number of the stock right is larger than or equal to the purchase number, judging that the purchase verification is successful; and when the residual quantity of the equity is less than the purchase quantity, judging that the purchase verification fails, and displaying an input quantity error on the equity purchase interactive interface.
4. The block chain-based equity purchase and referral system of claim 1, wherein the users include individual users and enterprise users, and the steps of the individual user completing the registration login via the registration login module comprise:
the method comprises the following steps that an individual user sends individual authentication information to a registration login module through an intelligent terminal; the intelligent terminal comprises an intelligent mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, a notebook computer and a workstation, and is respectively in communication connection with the stock right transaction platform and the registration login module; the personal verification information comprises a personal name, a personal mobile phone number, a personal identification card image and a bank card number;
