The invention belongs to the field of machining and discloses a method for machining a long-depth annular hole, which comprises the following steps: 1) installing the long-depth annular hole cutter into a tool magazine, and fixing a part (2) on a workbench by adopting a clamp (1); 2) processing an annular hole (3) with a certain depth on the part (2) as a guide hole for processing a long-depth annular hole cutter; 3) roughly machining by using a hollow drill to remove most of the allowance; 4) and (3) machining the annular hole (3) of the part (2) by using a long-depth annular hole cutter, wherein the long-depth annular hole cutter is used for machining the annular hole to a target size along the axial direction of the part (2) at the speed of 80-150 mm/min. The invention can process the long-depth annular hole with the depth of more than 40mm, solves the problems of low efficiency, poor quality and the like in the existing processing process, improves the production efficiency and saves the production cost.

2, processing an annular hole 3 with a certain depth on the part 2 as a guide hole for processing a long-depth annular hole cutter;
3, roughly machining by using a hollow drill to remove most of allowance;
and 4, machining the annular hole 3 of the part 2 by using a long-depth annular hole cutter, wherein the long-depth annular hole cutter is fed and machined to a target size along the axial direction of the part 2 at a speed of 80-150 mm/min.
In the step 2, the depth of the guide hole is not less than 1-2 times of the height of the cutter head.
And 3, during rough machining, reserving 1-1.2 mm of allowance in the end face and the diameter direction of the annular hole 3 for subsequent finish machining.
And 4, a method of circularly machining holes is adopted, so that chip breaking and chip removal are smooth, and a good cooling effect is ensured.
