c. piling operation of the steel pipe pile 23:
1) loosening the fastening nut 13, and adjusting the height of the guide sliding sleeve 11 on the guide screw 12, so as to adjust the actual height of the guide plate 2 until the height of the guide plate 2 from the ground is equal to the length value of the top surface of the designed steel pipe pile 23 which is higher than the ground; the installation height of the guide plate 2 is adjusted by adjusting the height of the limited guide sliding sleeve 11, so that the height of the guide plate 2 from the ground is the length of the top of the designed steel pipe pile 23 exposed on the ground, the length of the steel pipe pile 23 exposed on the ground can be controlled to be just the actually designed length after the pile driving is finished, and the pile driving precision and the construction quality are effectively improved;
2) slowly hoisting the steel pipe pile 23 to the position above the pile position through a hoisting device, adjusting the position of the steel pipe pile 23 to enable the bottom end of the steel pipe pile 23 to be just positioned in a guide hole 25 on the top surface of the top support plate 4, then sequentially lowering the steel pipe pile 23 downwards, further adjusting the position of the steel pipe pile 23 to enable the bottom end of the steel pipe pile 23 to penetrate through a top guide hole 24 on the guide plate 2 to move downwards, and continuing to move downwards through the limiting guide of the top guide hole 24 until the bottom end of the steel pipe pile 23 penetrates through a bottom guide hole 6 of the bottom support plate 3 to be abutted to the ground; the size of the guide hole 25 is larger than the outer diameter of the steel pipe pile 23, the position of the steel pipe pile 23 is preliminarily adjusted through the top support plate 4, the bottom end of the steel pipe pile 23 is located in the guide hole 25 firstly, the sizes of the top guide hole 24 and the bottom guide hole 6 are matched with the outer diameter of the steel pipe pile 23, therefore, after the top support plate 4 is preliminarily limited, an adjusting space of the steel pipe pile 23 is reserved, further adjustment is carried out, the steel pipe pile 23 is inserted into the top guide hole 24 and is guided in a limiting mode through the guide plate 2, the verticality of the steel pipe pile 23 in the downward moving process is guaranteed, meanwhile, the steel pipe pile 23 is guided in a limiting mode through the bottom guide hole 6 when being inserted into the ground, the verticality of the steel pipe pile 23 in the piling process is further guaranteed, and the construction quality is effectively improved;
3) hammering the steel pipe pile 23 until the top surface of the steel pipe pile 23 is flush with the top surface of the guide plate 2, and welding and fixing the guide plate 2 and the steel pipe pile 23; the height of the guide plate 2 is adjusted to ensure that the top surface of the steel pipe pile 23 is just flush with the guide plate 2 after the pile driving is finished, the length of the steel pipe pile 23 driven into the ground and the length exposed above the ground can be ensured, the construction quality is improved, meanwhile, the flatness of the top surface of the whole pile can be ensured by the flush of the guide plate 2 and the top surface of the steel pipe pile 23, the subsequent construction operation is facilitated, the guide plate 2 and the steel pipe pile 23 are fixedly integrated through welding and fixing, therefore, when the steel pipe piles 23 in the same group are connected in the subsequent process, a connecting rod is adopted to match with the guide plates 2 on the two steel pipe piles 23 to realize the connection, the connection between the two steel pipe piles 23 can be realized only by performing operations such as welding, drilling and the like on the guide plate 2, the operation on the surface of the steel pipe pile 23 is not needed, the steel pipe pile 23 is protected, and the actual operation can be facilitated;
4) disassembling screws between the folded plate 17 and the guide sliding sleeve 11, disassembling the bolt assembly 15, integrally disassembling the assembled combination of the top supporting plate 4 and the guide screw group 5, unscrewing the set screws 10, and taking the positioning base 7 down from the bottom supporting plate 3; the whole combination of assembling top supporting plate 4 and guide screw group 5 is dismantled and is recycled, resources are saved, pile driving operation of new supporting guide device matched with other steel pipe piles 23 can be assembled with other new guide plates 2 and bottom supporting plates 3, welding of the guide plates 2 and the steel pipe piles 23 are combined into a whole, the steel pipe piles 23 are convenient to connect and fix, the bottom supporting plates 3 are fixed by leaving matched foundation screws, and structural firmness of the steel pipe piles 23 can be improved.
The invention has the advantages of ingenious and reasonable design, convenient accurate positioning of the steel pipe pile 23 and the pile position by adopting the design of the supporting and guiding device 1, ensured verticality of the steel pipe pile 23 and convenient actual pile driving operation, the steel pipe pile 23 is always limited and guided by the supporting and guiding device 1 in the whole pile driving process, the verticality of the steel pipe pile 23 from the beginning to the end of the pile driving process is ensured, the length of the top of the steel pipe pile 23 extending out of the ground after the pile driving is ensured to be consistent by the limit of the guide plate 2, the construction quality and the construction speed are effectively improved, the whole construction process is safe and convenient, partial components of the supporting and guiding device 1 are disassembled and reused after the pile driving is finished, resources are saved, partial devices are remained to assist the steel pipe pile 23, the bottom support plate 3 realizes further connection and fixation between the steel pipe pile 23 and the ground, and the structural stability of the steel pipe pile 23 is effectively improved, the structure safety performance is better, the guide plate 2 and the steel pipe piles 23 are welded into a whole, and the connection fixing degree between the same group of steel pipe piles 23 is convenient to follow.

4) the guide plate is installed, folding rods are arranged on four side walls of the guide plate, folding plates are arranged at the end parts of the folding rods, the folding plates are just clamped in the U-shaped grooves on the corresponding guide sliding sleeves by adjusting the positions of the guide plate, the heights of the folding plates are adjusted to enable the bottom surfaces of the folding plates to be flush with the bottom surfaces of the guide sliding sleeves, and the folding plates and the guide sliding sleeves are installed and fixed through screws;
5) installing a top support plate, arranging a limiting abutting block at the top of the guide screw group, arranging a positioning screw at the top of the limiting abutting block, adjusting the position of the top support plate to enable a through hole in the top support plate to correspond to the positioning screw, enabling the positioning screw to penetrate through the corresponding through hole and extend to the top surface of the top support plate, and installing a clamping nut at the end part of the positioning screw and screwing;
c. piling the steel pipe pile:
1) loosening the fastening nut, and adjusting the height of the guide sliding sleeve on the guide screw rod, so as to adjust the actual height of the guide plate until the height of the guide plate from the ground is equal to the length value of the designed steel pipe pile top surface higher than the ground;
2) slowly hoisting the steel pipe pile above the pile position through a hoisting device, adjusting the position of the steel pipe pile to enable the bottom end of the steel pipe pile to be just positioned in a guide hole in the top surface of a top supporting plate, then sequentially lowering the steel pipe pile downwards, further adjusting the position of the steel pipe pile to enable the bottom end of the steel pipe pile to penetrate through a top guide hole in the guide plate to move downwards, and continuing to move downwards through the limiting guide of the top guide hole until the bottom end of the steel pipe pile penetrates through a bottom guide hole of the bottom supporting plate and abuts against the ground;
3) hammering the steel pipe pile until the top surface of the steel pipe pile is flush with the top surface of the guide plate, and welding and fixing the guide plate and the steel pipe pile;
4) the screws between the folded plate and the guide sliding sleeve are disassembled, then the bolt assembly is disassembled, the top support plate and the guide screw assembly are integrally disassembled, the set screws are unscrewed, and the positioning base is taken down from the bottom support plate.
