The air outlet devices are arranged on the indoor ceiling and are uniformly distributed; the air outlet branch pipe is communicated with the air outlet device and the main pipe and is arranged in the space between the suspended ceiling and the roof; the air outlet main pipe is vertically arranged on the right side of the house wall, namely the equipment room, and is connected with the purification module and the air outlet branch pipe; the purification module is placed on a cross brace between the equipment room, one end of the purification module is connected with the air outlet main pipe, and the other end of the purification module is aligned to the air inlet grille.
The air outlet device is the same as an outdoor air outlet, is made of high-quality ABS plastic and is divided into two rows which are uniformly distributed on the ceiling, and provides clean and safe air for the indoor;
the air outlet branch pipe and the air outlet main pipe are made of the same material, the diameter of the main pipe is 200mm, the diameter of the branch pipe is 150mm, and the high-quality ABS plastic is connected with the air outlet device and the purification module.
The fan adopts a 220-mute cabinet type centrifugal pipeline fan, has low noise and high power, provides kinetic energy for equipment and forms positive pressure.
The purification module is independent equipment, prevents the light leak and conveniently overhauls the change. The purification module comprises purification export, air-out reducing pipe, purification access door, air inlet reducing pipe, casing, track, electrostatic precipitator, ultraviolet lamp, active carbon, HEPA filter screen. The purifying outlet is connected with the small opening of the air outlet reducer pipe, the air outlet reducer pipe is connected with the air outlet end of the shell, and the air inlet end of the shell is connected with the large opening of the air inlet reducer pipe; the tracks are divided into an upper track and a lower track which are distributed at the top and the bottom in the shell, the electrostatic dust collection and the ultraviolet lamps are arranged on the tracks at intervals, and the tracks at the air outlet end of the shell are provided with active carbon; an HEPA filter screen is arranged at a small opening of the air inlet reducing pipe; the access door is mounted on the housing using a hinge.
The purification outlet is a circular pipe with the diameter of 200mm and the thickness of 3mm, and is matched with the pipe diameter of the air inlet main pipe to play a role in connecting the air inlet main pipe with the purification equipment;
the air outlet reducer pipe and the air inlet reducer pipe are both made of 2mm thin steel plates, light leakage is prevented, the large openings are connected with the shell, a transition effect is achieved, and air is in a state of being even in diffusion and accelerating in contraction.
The shell is a 2mm thin plate and is made into a cube of 0.5 multiplied by 0.25m, and the shell envelops the internal equipment and plays a role in supporting and preventing light leakage.
The track is made into a C shape by angle steel or steel plates, and plays roles of fixing and limiting the electrostatic dust collector, the ultraviolet lamp and the active carbon.
The access door and the shell are made of the same material, and equipment in the shell is convenient to overhaul.
The electrostatic precipitator is an integrated type outsourcing equipment FC400 electronic purification box dust collection chamber, and the principle of electrostatic precipitation is that electrostatic force is utilized to adsorb and settle charged dust in air according to the principles of opposite attraction and same repulsion of electrostatic charge so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
An electrostatic adsorption device is arranged in the electrostatic dust collector and consists of a discharge wire and a dust collection plate. The electrostatic adsorption device can generate 4KV-8KV direct-current high-voltage under the action of the high-voltage generator, a strong electrostatic field is formed in the electrostatic adsorption device, gas around a discharge electrode in the electrostatic field is ionized, a large amount of ions are generated in a space of the discharge electrode, bacteria are killed, and high-voltage electrostatic disinfection is completed; and when the air passes through the electrostatic adsorption device, particulate matters (including microorganisms) in the air are adsorbed to the dust collection plate after being forced to be charged. The module has high purification efficiency and low power consumption, does not need to be replaced, only needs to be cleaned regularly, and is environment-friendly.
Ultraviolet lamps are a physical means of sterilization. The mycoprotein of the bacteria is photolyzed and denatured by the irradiation of ultraviolet rays, and the amino acids, nucleic acids and enzymes of the bacteria are destroyed and die. The lamp adopts a carried titanium environment-friendly uv light oxygen ultraviolet lamp tube, and the power is different from 4W to 200W. The photocatalysis unit adopts an ultraviolet LED light source with UVA wave band, can not burn human skin, can not generate ozone for selection, and reduces electric energy waste and environmental damage caused by low-efficiency wave band.
Activated carbon filter screen high efficiency particle filter screen installs on the active carbon track, can get rid of granule such as dust, PM2.5, germ, and the clearance has the absorption, and adsorption performance can high-efficient antibiotic 99%, absorbs the trace ozone that ultraviolet lamp produced simultaneously, avoids environmental pollution and bodily injury.
HEPA filters are designed specifically for removing a variety of airborne pollutants, and may include: standard dust cigarette smoke bacteria (bacteria size: 500 to 0.3 micron) coal ash, pollen, radioactive particles and impurity ions.
