Background
In the rod and wire production process, the heating control of the steel billet is very important, when the tapping temperature is lower than the target temperature or the heating of the whole steel billet is uneven, on one hand, the stability of the product quality can be influenced, and on the other hand, the gear box of the rolling mill can be damaged by low-temperature steel rolling. Therefore, there is a need to control the heating process in rod and wire production to improve product quality and avoid mill gear damage.
CN103225017A discloses a method and a device for controlling a rod and wire square billet heating furnace model, which comprises the steps of utilizing a PLC to control the furnace temperature of the heating furnace in a partition mode, setting three thermocouples in the furnace width direction of each section of the heating furnace respectively, quickly and stably tracking and determining the head, middle and tail temperature of a steel billet, and simultaneously combining a radiation pyrometer according to a rough rolling inlet to accurately control the head and tail temperature distribution of the steel billet. However, the invention has too many monitoring points for the temperature of the steel billet and too complex adjusting mode, and the monitoring points can be arranged at key parts to meet the tapping temperature requirement in a mode of properly prolonging the heating time.

The invention aims to provide a tapping temperature control system of a rod and wire heating furnace and an operation method thereof, which simplify temperature monitoring and temperature adjusting modes and ensure product quality and stability.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a tapping temperature control system of a rod and wire heating furnace comprises a pyrometer, a timing function block and a tapping roller channel controller; the pyrometer is arranged between the roughing mill and the finishing mill, the timing function block and the steel outlet roller channel controller are arranged at a steel tapping hole of the heating furnace, and the pyrometer is electrically connected with the steel outlet roller channel controller through the timing function block to control steel billet steel tapping or delay steel tapping.

Preferably, the tapping temperature requirement in the step 3 is as follows: the times of more than 2s when the temperature of the whole length of the billet is lower than the lower limit temperature are less than 5 times, and the continuous time when the temperature of the whole length of the billet is lower than the lower limit temperature is less than 10 s.

3) According to the invention, through a tapping temperature control system consisting of the pyrometer, the timing function block and the tapping roller channel controller, monitoring points are arranged at key positions, so that the tapping temperature requirement is met in a mode of properly prolonging the heating time, the temperature monitoring and temperature adjusting modes are simplified, and the product quality and stability are ensured.

Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the production process of the steel billet 9 sequentially comprises heating of a heating furnace 1, dephosphorization of a dephosphorization machine 5, rough rolling of a mill 6 and finishing rolling of a mill 8, and the steel billet is conveyed by a tapping roller table 2. In the steel tapping temperature control system of the bar and wire heating furnace, a pyrometer 7 is arranged between a roughing mill 6 and a finishing mill 8 to detect the full-length temperature of a steel billet 9, a timing function block 3 and a steel tapping roller channel controller 4 are arranged at a steel tapping hole of the heating furnace 1, and the pyrometer 7 is electrically connected with the steel tapping roller channel controller 4 through the timing function block 3 to control the steel billet 9 to tap or delay the steel tapping.
The overall length temperature measurement results of the billet 9 are shown in fig. 2: the number of times of being 2s or more below the lower limit temperature is 6; the continuous time below the lower limit temperature is 18s, which does not meet the tapping temperature requirement. And the timing function block 3 is started, the delay time is set to be 6 × 30S =3min, the steel-out roller controller 4 stops outputting the next steel billet from the steel outlet of the heating furnace 1 within the time, and the subsequent steel billet is made to stay in the heating furnace 1 for continuous heating. And after the delayed tapping time is reached, the timing function block 3 is closed, the tapping roller channel controller 4 controls the heating furnace 1 to tap steel, the full-length temperature of the steel billet is detected by the pyrometer 7 again after dephosphorization and rough rolling, the detection result is shown in figure 3, the steel tapping temperature requirement is met, the timing function block 3 is closed, and the tapping roller channel controller 4 controls the heating furnace 1 to continue tapping.
The heating furnace PLC system automatically counts the number N of steel billets with unqualified tapping temperature of each production class, the tapping temperature control system N is reduced by 30%, the product quality stability is improved, the damage probability of a gear box is reduced, and the fault of the gear box is reduced by 20%.
