Abstract

本发明公开了一种节能建筑墙体保温处理施工工艺,包括外墙体保温处理施工与内墙体保温处理施工两大工序。本发明所述的一种节能建筑墙体保温处理施工工艺,外墙体采用岩棉板作为隔热保温层,岩棉板具有优异的隔热保温效果,内墙体采用装饰板作为隔热保温层,内墙体与装饰板之间形成夹层空间,装饰板拼装后呈网格状,装配网格状密封条,提高装饰板拼接缝处的密封效果,两组内墙面处的阴角、阳角处装配L型密封条,提高阴角阳角处拼接缝处的密封效果,最底部的装饰板与地面之间的缝隙内填充密封胶,最顶部的装饰板与顶面之间的缝隙内填充密封胶,提高该缝隙处的密封效果,保证夹层空间的密闭性,避免空气流通而引起的热传递。

技术领域
本发明涉及节能建筑领域,特别涉及一种节能建筑墙体保温处理施工工艺。
背景技术
节能建筑是指遵循气候设计和节能的基本方法,对建筑规划分区、群体和单体、建筑朝向、间距、太阳辐射、风向以及外部空间环境进行研究后,设计出的低能耗建筑。节能建筑其主要指标有:建筑规划和平面布局要有利于自然通风,绿化率不低于35%;建筑间距应保证每户至少有一个居住空间在大寒日能获得满窗日照2小时等。我国处于建设鼎旺期,而大部分建筑均为高能耗建筑,建筑能耗约占社会总能耗的1/3,且我国建筑能耗的总量逐年上升,建筑节能水平远远落后于发达国家,国内绝大多数采暖地区围护结构的热功能都比气候相近的发达国家差许多,外墙的传热系数是他们的3.5至4.5倍,外窗为2至3倍,屋面为3至6倍,门窗的空气渗透为3至6倍,建筑耗能已经成为我国经济发展的软肋,为此,我们提出一种节能建筑墙体保温处理施工工艺。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种节能建筑墙体保温处理施工工艺,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种节能建筑墙体保温处理施工工艺,包括外墙体保温处理施工与内墙体保温处理施工两大工序。
优选的,所述外墙体保温处理施工工序包括以下步骤:
(1)测量外墙体面积,根据面积选购岩棉板;
(2)对外墙体基层表面进行清理,外墙体基层表面不留油污、浮尘等;
(3)在墙面弹出水平、垂直控制线,在外墙阴角阳角及其它必要处挂垂直基准线;
(4)于外墙体基层表面涂抹岩棉板专用粘合剂,岩棉板与其贴合,待岩棉板专用粘合剂固化,即完成岩棉板的安装;
(5)于岩棉板形成外墙面上固定铁丝网,并涂抹抗裂砂浆;
优选的,所述内墙体保温处理施工工序包括以下步骤:
(1)测量内墙体面积,根据面积选购装饰板;
(2)根据内墙体面积制作龙骨,龙骨呈网格状,其龙骨上预设安装孔;
(3)于装饰板的反面固定角码;
(4)将装饰板拼装至龙骨上,螺栓穿过角码上的孔位以及龙骨上预设安装孔,锁紧螺母,完成装饰板的安装;
(5)装饰板的拼装呈网格状,添加网格状密封条,网格状密封条的截面为工字形;
(6)两组由装饰板所形成的内墙面的阴角或阳角处添加L型密封条,且L型密封条的两端端面均开设有卡槽,位于阴角或阳角处的装饰板边缘卡装至卡槽内;
(7)使用密封胶封闭位于最底部的装饰板与地面之间的缝隙,使用密封胶封闭位于最顶部的装饰板与顶面之间的缝隙。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
外墙体采用岩棉板作为隔热保温层,岩棉板具有优异的隔热保温效果,并且,具备阻燃能力,内墙体采用装饰板作为隔热保温层,内墙体与装饰板不贴合,形成夹层空间,装饰板拼装后呈网格状,装配网格状密封条,提高装饰板拼接缝处的密封效果,两组内墙面处的阴角、阳角处装配L型密封条,提高阴角阳角处拼接缝处的密封效果,最底部的装饰板与地面之间的缝隙内填充密封胶,最顶部的装饰板与顶面之间的缝隙内填充密封胶,提高该缝隙处的密封效果,保证夹层空间的密闭性,避免空气流通而引起的热传递,内外隔热保温层的设置,进一步提高隔热保温效果。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
一种节能建筑墙体保温处理施工工艺,包括外墙体保温处理施工与内墙体保温处理施工两大工序。
进一步的,所述外墙体保温处理施工工序包括以下步骤:
(1)测量外墙体面积,根据面积选购岩棉板;
(2)对外墙体基层表面进行清理,外墙体基层表面不留油污、浮尘等,避免此类物质影响岩棉板安装后的稳固性;
(3)在墙面弹出水平、垂直控制线,在外墙阴角阳角及其它必要处挂垂直基准线,以便控制岩棉板的垂直度和平整度;
(4)于外墙体基层表面涂抹岩棉板专用粘合剂,岩棉板与其贴合,待岩棉板专用粘合剂固化,即完成岩棉板的安装;
(5)于岩棉板形成外墙面上固定铁丝网,并涂抹抗裂砂浆,提高外隔热保温层的结构强度;
进一步的,所述内墙体保温处理施工工序包括以下步骤:
(1)测量内墙体面积,根据面积选购装饰板;
(2)根据内墙体面积制作龙骨,龙骨呈网格状,其龙骨上预设安装孔;
(3)于装饰板的反面固定角码;
(4)将装饰板拼装至龙骨上,螺栓穿过角码上的孔位以及龙骨上预设安装孔,锁紧螺母,完成装饰板的安装;
(5)装饰板的拼装呈网格状,添加网格状密封条,网格状密封条的截面为工字形,提高装饰板拼接缝处的密封效果;
(6)两组由装饰板所形成的内墙面的阴角或阳角处添加L型密封条,且L型密封条的两端端面均开设有卡槽,位于阴角或阳角处的装饰板边缘卡装至卡槽内,提高阴角阳角处拼接缝处的密封效果;

(3)在墙面弹出水平、垂直控制线,在外墙阴角阳角及其它必要处挂垂直基准线;
