The motor junction box is bulky, which results in wasted installation space, or the vehicle cannot provide enough motor installation space, so that the motor manufacturer has to give up the contract order. The inconvenient problem of three-phase cable dismantlement is influencing and is maintaining operation convenience, and when the cable damaged the trouble, the motor can only fall the back and disintegrate and change the three-phase cable. The two problems affect the use of the motor and bring loss to motor manufacturers. The traction motor basically uses a junction box, so that wiring and wire replacement can be facilitated. A typical structure without a junction box on a base is shown in figure 1, and an outgoing line of a coil in a motor is directly connected with a three-phase cable and is led out through the three-phase cable. After the motor adopts a structure without a junction box, the three-phase outgoing line of the internal coil is directly connected with a vehicle power supply through an external three-phase cable. The structure has no problem of occupied space of the junction box due to the fact that the junction box is not designed, and the structure has the advantage of smaller occupied space. The existing defects are that the three-phase leading-out cable cannot be replaced when the quality problems such as damage and the like occur, the three-phase cable is replaced after the motor falls down and is disassembled, and the online operation and maintenance are inconvenient.
The motor adopts a structure of a common junction box as shown in figure 2, an internal coil three-phase outgoing line is connected to a wiring board in the junction box, and an external three-phase cable is connected to the wiring board in the junction box through the junction box. The structure has the advantages that the external three-phase cable can be conveniently detached and replaced when the quality problem occurs, and the three-phase cable can be replaced without falling down and disintegrating the motor. However, the common junction box structure has the problems of large junction box space, large motor volume and space waste, and if the motor installation space on a vehicle is limited, the motor with the common junction box structure can not meet the installation space requirement.

For the sealing performance of the strengthening structure, when the junction box is installed and fixed, sealant is smeared in four installation holes of the lug plate of the junction box body, sealing gaskets are designed between the junction box body and the side cover plate, and the sealing performance of the whole structure is good.
