As shown in fig. 2 and 8, in some exemplary embodiments, the positioning hole 731 is a circular shape adapted to the breast, which facilitates the positioning hole 731 to be located on the periphery of the breast contour, thereby facilitating the rapid and accurate positioning of the breast.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, in some exemplary embodiments, the positioning hole 731 and the auxiliary operation hole 732 may be formed in any one of a pear shape, a gourd shape, a bar shape, an oval shape, and the like, or the positioning hole 731 may be directly formed as a circular hole having a diameter greater than that of the breast and smaller than a treatment window contour line of the treatment device.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, in some exemplary embodiments, the thickness of the inner peripheral region 733 of the location pad 73 near the location hole 731 is less than the thickness of the outer peripheral region 734 away from the location hole 731. During treatment, the location pad 73 is placed on the transfer couch, and the peripheral region 734 of the location pad 73 covers the treatment window contour of the treatment apparatus. The positioning pad 73 is of a locally thickened structure, so that further buffering and pressure dispersion are facilitated, and comfort is improved.
In some exemplary embodiments, the outer layer of the placemat may be made of PTU film, PU leather, rubber, or other flexible, waterproof material. Taking the TPU film as an example, the PTU film not only has excellent high tension, high tensile strength, toughness and ageing resistance, but also has excellent antibacterial and mildew resistance, stronger hydrolysis resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, water resistance, air permeability, excellent biocompatibility, no toxicity, no anaphylactic reaction, no local irritation and no pyrogen, prevents the contact part from being irritated or allergic, and has wide application range, environmental protection and health. The filling material of the soft filling layer can be gel or foam. The gel has excellent skin-friendly performance, can not extrude the skin, has good elasticity, can buffer and disperse pressure, can also sense the temperature and dissipate heat, and is beneficial to keeping comfortable body feeling.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in an exemplary embodiment, the angle adjusting component is a lifting mechanism capable of translating on the bed body, and the lifting mechanism drives the non-treatment side trunk to lift, so as to adjust the inclination angle of the body of the patient. For example, the lifting mechanism comprises a cushion body and a lifting driving member 754 arranged in the cushion body, the lifting driving member 754 can be a lifting cylinder or other telescopic structures, the cushion body comprises a bottom plate 753 and a top plate 752 connected with the bottom plate 753, and the non-treatment side trunk of the patient is flexibly supported through the top plate. The bottom plate 753 and the top plate 752 can be connected to form a V-shaped structure, and the joint of the top plate 752 and the bottom plate 753 is in flexible connection or rotary connection, so that the top plate can be stressed and flexibly turned. The top plate 752 is provided with a first avoidance opening 755 for avoiding breasts, and the lifting driving piece 754 drives the top plate 752 to turn around the joint of the top plate 752 and the bottom plate 753, so as to adjust the height of the non-treatment side trunk of the patient and further adjust the inclination angle of the body of the patient. The seat body of the lifting driving member 754 can be installed on the bottom plate 753, and the output end of the lifting driving member is hinged with the top plate, or directly abuts against the top plate to drive the top plate to turn.
In an exemplary embodiment, the angle adjustment component may also be an air bag, and the height of the non-treatment side trunk of the patient can be adjusted by changing the inflation quantity in the air bag.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an exemplary embodiment, the angle adjusting component 75 is an adjusting pad that can translate on the bed 4, and the inclination angle of the body of the patient can be adjusted by changing the position of the adjusting pad supporting the torso on the non-treatment side. In this embodiment, the adjusting pad can be placed on the soft pad 72 to provide a flexible support for the non-treatment side trunk, and the adjusting pad moves along the width direction (i.e. X direction in the figure) of the bed 4 to adjust to change the size of the angle α of the non-treatment side pad, so as to adapt to different treatment requirements.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an exemplary embodiment, the angle adjusting component 75 is an adjusting pad, and a second avoiding opening 751 for avoiding the breast is provided on the inner side of the adjusting pad, so as to avoid compressing the breast on the non-treatment side. The top of the adjusting pad is an inclined plane which gradually decreases from the outer side to the inner side. The angle adjusting component 75 may include two left breast adjusting pads and right breast adjusting pads with symmetrical structures, and the matching degree is higher, and when the angle adjusting component is used, the adjusting pad corresponding to the non-treatment side breast is selected for use; or the angle adjusting part 75 can comprise an adjusting pad which is of a symmetrical structure, the left breast and the right breast share the same adjusting pad, the universality is high, and the breast adjusting part can adapt to the breast on the other side by rotating 180 degrees when in use. The adjusting cushion can also play a certain supporting role for the shoulders and the waist of the patient, and is beneficial to relieving the fatigue of the non-treatment side shoulders.
As shown in fig. 2, in an exemplary embodiment, a support plate 71 is disposed on the bed 4, and the support plate 71 is located below the positioning pad 73 to provide support for the upper torso of the patient. The supporting plate 71 is provided with the first opening 21 corresponding to the treatment hole 41, the top surface of the supporting plate 71 is gradually reduced from outside to inside, the stress area is increased by adopting the top surface structure, the chest wall and the costal arch are prevented from being locally pressed, and the comfort level of a patient is improved.
As shown in FIG. 2, in an exemplary embodiment, the bottom of the supporting plate 71 is folded downwards to form a flange structure for connecting with the bed body 4, and the flange structure is supported on the edge of the therapeutic hole 41. In this embodiment, the supporting plate 71 may be an annular structure, the flange structure is disposed at the edge of the outer ring, the supporting plate 71 is mounted on the bed body 4, and is engaged with the treatment hole 41 on the bed body 4 through the flange structure in an embedded manner, and is limited by the step surface at the edge of the treatment hole 41. After the supporting plate 71 is assembled with the bed body 4, the highest point of the upper surface of the supporting plate 71 can be flush with the upper surface of the bed body 4, and the bed is simple and convenient to assemble and stable in structure. The supporting plate 71 and the bed body 4 can be connected in a detachable connection mode such as embedded mode and bolt connection, so that the supporting plate 71 and the bed body 4 can be manufactured independently, the supporting plate with proper thickness can be manufactured according to requirements, for example, the supporting plate 71 is thinned, the thickness of the supporting plate 71 is smaller than that of the bed body 4, the supporting plate with thinner thickness is adopted, the occupied space of the supporting plate 71 can be reduced, breast tissues on the side to be treated can fully fall into the focus range of the ultrasonic treatment head below the supporting plate, and the treatment effect is improved. In this embodiment, the ultrasonic treatment head is installed below the treatment hole 41, and the breast to be treated enters the focus range of the ultrasonic treatment head after passing through the treatment hole 41.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an exemplary embodiment, the bed surface kit further includes a cushion 72, the cushion 72 is installed on the bed body 4, and an installation position can be set on the upper surface of the bed body 4 in a downward concave manner, so that the cushion 72 can not shake when being placed in the installation position, and the bed surface kit is stable in structure and easy and convenient to replace. The soft pad 72 is provided with a second opening 721 corresponding to the treatment hole 41, the positioning pad 73 is positioned in the second opening 721 and supported on the support plate 71, the positioning pad 73 can be limited to randomly shake through the second opening 721, and when the assembly is completed, the upper surface of the positioning pad 73 is flush with the upper surface of the soft pad 72, so that the compression of the patient in the treatment process can be relieved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an exemplary embodiment, the bed surface kit further includes a head pad 74, a third opening 722 is formed on the soft pad 72 corresponding to the head, the head pad 74 is supported on the bed 4 and is located in the third opening 722, and the head pad 74 is sunk on the upper surface of the soft pad 72. The bed body 4 can also be concavely provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is correspondingly arranged with the third opening 722, the headrest 74 is positioned in the mounting groove and the third opening 722, and the headrest 74 can be limited to swing through the cooperation of the mounting groove and the third opening.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an exemplary embodiment, the upper surface of the headrest 74 is lower than the upper surface of the cushion 72, the upper surface of the headrest 74 is provided with a protrusion 741 protruding upward, the upper surface of the protrusion 741 is flush with the upper surface of the cushion 72, and the protrusion 741 supports the neck of the patient, and the structure is designed to partially sink the headrest 74, prevent the neck from stretching laterally, and provide a flexible support for the head of the patient, thereby facilitating the fatigue relief of the neck of the patient and preventing the fatigue damage of the neck. In this embodiment, the protrusion 741 may be an arc-shaped structure, which is beneficial to fit with the neck and improves comfort. The head cushion 74 is convenient to take out from the bed body 4 and the soft cushion 72, and is beneficial to replacing head cushions with different thickness specifications according to different patients; or the lifting mechanism is arranged on the bed body to realize the adjustment of the lifting height of the head cushion.
As shown in fig. 2-4, in an exemplary embodiment, the deck assembly further includes a foot pad 76 for supporting the patient's foot, the foot pad 76 being disposed on the cushion 72, whereby the foot pad helps to maintain the patient's legs in a natural position and prevents fatigue damage to the legs.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an exemplary embodiment, the positioning pad 73, the adjusting pad, the soft pad 72, the head pad 74 and the foot pad 76 cooperate with each other to provide flexible support for various body parts of the patient, so as to relieve local pressure feeling of the patient, improve the comfort and tolerance of the patient, and enable the breast tissue on the side to be treated to be more accurately and sufficiently exposed in the ultrasonic treatment head. The positioning pad 73, the adjusting pad, the soft pad 72, the head pad 74 and the foot pad 76 can be made of any one of EVA foam, space memory foam, PVC foam or gel, which is beneficial to ensuring the stability of the body state of the patient and improving the comfort level.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4 and 7, in an exemplary embodiment, the bed surface kit further includes a fixing belt component 77 for fixing the trunk of the patient, two ends of the fixing belt component 77 are respectively connected to two sides of the bed body 4 in the width direction, and the fixing belt component can be moved along the length direction of the bed body 4 to adjust the position where the fixing belt component presses the trunk of the patient so as to adapt to patients with different heights, and the fixing belt component generally presses the back of the patient to fix the trunk of the patient. The fixing belt assembly 77 cooperates with the soft cushion 72, the positioning cushion 73 and the angle adjusting component 75 to keep the patient in a good and fixed body position, thereby improving the safety of the treatment process. The harness assembly 77 is also adjustable in length along the length of the harness assembly to accommodate different patients. In this embodiment, the fixing belt assembly 77 includes an adjusting belt 772, and both ends of the adjusting belt 772 are provided with length adjusting structures, which can be magic tapes, so that the fixing is convenient and the tightness can be adjusted quickly; the strip-shaped soft belt 771 is sleeved on the adjusting belt 772, and the strip-shaped soft belt 771 can slide along the length direction of the adjusting belt to adjust the position, so that the position contacted with the body of the patient is adjusted, and the comfort level of the back of the patient is improved; the two ends of the adjusting belt are provided with a sliding block 773, and the connecting position of the sliding block 773 and the bed body 4 is adjusted to realize the adjustment of the position of the fixing belt. Wherein, the sliding block 773 can be connected with the sliding grooves 42 on both sides of the bed body 4, the sliding grooves 42 are arranged along the length direction of the bed body 4 (i.e. the Y direction in the figure), and the sliding block 773 slides along the sliding grooves 42 to adjust the position of the fixing belt component 77; or a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the two sides of the bed body along the length direction of the bed body, and the sliding blocks 773 are in clamping fit with the clamping grooves in different positions, so that the position of the fixing belt component 77 is adjusted.
As shown in fig. 1, 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, an X-direction translation mechanism 81 for translating and adjusting the bed 4 in the X direction and a Y-direction translation mechanism 82 for translating and adjusting the bed 4 in the Y direction with respect to the bed frame 1 are disposed between the bed 4 and the bed frame 1, and a bed locking mechanism 84 is disposed between the bed 4 and the bed frame 1, and the bed locking mechanism 84 is used for locking or unlocking the bed 4 and the bed frame 1. Make the bed body 4 can carry out horizontal sideslip relatively and adjust with bedstead 1 through simple structure to lock through bed body locking mechanism, so that adjust patient's position on the bed body 4 as required, it is steady to remove the adjustment.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in the present exemplary embodiment, the width direction of the bed 4 is taken as the X direction, and the length direction of the bed 4 is taken as the Y direction.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, the X-direction translation mechanism 81 and the Y-direction translation mechanism 82 are mounted at the front and rear ends of the bottom of the bed 4, and the treatment holes 41 are located between the translation mechanisms at the front and rear ends of the bed. The head and the tail of the bed body 4 are both provided with an X-direction translation mechanism 81 and a Y-direction translation mechanism 82, which are beneficial to the guide of the translation mechanism at one end, and the bearing of the translation mechanism at the other end, so that the stability and the guide precision of the structure are ensured.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, the bed 4 is connected to the X-direction translation mechanism 81 through the Y-direction translation mechanism 82, and the X-direction translation mechanism 81 is connected to the bed frame 1. The bed body 4 translates on the Y-direction translation mechanism 82 along the Y direction, and the bed body 4 translates on the X-direction translation mechanism 81 together with the Y-direction translation mechanism 82 along the X direction, so that the X-direction and Y-direction translation adjustment of the bed body 4 is realized, and the alignment precision of the treatment hole and the treatment window is finely adjusted.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, the X-direction translation mechanism 81 may be a linear guide pair, and the Y-direction translation mechanism 82 may be a linear guide pair or a track roller set. Wherein, the X of 4 head and the tail both ends of bed body can select linear guide pair or orbit wheelset to translation mechanism and Y according to the demand, and translation device's quantity also can be selected according to the demand, and each X is parallel to translation mechanism distribution direction, and each Y is parallel to translation mechanism distribution direction. In this embodiment, two sets of X-direction translation mechanisms and two sets of Y-direction translation mechanisms are arranged at the tail end of the bed body, and both the X-direction translation mechanisms and the Y-direction translation mechanisms are linear guide rail pairs; the bed body head end is equipped with a set of X to translation mechanism and a set of Y to translation mechanism, and this X is vice to translation mechanism for linear guide, and Y is the orbit wheelset to translation mechanism, and the Y of bed body tail end is vice to translation mechanism for linear guide, and the Y of bed body head end is the orbit wheelset to translation mechanism, can effectively avoid causing the motion jamming of the too big initiation of depth of parallelism deviation because of long-span segmentation assembly, reduces the assembly degree of difficulty and cost.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, the linear guide pair includes a linear guide and a slider slidably mounted on the linear guide; the slide block and the linear guide rail of the X-direction translation mechanism are respectively connected with the Y-direction translation mechanism and the bedstead, and the slide block and the linear guide rail of the Y-direction translation mechanism are respectively connected with the bed body and the X-direction translation mechanism. For example, the sliders of the X-direction translation mechanism are X-direction sliders 812, the number of the X-direction sliders 812 is greater than 1, and the X-direction sliders can be set as required; the Y-direction sliding blocks of the Y-direction translation mechanism are Y-direction sliding blocks 822, the number of the Y-direction sliding blocks 22 is greater than 1, and the Y-direction sliding blocks can be arranged as required; during installation, the bed 4 is connected to the Y-direction slider 822 through the Y-direction slider fixing plate, the Y-direction linear guide 821 is installed on the X-direction translation mechanism through the Y-direction guide installation plate 823, the Y-direction guide installation plate 823 is connected to the X-direction slider 812 through the X-direction slider fixing plate, and the X-direction linear guide 811 is connected to the bed frame 1 through the X-direction guide installation plate 813. Simple structure, simple to operate, the operation is stable for have good guiding performance when sliding.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, the track roller set includes a roller mounting seat 824 connected to the bed body 4, a supporting roller set 825 and a second guiding roller set 826 are mounted on the roller mounting seat 824, the supporting roller set 825 is slidably assembled with a roller supporting plate 827 connected to the X-direction translation mechanism, the roller supporting plate 827 may be connected to the X-direction slider fixing plate 814, and when the supporting roller set 825 slides along the roller supporting plate 827, the second guiding roller set 826 guides the sliding of the supporting roller set 825.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, each of the supporting wheel set 825 and the second guiding wheel set 826 includes at least one roller, the axis of the roller of the supporting wheel set 825 is horizontally disposed and parallel to the X direction, and the axis of the roller of the second guiding wheel set is vertically disposed. In this embodiment, the number of the rollers of the supporting roller set 825 is 3, and the rollers are spaced along the Y direction, and the number of the rollers of the second guiding roller set 826 is 2, and the rollers are spaced along the Y direction. By adopting the structural design, the structure layout is compact, the occupied space is small, the assembly clearance is convenient to adjust, the self-adaptive capacity is strong, the operation is stable, and the assembly difficulty is reduced.
As shown in fig. 11, in an exemplary embodiment, the rollers of the supporting wheel set 825 and the second guiding wheel set 826 may be polyurethane wheels, PU rubber wheels or other flexible rollers, which is beneficial for reducing the noise of movement and improving the adaptive capacity and comfort of the fitting.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, the transfer bed further includes an X-direction buffer limiting block 831 for moving the X-direction translation mechanism and a Y-direction buffer limiting block 832 for moving the Y-direction translation mechanism, so that the translation of the bed body is within the stroke ranges of the X-direction and the Y-direction, and the potential safety hazard caused by excessive movement stroke is avoided. When the X-direction translation mechanism and the Y-direction translation mechanism of the same set of translation devices are linear guide rail pairs, the X-direction buffer stopper 831 and the Y-direction buffer stopper 832 may be both mounted on the Y-direction guide rail mounting plate 823; when the X-direction translation mechanism of the same set of translation devices is a linear guide pair and the Y-direction translation mechanism is a track wheel set, the X-direction buffer limiting block 831 may be installed on the roller mounting seat and the Y-direction buffer limiting block 832 may be installed on the roller supporting plate.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, the number of the bed locking mechanisms 84 is two, one group is used for controlling unlocking and locking of the bed in the X-direction translation, and the other group is used for controlling unlocking and locking of the bed in the Y-direction translation, and the unlocking and locking can be independently controlled. The bed locking mechanism 84 comprises a pull cable 841, a lock pin fixing seat 842 and a rack 843 mounted on the X-direction translation mechanism or the Y-direction translation mechanism, wherein one end of the pull cable 841 is connected with a lock pin 844 used for being meshed with the rack 843 to be locked or being separated from the rack 843 to be unlocked. The locking pin 844 is provided with a limiting portion 8441, and the locking pin 844 is movably installed on the locking pin fixing seat 842 and can linearly move on the locking pin fixing seat 842. The locking pin 844 is sleeved with a return spring 845, two ends of the return spring 845 respectively prop against the limiting portion 8441 and the locking pin fixing seat 842, when the pull rope 841 pulls the locking pin 844 to be separated from the rack 843 for unlocking, the return spring 845 is in a compressed state, and when the pull rope 841 loosens, the return spring 845 drives the locking pin 844 to reset and be meshed with the rack 843 for locking. Wherein, the one end of cable 841 is kept away from the lockpin is equipped with pull ring 847, and cable 841 has cable outer tube 846 outward cover, and the both ends of cable outer tube 846 are fixed respectively on pull ring mount 848 and cable head mount 849, and pull ring mount 848 and lockpin fixing base 842 fixed connection, lockpin fixing base 842 can be used for being connected with bed body 4 or X to guide rail mounting panel 813. The outer cable tube 846 is used for wrapping the exposed cable 841, protecting the cable 841, and adjusting the fit clearance of the lock pin 844 and the rack 843 and the force of the return spring 845 by adjusting the length of the outer cable tube 846. The effective length of the outer cable tube 846 between the pull ring installation seat 848 and the cable head fixing frame 849 can be adjusted by the two ends of the outer cable tube 846 through the wire passing bolts, so that the fit clearance between the lock pin 844 and the rack 843 and the force of the reset spring 845 are adjusted, for example, when the effective length of the outer cable tube 846 is longer, the cable 841 is forced to be pulled outwards, and when the cable 841 is pulled outwards to a certain degree, the reset spring 845 is compressed, the elastic force is increased, the pull ring 847 is less likely to be pulled out, and the fit clearance is larger; when the length of the outer cable tube 846 is adjusted to be proper, the return spring 845 is just fully extended, the lock pin 844 is tightly matched with the rack 843, the pull ring 847 has no idle stroke, and at the moment, the bed body locking mechanism reaches the optimal state. The pull ring 847 is located outside the pull ring mounting seat 848, a locking groove is formed in the pull ring mounting seat 848, when the pull ring is pulled out, the pull ring is rotated to be clamped with the locking groove, the stay cable is kept still, and therefore the lock pin is kept in an unlocking state. The pull ring mounting base 848 can be arranged at the edge of the bed body together with the digital display screen 851 in a centralized manner, so that centralized operation and observation are facilitated. In this embodiment, a rack of a bed locking mechanism for controlling unlocking and locking of the bed body in the X-direction translation is installed on the X-direction slider fixing plate 814, and a lock pin fixing seat is installed on the X-direction guide rail mounting plate 813; a rack of a bed body locking mechanism for controlling unlocking and locking of the bed body in the Y-direction translation is installed on the Y-direction guide rail installation plate 823, a lock pin fixing seat is installed on a Y-direction slide block fixing plate or is directly connected with the bottom of the bed body, unlocking and locking operations are simple and convenient, the locking and unlocking mechanism can be locked or unlocked at any position in a moving stroke, and the universality is high.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in an exemplary embodiment, the transfer bed further includes a metering device, the metering device includes a grating ruler 852 and a digital display screen 851, the grating ruler 852 is used for metering the translation amount of the bed body 4, and the translation amount of the bed body 4 is displayed through the digital display screen 851. Metering device can set up two sets ofly, shows to the measurement of translation and the measurement of Y to the translation for X respectively, and grating ruler 852 can select the mounted position according to the demand, as long as can measure the translation volume that corresponds translation mechanism can. The digital display screen 851 can be integrally assembled on the surface of the bed body, so that an operator can conveniently observe the moving direction and distance at any time, the bed body can be accurately controlled, and the safety of equipment is improved.
The working process is as follows: when the operation preparation device is used for operation preparation, the soft cushion 72 and the support plate 71 are sequentially arranged on the bed body 4, the positioning pad 73 is arranged on the support plate 71, the position of the auxiliary operation hole on the positioning pad 73 is adjusted according to the position of the left side and the right side of the body of the breast to be treated of a patient, and the auxiliary operation hole faces the side to be treated (for example, the left side of the breast of the patient is treated, and the auxiliary operation hole faces the left side of the patient). The patient lies on the soft pad in a prone position, the body position is adjusted, the breast at the side to be treated completely falls into the positioning hole, the center of the breast is overlapped with the circle center of the positioning hole 731 as much as possible, the arm at the side to be treated is tightly attached to the body and is horizontally placed towards the foot end, and the arm at the non-treatment side is naturally bent towards the head and horizontally placed; the head pad 74 is selected to have an appropriate thickness, with the patient's head side facing the non-treatment side. The foot pad 76 is placed under the ankle of the patient and adjusted to the proper position to allow the feet to relax naturally. Selecting an adjusting pad with a corresponding specification to be placed below the body of the patient on the non-treatment side, and translating along the length direction of the bed body to adjust the position of the adjusting pad so as to enable the breast on the non-treatment side to be positioned in a second avoidance port; the position of the adjusting pad is adjusted by translating along the width direction of the bed body, and the body of the patient inclines at a certain angle, so that the body of the patient to be treated clings to the soft pad, and all parts of the body are naturally relaxed without obvious oppression. In the treatment process, the positions of all the parts can be flexibly adjusted at any time according to the treatment requirement, and the safety performance is improved.
During butt joint, the lower supporting part of the transfer bed slides in along the butt joint guide channel of the treatment equipment, and after the transfer bed is in butt joint in place, the transfer bed and the treatment equipment are locked through the transfer bed locking mechanism, so that the transfer bed and the treatment equipment are kept relatively stable.
During treatment, if the bed body is in place, the bed body locking mechanism is always kept in a locking state when the bed body does not need to move in a translation manner, so that safety accidents caused by the back-and-forth sliding of the bed body are avoided. If the bed body needs to be subjected to micro-translation alignment, the pull ring is pulled out of the pull ring mounting seat for a set distance and is rotated anticlockwise by 90 degrees to be fixed with the locking groove, at the moment, the pull ring drives the pull rope to separate the lock pin from the rack, and the translation device is unlocked; after the movement is finished, the pull ring is separated from the locking groove, the pull ring rotates clockwise for 90 degrees to reset, the reset spring pushes the lock pin to be meshed with the rack again, the translation device is locked, and translation adjustment is finished.
After treatment is finished, the transfer bed locking mechanism is unlocked, the transfer bed is separated from the treatment equipment, and the transfer bed transfers the patient to a designated place.
The transfer bed has the advantages of simple structure, diversified functions, wide application range, simple and convenient operation, high comfort level, prevention of fatigue damage and improvement of tolerance of patients, and patients do not need to be separated from the transfer bed in the whole process. And the transfer bed and the treatment equipment have high butt joint positioning precision, the accuracy and the efficiency of human body positioning are improved, the time for confirming the position of the focus and focusing the focus tissue is shortened, the sound field interference is reduced, the safety is high, the application range is wide, the safety performance and the treatment efficiency are improved, and the cost and the labor intensity are reduced.

A transfer bed for carrying a patient, transferring a patient, or treating a patient in conjunction with a treatment apparatus, comprising: the bed comprises a bed frame and a bed body, wherein an upper supporting part and a lower supporting part which extend towards the same side of the bed frame are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the bed frame, the bed body is arranged on the upper supporting part, and a walking mechanism is arranged on the lower supporting part.

A transfer bed according to claim 1, wherein: the upper supporting part, the lower supporting part and the bedstead are matched to form a C-shaped structure, and when the transfer bed is used for being matched with the treatment equipment, the lower supporting part extends into the butt joint guide channel on the treatment equipment and is matched with the butt joint guide channel for butt joint guide.
3. A transfer bed according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the bed body is provided with a treatment hole corresponding to a treatment window on the treatment equipment, and when the transfer bed is matched with the treatment equipment, the bed body is positioned above the treatment equipment.
4. A transfer bed according to claim 3, wherein: a bed surface suite is arranged on the bed body and comprises a positioning pad and/or an angle adjusting component,
the positioning pad is arranged on the bed body and covers the treatment hole, a positioning hole for positioning the part to be treated is arranged on the positioning pad, and the part to be treated enters the treatment hole after passing through the positioning hole during treatment;
the angle adjusting component is arranged on the bed body and is used for supporting the trunk on the non-treatment side during treatment and adjusting the inclination angle of the body of a patient by changing the lifting height of the trunk on the non-treatment side.

A transfer bed according to claim 3, wherein: the angle adjusting component is a lifting mechanism which can be translated on the bed body, and the lifting mechanism drives the non-treatment side trunk to lift so as to adjust the inclination angle of the body of the patient; or the angle adjusting component is an adjusting pad which can translate on the bed body, and the inclination angle of the body of the patient is adjusted by changing the position of the adjusting pad supporting the trunk on the non-treatment side.

A transfer bed according to claim 5, wherein: the lifting mechanism comprises a cushion body and a lifting driving piece arranged in the cushion body, the cushion body comprises a bottom plate and a top plate connected with the bottom plate, a first avoidance port for avoiding breasts is formed in the top plate, and the lifting driving piece drives the top plate to turn around the joint of the top plate and the bottom plate so as to adjust the supporting height of the top plate; the inner side of the adjusting pad is provided with a second dodging port for dodging the breast, the top of the adjusting pad is an inclined plane, and the inclined plane is gradually reduced from the outer side to the inner side.

A transfer bed according to claim 3, wherein: a positioning hole in the positioning pad penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of the positioning pad, the center line of the positioning hole is superposed with the center line of the treatment hole, and one side of the positioning hole extends outwards to form an auxiliary operation hole; and a soft filling layer is arranged in the positioning pad and is positioned at the periphery of the positioning hole and the auxiliary operation hole.
