Abstract
The invention provides a clothes wrinkle removing device and a using method thereof. The clothes wrinkle removing device comprises: a box body; the clothes hanger is arranged at the upper part of the box body and used for hanging clothes; the baffle is arranged in the box body and can reciprocate between a first position and a second position along the horizontal direction, and a plurality of steam holes are formed in the baffle; the steam box is communicated with the steam holes in the baffle through a pipeline and is used for generating steam and spraying the steam out through the steam holes; and the roller mechanism is arranged in the box body in a reciprocating manner along the vertical direction, and when the baffle plate moves to the second position, the roller mechanism can press the clothes on the clothes rack on the baffle plate through movement and roll and remove wrinkles. The invention can improve the convenience and the safety of the clothes wrinkle removing operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothes treatment, in particular to a clothes wrinkle removing device and a using method thereof.
Background
In daily life, after clothes are washed and dried, wrinkles often occur on the surface of the clothes, particularly shirts, T-shirts, suits and the like, and the overall attractiveness and comfort of the clothes are seriously affected. In order to solve the problem, people usually adopt an iron to treat clothes, and high-temperature steam generated by the iron and human power are utilized to press the clothes to reciprocate so as to achieve the effect of removing wrinkles, the steam only acts on the working part of the iron in the method, the whole process is complex in operation, time is wasted, the safety is extremely low, and the problems of scalding accidents, clothes damage and the like are easy to occur; there is also a clothes care device which sprays steam, the clothes can achieve the wrinkle removing effect through the action of air flow, but the whole process takes longer time, and unnecessary resource waste is caused.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a clothes wrinkle removing device and a method for using the same, which are at least used for solving the technical problem of inconvenient clothes wrinkle removing in the prior art, and specifically:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a clothes wrinkle removing device, comprising:
a box body;
the clothes hanger is arranged at the upper part of the box body and used for hanging clothes;
the baffle is arranged in the box body and can reciprocate between a first position and a second position along the horizontal direction, and a plurality of steam holes are formed in the baffle;
the steam box is communicated with the steam holes in the baffle through a pipeline and is used for generating steam and spraying the steam out through the steam holes;
a drum mechanism disposed in the cabinet to be reciprocally movable in a vertical direction, wherein,
when the baffle plate moves to the second position, the roller mechanism can press clothes on the clothes hanger on the baffle plate through movement and roll and remove wrinkles.
Further optionally, the clothes rack is rotatably arranged on the box body,

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a clothes wrinkle removing device, including:
a case 2 having a sealing door formed on a sidewall thereof, and capable of placing or taking out laundry into the case 2 when the sealing door is opened, and forming a closed space in the case 2 when the sealing door is closed, so that steam cannot flow out of the case 2;
the clothes hanger 5 is arranged at the upper part of the box body 2 and is used for hanging clothes;
a baffle 3 disposed in the case 2 and capable of reciprocating between a first position and a second position in a horizontal direction, the baffle 3 having a plurality of steam holes 31 formed therein;
the steam box 1 is communicated with the steam holes 31 on the baffle plate 3 through a pipeline and is used for generating steam and spraying the steam out through the steam holes 31;
a drum mechanism disposed in the cabinet 2 to be reciprocally movable in a vertical direction, wherein,
when the baffle plate 3 moves to the second position, the roller mechanism can press clothes on the clothes rack 5 on the baffle plate 3 through movement and roll and remove wrinkles.
The clothes hanger 5 is rotatably arranged on the box body 2, preferably in the middle position of the top of the box body 2, when the baffle plate 3 moves to the first position, the clothes hanger 5 can drive the clothes to rotate, so that different sides of the clothes face the baffle plate 3. Preferably, the clothes hanger 5 is connected to the cabinet 2 through a motor 6, and the motor 6 can drive the clothes hanger 5 to rotate.
Be provided with the slide rail that is the horizontality in the box 2, baffle 3 and slide rail sliding connection, the slide rail for example at the top of box 2 and bottom parallel arrangement, baffle 3 sets up between the slide rail. The second face of the baffle 3 is provided with an inlet which is communicated with the steam box 1 through a hose.
The roller mechanism comprises a lead screw 7 and a rolling component, wherein the lead screw 7 is arranged, the rolling component is connected to the lead screw 7 in a sliding mode, and the rolling component is used for rolling clothes.
The rolling assembly comprises a support and a roller 8, the support is connected with a screw rod 7, the roller 8 is arranged on the support in a rolling mode, the roller 8 is in a horizontal state and is arranged in parallel with the baffle 3, and the roller can roll on the surface of clothes along with the up-down movement of the support to roll the clothes.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, preferably, the drum 8 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of drums 8 are distributed up and down, so that the plurality of rolling of the laundry can be completed by moving once, and in the present embodiment, the number of drums 8 is two.
Preferably, the support is a four-bar mechanism 9, four connecting rods are sequentially connected end to form a quadrilateral structure, two opposite connecting end points of the four-bar mechanism 9 are respectively connected with the screw rod and the roller 8, and the four-bar mechanism 9 has elasticity in the horizontal direction, can be contracted under pressure and generates elastic force so as to press the roller 8 on the baffle 3. Preferably, torsion springs are arranged at two connecting ends of the four-bar mechanism 9, which are not connected with the lead screw 7 and the roller 8, so that the four-bar mechanism 9 enables the roller 8 to be far away from the lead screw 7 without being subjected to external force, when the baffle 3 moves to the second position, the roller 8 is pressed on the baffle 3 and is deformed by the thrust of the baffle 3, the roller 8 can move a certain distance to the lead screw 7, and therefore the roller 8 can be guaranteed to be capable of pressing clothes.
The invention also provides a using method of the clothes wrinkle removing device, which comprises the following steps:
the shutter 3 is in a first position and,
clothes are hung on the clothes rack 5, the box body 2 is closed to form a sealed space inside,
the baffle 3 is moved to the second position, the clothes are attached on the baffle 3,
the steam box 1 generates steam, and sprays the steam to the clothes through the steam holes 31 on the baffle 3,
the drum mechanism starts to reciprocate to roll the laundry.
Preferably, the clothes hanger 5 is rotatably disposed on the cabinet 2, after one side of the clothes is wrinkle-removed, the baffle 3 is moved to the first position, the clothes hanger 5 is rotated to make the other side of the clothes face the baffle, the baffle 3 is moved to the second position, and steam is sprayed out through the steam hole 31, and the clothes are rolled by the drum mechanism.
In particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
the method comprises the following steps: before wrinkle removal begins, a proper amount of water and perfume (selectively added to enable clothes to have fragrant smell) need to be added into the steam box 1, and steam holes 31 are formed in the baffle 3 according to different clothes materials and different steam temperatures generated by the parts of the steam box 1, so that steam is enabled to uniformly act on the surface of the clothes to achieve the nursing effect on the clothes.
Step two: after clothes are put in, the baffle 3 is slowly close to the clothes through the telescopic device, the clothes are integrally attached to the baffle 3, steam acts on the surface of the clothes through the steam holes 31 on the baffle 3, the right-side roller 8 is tightly attached to the clothes, and the sliding block with the four-bar mechanism 9 moves from the upper part to the lower part under the action of the ball screw 7 to finish a wrinkle removing process. After running for one period, the lowest roller 8 leaves the clothes, the slide block quickly returns to the initial position, and the second wrinkle removing process is started. The whole process is acted on the surface of the clothes by the constant acting force of the roller 8, and the wrinkles on the surface of the clothes are removed.
In one wrinkle removing process, since the double drum 8 structure is adopted, the lower drum 8 first acts on the surface of the laundry, and the upper drum 8 is operated immediately thereafter. In one operation period, two times of wrinkle removal are equivalently carried out, and the wrinkle removal efficiency is greatly improved.
Step three: after the front face of the clothes is wrinkle-removed, the baffle 3 is moved away from the clothes, the motor 6 drives the clothes hanger 5 to turn, the operation of the second step is repeated, the wrinkle-removing process of the back face of the clothes is carried out, and the wrinkle removal of the front face and the back face of the clothes is achieved.
The invention realizes automatic operation in a closed environment (in the box body 2), finishes clothes wrinkle removal, avoids steam leakage and improves safety. Meanwhile, double-sided wrinkle removal of clothes can be automatically realized, and the wrinkle removal effect is better.

the steam box is communicated with the steam holes in the baffle through a pipeline and is used for generating steam and spraying the steam out through the steam holes;
a drum mechanism disposed in the cabinet to be reciprocally movable in a vertical direction, wherein,
when the baffle plate moves to the second position, the roller mechanism can press clothes on the clothes hanger on the baffle plate through movement and roll and remove wrinkles;
the roller mechanism comprises a lead screw and a rolling component which is connected on the lead screw in a sliding way,
the rolling assembly is used for rolling the clothes;
the rolling assembly comprises a support and a plurality of rollers, the support is connected with the lead screw, the rollers are arranged on the support in a rolling mode, the rollers are in a horizontal state and are arranged in parallel with the baffle, and the rollers are distributed up and down;
the bracket is a four-bar mechanism,
two opposite connecting end points of the four-bar mechanism are respectively connected with the screw rod and the roller, and the four-bar mechanism has elasticity in the horizontal direction and can be contracted and generate elastic force when being pressed so as to press the roller on the baffle.

and the second surface of the baffle is provided with an inlet which is communicated with the steam box through a hose.
5. The garment wrinkle removal device as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the steam holes are uniformly distributed on the first surface of the baffle in a grid shape.
6. A method of using a garment de-wrinkling device according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
the shutter is in the first position and,
clothes are hung on the clothes rack, the box body is closed, a sealed space is formed inside the box body,
the baffle plate moves to the second position, the clothes are attached to the baffle plate,
the steam box generates steam and sprays the steam to the clothes through the steam holes on the baffle plate,
