技术领域
本发明涉及一种动物饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种能够改善乳汁质量、缓解便秘的母猪保健饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国养猪业以规模化、集约化的势头快速发展,母猪在整个养猪业起着举足轻重的作用。哺乳母猪阶段的生产繁殖性能(如体重、泌乳量、发情时间等)是保证猪场生产稳定和可持续发展的重要环节之一。
现代集约化条件下饲养的母猪,因缺乏运动、体内孕酮增加、平滑肌收缩功能减弱等生理原因以及各种外界应激反应造成肠道蠕动减慢,极易导致妊娠后期和哺乳期母猪便秘(便秘率达到30%~50%),从而影响妊娠母猪腹内胎儿正常发育,增加猪场的弱胎率和死胎率。此外,便秘母猪肠道内的粪便会在微生物的作用下进行发酵,进而产生多种毒素,损害母猪机体器官,引起子宫炎和***炎,出现产后泌乳障碍,泌乳量和乳液品质下降,进而影响哺乳仔猪的健康生长。母猪产仔数量增多、母猪乳腺发育状况不良以及饲料配方组成等因素也容易导致母猪的乳汁供应不足。
针对上述问题,当前饲料企业常通过营养调控手段进行干预,如饲料配方中添加硫酸钠、硫酸镁、氯化钾等原料,虽有一些效果,但治标不治本;在饲料中添加大量纤维类原料虽具有一定的缓解作用,但会影响饲料配方组成,适口性差,且纤维类原料中霉菌毒素含量特别高,常引母猪流产及弱仔等问题。虽然也有与改善母猪泌乳量或促进母猪排便相关的发明专利,但这些专利仅局限于单方面研究,没有从整体上考虑“便秘-内毒素-泌乳”之间的级联反应,以及使用某些原料可能存在的潜在风险。故而如何利用多样性原料和营养调控手段开发可改善乳汁质量、缓解便秘的母猪保健饲料已成为当前饲料技术发展的重要内容和研究热点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种能够改善乳汁质量、缓解便秘的母猪保健饲料及其制备方法,解决了常规母猪饲料存在的霉菌毒素超标、营养不均衡、无法调控机体免疫力等诸多弊端,在增加母猪泌乳性能、改善***质量、缓解便秘等方面取得了良好效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种能够改善乳汁质量、缓解便秘的母猪保健饲料,原料组成按重量份计,包括:玉米30-50份、豆粕15-20份、玉米酒精糟DDGS5-10份、乳铁蛋白1-2份、小麦水解蛋白2-3份、膳食纤维15-30份、甘草次酸0.4-0.8份、复合油脂1-2份、复合益生菌菌粉0.5-1份、复合中草药组合物5-10份、复合糖制剂3-5份、食用盐0.2-0.5份、磷酸氢钙0.4-0.8份、复合酸化剂0.05-0.1份、赖氨酸1-2份、苏氨酸0.8-1.5份、色氨酸0.8-1.5份、复合维生素1-3份、氯化胆碱0.5-1份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.5份、硫酸锌0.2-0.5份、麦饭石粉0.2-0.4份。
所述复合油脂按重量份计,包括:猪油30-45份、米糠油3-5份、茶油3-5份、花生油15-25份。
所述复合益生菌菌粉按重量份计,包括:枯草芽孢杆菌0.2-0.4份,唾液乳杆菌3-5份,植物乳杆菌3-5份,布拉氏酵母菌2-4份,鼠李糖乳杆菌2-5份、地衣芽孢杆菌3-5份。
所述复合益生菌的有效活菌数2.5×109CFU/g-4.6×109CFU/g,其中枯草芽孢杆菌4.6×107CFU/g-9.2×107CFU/g,唾液乳杆菌7×108CFU/g-1.16×109CFU/g,植物乳杆菌7×108CFU/g-1.16×109CFU/g,布拉氏酵母菌2.3×108CFU/g-4.6×108CFU/g,鼠李糖乳杆菌2.3×108CFU/g-5.75×108CFU/g、地衣芽孢杆菌7×108CFU/g-1.16×109CFU/g。

所述的复合糖制剂按重量份计,包括:纤维寡糖5-10份、壳寡糖5-10份、异麦芽寡糖2-4份、果寡糖5-8份、甘露寡糖5-10份、半乳糖1-4份、氨基葡萄糖30-40份。
所述复合中草药组合物按重量份计,包括:黄芪5-10份、益母草3-5份、党参5-10份、车前草3-8份、苜蓿草粉5-10份、何首乌6-12份、麦芽3-5份、红枣10-15份、甘草2-4份、枸杞4-8份、薄荷3-5份、番泻叶2-6份、葛根3-5份、鬼针草1-3份;
所述复合中草药组合物的制备方法为:按配比称取各中草药原料,经粉碎、烘干处理后,处理后的粒径≤100μm、水分含量≤12%。
所述的母猪保健饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料,备用;
(2)将玉米、豆粕、DDGS、膳食纤维混合均匀,粉碎成2.0-3.0mm的颗粒混合物,备用;
(3)将乳铁蛋白、小麦水解蛋白、甘草次酸、复合油脂、复合益生菌菌粉、复合中草药组合物、复合糖制剂、食用盐、磷酸氢钙、复合酸化剂、赖氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、复合维生素、氯化胆碱、抗氧化剂、硫酸锌、麦饭石粉加入上述颗粒混合物中,经混合均匀、调质、冷却后,即得母猪保健饲料成品。
本发明有益效果:
1、本发明复合益生菌为多种乳酸菌组合的益生菌活菌,可以增强肠道有益微生物的繁殖,抑制大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等有害菌的生长,改善肠道的微生物菌群平衡,促进肠道健康,减少疾病的发生。其中复合益生菌通过协调互补,诱导肠嗜铬细胞(ECs)中嗜铬粒蛋白A(CGA)的表达,增强去甲肾上腺素等儿茶酚胺(CA)的分泌水平,进而激活铬粒素A/干扰素(CgA/α2A)相关的肾上腺素受体(ADRα2A)级联信号。ECs激活后,唾液乳杆菌CICC23174、鼠李糖乳杆菌ATCC53103可下调瞬时受体电位离子通道(TRPV4),上调色氨酸羟化酶(TPH)以及增加胃动素(MTL)水平,经过系列信号传导从而上调嗅觉受体2A4(OR2A4)关键蛋白表达,最终促进ECs合成5-羟色胺,显著增加肠道内5-羟色胺含量。大量5-羟色胺激活G蛋白偶联受体R4/环磷酸腺苷(GPCRSR4/cAMP)水通道蛋白通路,进而下调水通道蛋白3(AQP3),改善肠道含水量。此外肠道内增加的5-羟色胺还可代谢膳食纤维为短链脂肪酸(SCFAs),从而刺激肠道粘膜上的黏蛋白,改善Cl-,HCO3 -等体液转运,有效缓解便秘。
2、本发明采用柠檬酸,富马酸,苹果酸,绿原酸组成复合酸化剂,可与益生菌协同作用,一方面复合酸化剂不影响乳酸杆菌等益生菌的生长代谢,益生菌菌株通过占据肠道粘附位点或竞争营养物质抑制肠道内有害细菌增殖,另一方面酸化剂通过能量竞争、改变肠道pH、改变渗透压、抑制致病菌大分子合成和诱导抗菌肽产生等方式抑制病原菌增殖,复合酸化剂与益生菌科学配伍抑菌效果好,维护健康的肠道内环境。
3、本发明采用猪油、米糠油、茶油和花生油组成复合油脂,在快速、高效提供能量的同时充分平衡了油脂中饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸的水平。不饱和脂肪酸在动物和人体内可以通过脱氢酶和增碳酶的作用转化为十八碳四烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、***素(PG)等高活性物质,调控机体的生理生化反应,如增加了下丘脑-脑下垂体-肾上腺轴敏感度,提高消化道内消化酶活性等,进而调节动物机体内分泌***和消化***。
4、本发明采用叔丁基对苯二酚或二丁基羟基甲苯为抗氧化剂,利用H离子终止自由基连锁反应,发挥抗氧化作用,可有效稳定保健饲料中酸化剂、复合油脂以及中草药有效成分等组分,避免被氧化破坏。
5、本发明采用纤维寡糖,壳寡糖,异麦芽寡糖,果寡糖,甘露寡糖,半乳糖,氨基葡萄糖组成复合糖制剂,根据母猪生理需求,经科学配伍,可改善母猪机体免疫力。其中甘露寡糖能够活化巨噬细胞、嗜中性白血球等,因此能提高白细胞素、细胞***素和特殊抗体的含量,全面刺激机体的免疫***,改善肠道功能;半乳糖是哺乳动物的乳汁中乳糖的组成成分,也是某些糖蛋白的重要成分,是肠道内吸收最快的单糖。复合糖制剂中部分糖不能被消化酶消化,在益生菌的作用下发酵产生短链脂肪酸,进而促进肠道健康、矿物质吸收、免疫功能的提升。
6、本发明中复合中草药组合物采用黄芪、益母草、党参,车前草,苜蓿草粉,何首乌,麦芽,红枣,甘草,枸杞,薄荷,番泻叶、葛根,鬼针草等原料,依据《本草纲目》和《神农本草经》等传统中医药学典籍中医药理论并结合现代生物医学知识科学配伍组成,能有效改善母猪乳汁质量,缓解母猪便秘。
(1)番泻叶含有蒽醌类、黄酮类、挥发油、多糖等化合物,具有泄热行滞、回乳、通便、利水之功效,主要治疗热结积滞、便秘腹痛,其原理是增强小肠蠕动,提高小肠推进率,缩短粪便滞留时间,提高排便量,有效缓解便秘。同时番泻叶还可通过促进肠蠕动能够诱发子宫收缩,促进妊娠宫颈成熟。
(2)益母草富含生物碱、萜类、黄酮类、多肽类、微量元素等,可防治母猪***炎、产前腹痛、产后瘀痛、出血、恶露不尽、乳汁不足、子***、宫内妊娠物残留等疾病。如益母草碱能提高一氧化氮(NO)水平,降低内皮素(ET)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,苯丙醇苷类化合物作为益母草中的有效活性物质具有抗菌抑制血小板聚集,抑制磷酸二酯酶活性,进而发挥抗氧化、降血脂、血管调节、抑制乳腺癌和子宫肌病的发生等功能。
(3)葛根含有葛根异黄酮、葛根苷与香豆素类、三萜类等化合物和营养元素。其中葛根异黄酮可与垂体、下丘脑、乳腺的胞浆***受体竞争性结合,促进垂体分泌催乳素、生长激素,内源性催乳素和生长激素协同作用,升高***-1(IGF-1)水平,进而促进乳腺发育和提高乳汁分泌量。
(4)鬼针草黄酮类成分、聚炔类成分可降低血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、白介素6(IL-6)及白介素8(IL-8)水平,升高白介素2(IL-2)含量,,还可提高葡萄糖氧化分解酶及糖原合成酶的活性,调节脂代谢,进而发挥抗炎、保肝、抗纤维化活性。
(5)党参主要含有三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、生物碱类等成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、降血脂及降血糖等多种药理作用。如三帖皂苷和黄酮类可通过Toll样受体/核因子κB(TLR/NF-κB)通路来改善结肠炎症状,发现其有抗炎活性,同时与甘草、红枣有协同作用,通过上调中枢神经***内NO、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、***(EPO)等重要神经介质的水平,具有良好的镇静,抗应激等作用。
(6)车前草中含有多糖、黄酮、环烯醚萜、苷类、甾体类、挥发油类等化合物,具有抑菌杀菌、抗氧化、免疫调节等功效。其中多糖可通过磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶/雷帕霉素靶蛋白(PI3K/Akt/mTOR)介导的自噬信号通路,促进自噬细胞的自噬体数量增加,提高自噬相关蛋白LC3和beclin-1表达水平,进而加速清除体内内毒素,提高机体免疫***的免疫活性,增强免疫力。
(7)黄芪含有黄芪多糖、蛋白质、苷类、微量元素等物质,提高血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量,降低三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)含量,,提高免疫力,降低应激水平,减少发病率。研究表明黄芪可与复合益生菌配伍稳定肠道总细菌数,抑制有害菌,增加肠道有益菌乳酸杆菌含量的效果可改善肠道健康。葛根和黄芪配伍可提高哺乳母猪的采食量及泌乳量,并促进哺乳母猪血清内含有的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量的升高,增加母猪乳汁中乳脂肪、乳蛋白和乳糖含量,改善哺乳母猪初乳和常乳的乳品质,进而提高母猪的生产性能及断奶仔猪窝重。
(9)薄荷中富含薄荷精油、黄酮类、有机酸、氨基酸类等成分,能提高空肠前段、空肠后段和回肠的总蛋白酶活性,同时可与甘草、葛根等中草药配伍缓解热应激造成的低血钾和降钙趋势,降低动物机体中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)的含量,进而缓解热应激。
(10)苜蓿草粉,何首乌,麦芽,红枣,枸杞的科学配伍,不但能增强营养物质的消化吸收,还具有造血补气之功能,促进母猪***发育、机体激素分泌。如促进乳腺上皮细胞增殖与分泌,加速乳腺发育速度,升高催乳素、生长激素和***(IGFs)水平,增加泌乳量。同时增加乳汁中的蛋白质、乳糖、乳脂等营养物质进而改善乳汁质量。
7、本发明采用乳铁蛋白和小麦水解蛋白的组合,其中乳铁蛋白是一种非血红素铁结合糖蛋白,小麦水解蛋白是小麦蛋白的水解产物,粗蛋白质含量可达80%,富含多种氨基酸(如谷氨酰胺等)和小肽。两者合用可有效增加母猪***中铁和氨基酸等营养元素的含量,进而改善母猪和仔猪的营养状况,显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重。此外,两者组合还可以有效促进母猪和仔猪抗病毒细胞因子干扰素-γ、白介素18(IL-18)、白介素12(IL-12)和白介素10(IL-10)的分泌及空肠紧密连接蛋白claudin-3、claudin-4和occludin的表达,进而增强母猪和仔猪的机体免疫力,降低腹泻率,改善肠绒毛形态,缓解断奶应激造成的肠黏膜损伤。
8、甘草次酸为甘草提取物,对多种肝毒剂导致的肝脏损伤都具有防治作用。首先,甘草次酸在胃肠道内吸附毒物,通过减少机体对毒物的吸收而解毒。其次,甘草次酸的结构中C18位H构型具有皮质激素样作用,可与肝细胞上的受体蛋白结合,可显著抑制肝脏CYP2C11、CYP2E1和CYP1A2mRNA的表达,增强CYP450蛋白酶的活性,进而抑制毒性物质在肝脏内的活化。再着,甘草次酸可增强肝脏的代谢动力和代谢相互作用,其代谢产生的葡萄糖醛酸可与含羟基和羧基的毒物结合,形成无毒或低毒的葡萄糖醛酸复合物由尿液排出。甘草次酸通过上述三种机制,可加速毒物在体内的清除,减少细胞内毒物的蓄积进而缓解玉米赤霉烯酮等毒素对母猪生殖***造成的危害。另外,地衣芽孢杆菌(ATCC14580)利用自身细胞壁成分,可有效清除饲料配方中玉米和膳食纤维等原料残留的黄曲霉毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮等毒素,与甘草次酸配合使用,从而抑制母猪胃肠道对霉菌毒素的吸收,降低霉菌毒素引起母猪流产及弱仔的风险。
9、本发明将玉米、豆粕、DDGS、乳铁蛋白、小麦水解蛋白、膳食纤维、复合油脂、复合益生菌菌粉、复合中草药组合物、复合糖制剂、氨基酸类、复合维生素等原料进行组合,并通过合理配比,得到一种全新的母猪保健饲料,该保健饲料可有效调节母猪生理功能、提高机体免疫调节效果以及去除饲料原料中的霉菌毒素等。实验证明,本发明中饲料能显著增加泌乳母猪血清中IgA、IgG、总蛋白质、白蛋白、葡萄糖含量,降低尿素氮含量,有助于增强母猪机体免疫力,同时该饲料还能显著提高血清中泌乳相关激素如生长激素、催乳素等含量,有助于提高哺乳母猪泌乳力,改善乳汁质量,对母猪便秘、仔猪腹泻等常见疾病亦有显著的改善作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种能够改善乳汁质量、缓解便秘的母猪保健饲料,原料组成按重量份计,包括:玉米50份、豆粕20份、DDGS8份、乳铁蛋白2份、小麦水解蛋白3份、膳食纤维30份、甘草次酸0.6份、复合油脂2份、复合益生菌菌粉1份、复合中草药组合物7份、复合糖制剂3份、食用盐0.2份、磷酸氢钙0.4份、复合酸化剂0.08份、赖氨酸2份、苏氨酸1份、色氨酸1份、复合维生素2份、氯化胆碱0.5份、抗氧化剂0.5份、硫酸锌0.2份、麦饭石粉0.2份。
复合油脂,按重量份计,包括:猪油35份、米糠油5份、茶油3份、花生油15份。
复合益生菌菌粉,按重量份计,包括:枯草芽孢杆菌CICC201230.2份、唾液乳杆菌CICC231743份、植物乳杆菌CICC226965份、布拉氏酵母菌CNCMI-10792份、鼠李糖乳杆菌ATCC531033份、地衣芽孢杆菌ATCC145805份。
其中复合益生菌的有效活菌数2.5×109CFU/g-4.6×109CFU/g,其中枯草芽孢杆菌4.6×107CFU/g-9.2×107CFU/g,唾液乳杆菌7×108CFU/g-1.16×109CFU/g,植物乳杆菌7×108CFU/g-1.16×109CFU/g,布拉氏酵母菌2.3×108CFU/g-4.6×108CFU/g,鼠李糖乳杆菌2.3×108CFU/g-5.75×108CFU/g、地衣芽孢杆菌7×108CFU/g-1.16×109CFU/g。
复合酸化剂,按重量份计,包括:柠檬酸15份、富马酸10份、苹果酸8份、绿原酸8份。
抗氧化剂为叔丁基对苯二酚或二丁基羟基甲苯。
复合维生素,按重量份计,包括:维生素A0.5份、维生素K30.65份、维生素D30.13份、维生素E1.0份、维生素B10.02份、维生素B20.15份、维生素B60.08份、维生素B120.05份、叶酸1.0份、烟酰胺0.1份。
复合糖制剂,按重量份计,包括:纤维寡糖5份、壳寡糖8份、异麦芽寡糖4份、果寡糖8份、甘露寡糖5份、半乳糖3份、氨基葡萄糖35份。
复合中草药组合物,按重量份计,包括:黄芪6份、益母草5份、党参5份、车前草5份、苜蓿草粉8份、何首乌10份、麦芽5份、红枣10份、甘草4份、枸杞8份、薄荷5份、番泻叶5份、葛根5份、鬼针草1份。
复合中草药组合物的制备方法为:按重量份称取各中草药原料,经粉碎、烘干后,即得;其中各中草药原料成分的粒径≤100μm,水分含量≤12%。
该保健饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料,备用;
(2)将玉米、豆粕、DDGS、膳食纤维混合均匀,粉碎成2.0-3.0mm的颗粒混合物,备用。
(3)将余下的原料如乳铁蛋白、小麦水解蛋白、甘草次酸、复合油脂、复合益生菌菌粉、复合中草药组合物、复合糖制剂、食用盐、磷酸氢钙、复合酸化剂、赖氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、复合维生素、氯化胆碱、抗氧化剂、硫酸锌、麦饭石粉等加入上述颗粒混合物中,经混合均匀、调质、冷却后,即得母猪保健饲料成品。
其中调质时间为20-45s,环模压缩比为1:4-8,环模孔径为3.5-4.5mm、制粒温度为80-85℃。
实施例2
一种能够改善乳汁质量、缓解便秘的母猪保健饲料,原料组成按重量份计,包括:玉米35份、豆粕15份、DDGS10份、乳铁蛋白2份、小麦水解蛋白3份、膳食纤维20份、甘草次酸0.4份、复合油脂1.5份、复合益生菌菌粉0.5份、复合中草药组合物10份、复合糖制剂5份、食用盐0.4份、磷酸氢钙0.5份、复合酸化剂0.05份、赖氨酸1份、苏氨酸1.5份,色氨酸1.5份、复合维生素3份、氯化胆碱1份、抗氧化剂0.3份、硫酸锌0.4份、麦饭石粉0.3份。
复合油脂,按重量份计,包括:猪油30份、米糠油3份、茶油5份、花生油20份。
复合益生菌菌粉,按重量份计,包括:枯草芽孢杆菌CICC201230.4份,唾液乳杆菌CICC231744份,植物乳杆菌CICC226965份,布拉氏酵母菌CNCMI-10794份,鼠李糖乳杆菌ATCC531035份、地衣芽孢杆菌ATCC145804份。其中复合益生菌的有效活菌数同实施例1。
复合酸化剂,按重量份计,包括:柠檬酸30份、富马酸12份、苹果酸10份、绿原酸12份。
抗氧化剂为叔丁基对苯二酚或二丁基羟基甲苯。
复合维生素,按重量份计,包括:维生素A1.0份、维生素K30.08份、维生素D30.15份、维生素E1.5份、维生素B10.05份、维生素B20.15份、维生素B60.05份、维生素B120.07份、叶酸0.08份、烟酰胺0.2份。
复合糖制剂,按重量份计,包括:纤维寡糖8份、壳寡糖10份、异麦芽寡糖2份、果寡糖6份、甘露寡糖8份、半乳糖1份、氨基葡萄糖40份。
复合中草药组合物,按重量份计,包括:黄芪10份、益母草3份、党参8份、车前草8份、苜蓿草粉10份、何首乌6份、麦芽3份、红枣12份、甘草2份、枸杞6份、薄荷5份、番泻叶6份、葛根3份、鬼针草3份。
复合中草药组合物的制备方法为:按重量份称取各中草药原料,经粉碎、烘干处理后,处理后的粒径≤100μm,水分含量≤12%。
该保健饲料的制备方法同实施例1。
应用例1
本试验采用200头刚分娩的长白母猪,随机分成5个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10头母猪。处理一为空白组,饲喂基础日粮(见表1);处理二饲喂实施例1中保健饲料;处理三饲喂实施例2中保健饲料;处理四饲喂实施例1原料组成中不加复合中草药组合物的饲料;处理五饲喂实施例1原料组成中不加复合益生菌的饲料。试验期为21天,试验期间母猪采用自由饮食和饮水,免疫程序和其它饲养管理按照猪场规定进行。
表1基础日粮成分及营养水平
(1)保健饲料对母猪血清生化指标和相关激素的影响
在饲养试验结束时,每个处理随机选取12头母猪,前耳缘静脉采血10mL于促凝管中,静置30min后,3500r/min离心5min,取上清,测定血清中生化指标:免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、葡萄糖;泌乳相关激素:催乳素、***、生长激素。

由表2可知,本发明保健饲料能增加母猪血清中IgA、IgG、总蛋白质、白蛋白、葡萄糖含量,降低尿素氮含量,有助于增强母猪机体免疫力,同时该饲料还能显著提高血清中泌乳相关激素如生长激素、催乳素等含量,有助于提高哺乳母猪泌乳力。同时该饲料中复合中草药组合物能显著提高血清中泌乳相关激素如生长激素、催乳素等含量,有助于提高哺乳母猪泌乳力。
(2)保健饲料对母猪乳汁成分的影响
在饲养试验结束时,每个处理随机选取12头母猪,采集试验母猪第3-第5对***乳汁5~10mL,置于-20℃冰箱保存,用于乳脂肪、乳蛋白、乳糖以及***IGF-I含量的测定。结果见表3。

由表3可知,处理二和处理三母猪的乳汁质量要显著高于处理一和处理四,处理四的乳汁质量也高于处理一,说明母猪保健饲料可以增加乳汁中乳糖、乳脂肪、乳蛋白、IGF-I等营养指标和免疫因子,有利于增强母猪的存活率和机体免疫力;处理四的数据同时说明了饲料中草药成分能有效改善母猪乳汁质量。
(3)健康状况
根据试验期间记录的母、仔猪精神状况、粪便情况,统计试验期内母猪的便秘率、仔猪的腹泻率,结果见表4。
母猪便秘率(%)=便秘猪头数/试验母猪总头数×100%;
仔猪腹泻率(%)=腹泻猪头数/试验仔猪总头数×100%。
其中处理一哺乳仔猪总头数为560头,处理二哺乳仔猪总头数为578头,处理三哺乳仔猪总头数为569头,处理五哺乳仔猪总头数为571头。

由表4可知,从观察粪便情况来看,饲喂保健饲料的母猪没有便秘情况发生,而处理一母猪便秘率为35%,处理五母猪便秘率为25%,处理组二、三中哺乳仔猪腹泻率显著降低。说明本发明保健饲料对母猪便秘、仔猪腹泻有显著改善作用。处理五的数据也说明饲料复合益生菌对母猪便秘、仔猪腹泻有改善作用。
Claims (10)
1.一种能够改善乳汁质量、缓解便秘的母猪保健饲料,其特征在于,原料组成按重量份计,包括:玉米30-50份、豆粕15-20份、玉米酒精糟DDGS 5-10份、乳铁蛋白1-2份、小麦水解蛋白2-3份、膳食纤维15-30份、甘草次酸0.4-0.8份、复合油脂1-2份、复合益生菌菌粉0.5-1份、复合中草药组合物5-10份、复合糖制剂3-5份、食用盐0.2-0.5份、磷酸氢钙0.4-0.8份、复合酸化剂0.05-0.1份、赖氨酸1-2份、苏氨酸0.8-1.5份、色氨酸0.8-1.5份、复合维生素1-3份、氯化胆碱0.5-1份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.5份、硫酸锌0.2-0.5份、麦饭石粉0.2-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的母猪保健饲料,其特征在于,所述复合油脂按重量份计,包括:猪油30-45份、米糠油3-5份、茶油3-5份、花生油15-25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的母猪保健饲料,其特征在于,所述复合益生菌菌粉按重量份计,包括:枯草芽孢杆菌0.2-0.4份,唾液乳杆菌3-5份,植物乳杆菌3-5份,布拉氏酵母菌2-4份,鼠李糖乳杆菌2-5份、地衣芽孢杆菌3-5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的母猪保健饲料,其特征在于,所述复合益生菌的有效活菌数2.5×109CFU/g-4.6×109CFU/g,其中枯草芽孢杆菌4.6×107CFU/g-9.2×107CFU/g,唾液乳杆菌7×108CFU/g-1.16×109CFU/g,植物乳杆菌7×108CFU/g-1.16×109CFU/g,布拉氏酵母菌2.3×108CFU/g-4.6×108CFU/g,鼠李糖乳杆菌2.3×108CFU/g-5.75×108CFU/g、地衣芽孢杆菌7×108CFU/g-1.16×109CFU/g。

7.根据权利要求1所述的母猪保健饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素按重量份计,包括:维生素A 0.5-1.2份、维生素K30.04-1.0份、维生素D30.1-0.2份、维生素E 0.7-1.5份、维生素B10.02-0.07份、维生素B20.15-0.2份、维生素B60.05-0.1份、维生素B120.05-0.1份、叶酸0.08-1.0份、烟酰胺0.1-0.3份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的母猪保健饲料,其特征在于,所述的复合糖制剂按重量份计,包括:纤维寡糖5-10份、壳寡糖5-10份、异麦芽寡糖2-4份、果寡糖5-8份、甘露寡糖5-10份、半乳糖1-4份、氨基葡萄糖30-40份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的母猪保健饲料,其特征在于,所述复合中草药组合物按重量份计,包括:黄芪5-10份、益母草3-5份、党参5-10份、车前草3-8份、苜蓿草粉5-10份、何首乌6-12份、麦芽3-5份、红枣10-15份、甘草2-4份、枸杞4-8份、薄荷3-5份、番泻叶2-6份、葛根3-5份、鬼针草1-3份;
所述复合中草药组合物的制备方法为:按配比称取各中草药原料,经粉碎、烘干处理后,处理后的粒径≤100μm、水分含量≤12%。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的母猪保健饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料,备用;
(2)将玉米、豆粕、DDGS、膳食纤维混合均匀,粉碎成2.0-3.0mm的颗粒混合物,备用;
(3)将乳铁蛋白、小麦水解蛋白、甘草次酸、复合油脂、复合益生菌菌粉、复合中草药组合物、复合糖制剂、食用盐、磷酸氢钙、复合酸化剂、赖氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、复合维生素、氯化胆碱、抗氧化剂、硫酸锌、麦饭石粉加入上述颗粒混合物中,经混合均匀、调质、冷却后,即得母猪保健饲料成品。
