Because the first clamping mechanism 223 and the second clamping mechanism 224 are both installed and fixed in the machine head body 2, under the driving action of the first driving mechanism 13, the first clamping mechanism 223 and the second clamping mechanism 224 move synchronously, the first clamping mechanism 223 and the second clamping mechanism 224 can pull the packing belt at the same time, the tensioning distances of two ends of the packing belt are the same, and the packing belt is guided by the guide belt groove 11, so that the first clamping mechanism 223 and the second clamping mechanism 224 can apply the same tension to two ends of the packing belt. Therefore, the two ends of the packing belt can be uniformly stressed, and the phenomenon that the packing quality is reduced due to the fact that the packing tightness degree of the two sides of the goods is different due to the fact that the two ends of the packing belt are unevenly stressed is avoided. Meanwhile, because the two ends of the packing belt are stressed in a balanced manner, the packing belt can be made of materials with common materials, so that the manufacturing cost of the packing belt is reduced, and the overall packing cost is reduced.
In addition, during the feeding process of the strapping band by the band feeding mechanism 21, the free end of the strapping band enters the sealing mechanism 22 first and is output and fed via the packaging chute, and finally is fed into the sealing mechanism 22 again, at this time, two layers of strapping bands are formed at the welding element 222 (the feeding process can refer to the strapping band feeding process of the strapping machine). After the tightening operation of the strapping band is completed by the first clamping mechanism 223 and the second clamping mechanism 224, the strapping band may be subjected to a cutting and welding process. At this time, the third gripping mechanism 225 grips the wrapping tape in place of the first gripping mechanism 223, and at the same time, the first gripping mechanism 223 releases the wrapping tape, and the wrapping tape fed out from the tape feeding mechanism 21 to the sealing mechanism 22 is cut by the cutting element 221. Then, the packing belt in which the front side of the third clamping mechanism 225 and the rear side of the second clamping mechanism 224 are stacked together is subjected to a welding process by the welding member 222, so that both end portions of the packing belt are welded together and bind the goods. Finally, the second and third clamping mechanisms 224, 225 release the strapping band to complete the strapping operation.
Based on the above technical solution, optionally, the installation positions of the guide belt groove 11 and the machine head body 2 can also be exchanged, that is, the machine head body 2 is fixedly installed on the installation base 1, and the guide belt groove 11 and its related accessory parts are installed on the sliding seat 12. Thus, in the actual use process, when the packing belt is tensioned, the sliding seat 12 drives the guide belt groove 11 to move, so as to tension the packing belt.
The mode of the transmission connection of the output power of the motor can be a mode of adding a speed reducer on a rotating shaft of the motor, and is not limited and described herein.

Claims (10)

1. A head for a strapping machine, comprising:
the device comprises a mounting base, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism, wherein one end of the mounting base is provided with a guide belt groove, the other end of the mounting base is provided with a slidable sliding seat, and the mounting base is also provided with the first driving mechanism for driving the sliding seat to reciprocate;
the machine head comprises a machine head body, wherein the machine head body comprises a belt conveying mechanism and a sealing mechanism, the belt conveying mechanism is used for conveying packing belts, the sealing mechanism is used for cutting and welding the packing belts, and the machine head body is arranged on the sliding seat;
the packing belt output by the belt feeding mechanism enters the guide belt groove, and is output from the guide belt groove to enter the sealing mechanism.
2. The strapping machine head as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting base is further provided with a support member, and the guide strap slot is provided on the support member.

The head for a strapping machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein said guide slot has a first sub-slot portion and a second sub-slot portion, said first sub-slot portion having an arc-shaped configuration, said second sub-slot portion having a strip-shaped configuration; the first sub-groove portion is positioned above the second sub-groove portion, a lower port of the first sub-groove portion is communicated with the second sub-groove portion, the first sub-groove portion is arranged at the top and the side of the support member, and the second sub-groove portion is transversely arranged at the lower part of the support member.
4. The strapping machine head as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom of the mounting base is further provided with a return strap slot, the return strap slot being located below the second sub-slot portion.
5. The head for a strapping machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the guide slot groove includes an arc-shaped shutter member disposed outside the support member, the arc-shaped shutter member and the support member forming the first sub-slot portion therebetween;
the return belt groove includes a fixing strip and two fins, the fins are arranged on both sides of the fixing strip, the fixing strip is arranged below the support member, and the second sub-groove portion is formed between the fixing strip and the support member.

The head for a strapping machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the other end portion of the mounting base is provided with two parallel support rails, and both sides of the sliding seat are respectively provided with guide grooves into which the support rails are inserted at the corresponding sides.
7. A head for a strapping machine as in claim 6 wherein the slide carriage comprises a mounting frame and two side slide carriages disposed on respective sides of the mounting frame, the side slide carriages and the mounting frame defining the guide channel therebetween.
8. The head for the strapping machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the head body comprises a housing, and a belt inlet and a belt outlet are provided at an upper portion of the housing; the belt feeding mechanism comprises a belt feeding wheel, a pinch roller and a second driving mechanism, the pinch roller is located above the belt feeding wheel, the belt feeding wheel and the pinch roller are both rotatably arranged in the shell and located between the belt inlet and the belt outlet, and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the belt feeding wheel to rotate.
9. A head for a strapping machine, comprising:
the device comprises a mounting base, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism, wherein a slidable sliding seat is arranged at one end of the mounting base, a guide belt groove is formed in the sliding seat, and the first driving mechanism is used for driving the sliding seat to reciprocate;
the machine head comprises a machine head body, wherein the machine head body comprises a belt feeding mechanism and a sealing mechanism, the belt feeding mechanism is used for conveying a packing belt, the sealing mechanism is used for cutting and welding the packing belt, and the machine head body is arranged on the other end of the mounting base;
the packing belt output by the belt feeding mechanism enters the guide belt groove, and is output from the guide belt groove to enter the sealing mechanism.
10. A strapping machine including a head for a strapping machine as claimed in any of claims 1 to 9.
