Abstract
The invention relates to an adjustable waste gas circulation hole structure, which comprises waste gas circulation holes arranged at the bottom of a partition wall of a double-linkage vertical flue; an adjusting brick groove is formed in the bottom paving brick of the combustion chamber outside the waste gas circulating hole and used for placing an adjusting brick; the adjusting bricks with different widths or different quantities are placed at different positions of the adjusting brick grooves, so that the waste gas circulation area at the position of the waste gas circulation hole is adjusted. The invention can realize the adjustment of the waste gas circulation quantity at the waste gas circulation hole through the adjusting brick, and ensure that the coke oven can have the matched waste gas circulation quantity when adopting different types of coal gas for heating.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coke ovens, in particular to a coke oven structure capable of being heated by coke oven gas and lean gas.
Background
In the production process of the coke oven with double vertical flues, the waste gas generated by the combustion of coal gas and air in the ascending vertical flue flows into the descending vertical flue through the crossing holes, and a part of the waste gas is pumped back into the ascending vertical flue through the circulating holes, and the combustion mode is called waste gas circulation. The waste gas circulation is adopted to dilute the coal gas, simultaneously reduce the concentration of oxygen and reduce the excess air coefficient in the vertical flame path, thereby slowing down the combustion speed, improving the air flow speed and lengthening the flame. The waste gas circulation is beneficial to uniformly heating the coke cake up and down, and the high-direction heating uniformity of the coke oven is improved, so that the coke quality is improved, the coking time is shortened, the yield is increased, the effect of reducing the coking heat consumption is achieved, the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the waste gas can be reduced, and the environment-friendly requirement is met better.
When the blast furnace gas is used for heating, the combustion flame of the blast furnace gas is longer, and the proportion of the required waste gas circulation volume is less; when the coke oven gas is used for heating, the combustion flame of the coke oven gas is short, and the purposes of lengthening the flame and improving the high-direction heating uniformity can be achieved only by increasing the proportion of the circulating amount of waste gas. The existing waste gas circulating hole structure is nonadjustable, namely, a fixed opening size is adopted, when the type of heating gas is switched, although the injection force and the resistance are changed, the waste gas amount can be automatically adjusted to a certain extent through the buoyancy difference, but the adjusting range is limited, so that the concentration of nitrogen oxide can not be effectively controlled when the reheating coke oven is heated by using coke oven gas.
The Chinese patent application with the application number of 201910109562.2 discloses a waste gas circulation hole structure of a coke oven combustion chamber, wherein the outer side or two sides of a waste gas flow path of a waste gas circulation hole are of arc structures, and the circulation waste gas flow path is adjusted by changing the section shape of the waste gas circulation hole, so that descending waste gas is sucked into an ascending vertical flame path through the waste gas circulation hole as much as possible to be mixed with combustion gas flow, the purposes of diluting the gas concentration to the maximum extent and reducing the combustion intensity are achieved, flame lengthening is facilitated, and the high-direction heating uniformity of a carbonization chamber is improved. However, the exhaust gas circulation hole in the technical scheme only adjusts the path of the exhaust gas through structural change, and the size of the exhaust gas circulation hole is not adjusted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an adjustable waste gas circulation hole structure, which can realize the adjustment of the waste gas circulation quantity at the waste gas circulation hole through an adjusting brick, and ensure that the coke oven can have the matched waste gas circulation quantity when heated by different types of coal gas.

The adjusting brick groove is directly formed by paving the combustion chamber bottom paving bricks with grooves on the tops at corresponding positions when the combustion chamber of the coke oven is built.
The adjusting brick groove is arranged on one side or two sides of the waste gas circulating hole.
The adjusting brick is provided with a hook hole matched with the hook tool.
The length of the adjusting brick groove is plus (100-200) mm in the direction corresponding to the waste gas circulation hole.
The width of the brick adjusting groove is the thickness of the adjusting brick plus (5-10) mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the size of the waste gas circulation area at the waste gas circulation hole is changed by arranging the adjusting brick at the waste gas circulation hole so as to adapt to different requirements on waste gas circulation amount when the coke oven is heated by adopting different types of coal gas.
2) The proportion of coke oven waste gas circulation can be effectively adjusted, the flame height and the air excess coefficient are adjusted, the uniformity of the coke oven in the height direction heating is better improved, the temperature difference between the upper part and the lower part of a coke cake and the maturity difference are improved, the thermal efficiency of the coke oven is improved, the energy is saved, the concentration of nitrogen oxides is reduced, and the environment is improved.
