or, when the indoor temperature is less than the set temperature, and the temperature variation of the indoor temperature in the preset time period is greater than the preset temperature variation, the step of increasing the opening degree of the regulating valve is executed.
According to the scheme, the multi-split air conditioner comprises an outdoor unit and a plurality of refrigerant pipelines connected in parallel, the refrigerant pipelines are connected between a four-way valve of the outdoor unit and an outdoor heat exchanger, and an electronic expansion valve, an indoor unit and a regulating valve are sequentially connected in series on the refrigerant pipelines. And under the heating mode of the multi-split air conditioner, closing the regulating valve of the target indoor unit in the temperature reaching state, and increasing the opening degree of the closed regulating valve when the indoor temperature of the acting space of the target indoor unit is lower than the set temperature. The indoor temperature of the indoor unit in the temperature reaching state is lower than the set temperature, which can indicate that the temperature of the room rises greatly, and the indoor unit opens the closed regulating valve, so that the indoor unit outputs heat, the temperature rise of the room where the indoor unit is located is inhibited, and the indoor unit stably maintains the temperature of the room.
Based on the hardware framework of the multi-split air conditioner, the embodiment of the control method of the multi-split air conditioner is provided.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a first embodiment of a control method of a multi-split air conditioner according to the present invention, the control method of the multi-split air conditioner including the steps of:
step S10, acquiring the indoor temperature of the target indoor unit action space in the temperature reaching state in the heating mode, wherein the regulating valve corresponding to the target indoor unit in the temperature reaching state is closed;
in this embodiment, the execution main body is an outdoor unit or any indoor unit in a multi-split air conditioner. And each indoor unit is provided with a temperature sensor for detecting the indoor temperature. After the multi-split air conditioner is operated, one or more indoor units are in an operating state, each operating indoor unit acquires corresponding indoor temperature and sends the indoor temperature to a control center, the control center can be any indoor unit, and the control center can also be an outdoor unit. It should be noted that the regulating valve and the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the operating indoor unit are both in an open state, so that the refrigerant flows through the indoor heat exchanger of the operating indoor unit, and the operating indoor unit outputs heat.
The control center stores the set temperature corresponding to each running indoor unit, and whether the indoor unit is in the temperature reaching condition can be judged through the set temperature of the running indoor unit and the indoor temperature.
Specifically, when the multi-split air conditioner operates in the heating mode, the control center judges whether the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature, and if so, the control center judges that the indoor unit corresponding to the indoor temperature enters the temperature reaching state, that is, the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature, and the indoor unit meets the temperature reaching condition. Or, the control center calculates a difference between the set temperature and the indoor temperature, and if the difference is smaller than a preset difference, it may be determined that the indoor temperature of the acting space of the indoor unit reaches the set temperature, that is, the indoor unit satisfies the temperature reaching condition, where the preset difference may be any suitable value, for example, 2 ℃.
And the control center determines the indoor unit meeting the temperature reaching condition and takes the indoor unit as a target indoor unit. The target indoor unit may be one or more. And after the target indoor unit is determined, closing a valve on a refrigerant pipeline for conveying the refrigerant to the target indoor unit. Specifically, when the mode of the operation of the multi-split air conditioner is the heating mode, the closed regulating valve is closed, so that the refrigerant in the indoor unit flows out of the electronic expansion valve from the indoor heat exchanger and then flows back to the gas-liquid separator, and the refrigerant is prevented from being accumulated in the indoor heat exchanger. And when the multi-split air conditioner operates in a cooling mode or a dehumidification mode, closing the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit. It should be noted that, when the regulating valve of the target indoor unit is closed, the electronic expansion valve is still in an open state and is not processed; when the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit is closed, the regulating valve is still in an open state and is not processed; therefore, the refrigerant in the indoor heat exchanger of the indoor unit flows back to the gas-liquid separator, and the problem that the refrigerating effect or the heating effect of other running indoor units is poor due to the fact that the multi-split air conditioner is lack of the refrigerant is avoided.
The control center can acquire the indoor temperature of the target indoor unit acting space in real time and judge whether the indoor temperature meets the preset condition or not. The indoor temperature satisfying the preset condition is related to the mode of the operation of the multi-split air conditioner.
Specifically, in the heating mode of the multi-split air conditioner, if the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature, it is determined that the indoor temperature meets the preset condition.
Step S20, when the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature corresponding to the target indoor unit, the opening degree of the regulating valve is increased;
when the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature, the temperature of the room where the target indoor unit is located rises, and at the moment, the target indoor unit needs to increase the output of heat so as to avoid indoor temperature return. In contrast, the target indoor unit increases the regulating valve, i.e., opens the regulating valve to a preset opening, so that the target indoor unit outputs heat.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the multi-split air conditioner includes an outdoor unit, a plurality of refrigerant pipelines connected in parallel, a memory, and a processor, wherein the refrigerant pipelines are connected between a four-way valve of the outdoor unit and the outdoor unit; the control method of the multi-split air conditioner comprises the steps that electronic expansion valves, indoor units and adjusting valves are sequentially connected in series on a refrigerant pipeline, each adjusting valve and each electronic expansion valve are connected with a processor, a control program of the multi-split air conditioner capable of running on the processor is stored in a memory, and when the control program of the multi-split air conditioner is executed by the processor, each step of the control method of the multi-split air conditioner is achieved.
In one embodiment, in the heating mode of the multi-split air conditioner, if the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature and the temperature variation of the indoor temperature in the preset time period is greater than the preset temperature variation, the opening degree of the adjustment is increased, and the preset temperature variation is any suitable value, for example, 0.5 ℃/min. The predetermined time period may be any suitable value, such as 1 min. The temperature variation represents the indoor temperature rise rate, and when the temperature variation is larger than the preset temperature variation, the indoor temperature rise rate is larger, so that the opening degree of the regulating valve needs to be increased, and heat is output. That is, when the target indoor unit detects that the indoor temperature rise speed is high, the opening degree of the regulating valve is increased to increase the heat output.
In addition, if the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature and the indoor temperature are lower than the preset difference value, the adjusting opening degree is increased. It should be noted that the preset difference (the second preset difference) is smaller than the preset difference (the first preset difference) under the temperature reaching condition, that is, the target indoor unit is still in the temperature reaching state. That is, when the target indoor unit detects that the indoor temperature is low and the target indoor unit does not exit from the temperature-reaching state, the output of heat is increased to suppress the indoor temperature from rising again.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a second embodiment of a control method of a multi-split air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the step S20 includes:
step S21, determining a first reference parameter corresponding to the indoor temperature, and determining a target opening degree according to the first reference parameter, where the first reference parameter includes a first temperature interval in which the indoor temperature is located or a temperature variation of the indoor temperature within a preset time period;
and a step S22 of adjusting the opening degree of the regulating valve to the target opening degree.
In this embodiment, the multi-split air conditioner determines the target opening of the target valve according to the indoor temperature, so that the target indoor unit outputs appropriate heat, and therefore the indoor temperature cannot rise back too fast, and overheating or overcooling of the indoor environment cannot be caused.
Specifically, the opening degree of the regulating valve after the opening degree is adjusted can reflect the heat currently output by the target indoor unit, that is, the opening degree of the regulating valve after the adjustment has a certain relationship with the heat output by the air conditioner. In this regard, the mapping relationship between the opening degree and the output heat is tested. The heat quantity can be determined by the temperature variation of the indoor temperature within a preset time period or the first temperature interval of the indoor temperature, and the preset time period can be any suitable value, for example, 1 min. The temperature variation reflects the temperature rise speed of the room where the target indoor unit is located, and if the temperature variation is large, the temperature rise speed in the room is high, so that the target indoor unit needs to output more heat to inhibit the temperature rise speed in the room; if the temperature variation is small, the temperature rise rate in the room is low, and the target indoor unit can output less heat.
In addition, the temperature interval in which the indoor temperature is located can also indicate the temperature rising speed in the room, and any temperature in the temperature interval can be set to be smaller than the set temperature in the multi-split air conditioner heating process. That is, when the multi-split air conditioner heats, the temperature in each temperature interval is less than the set temperature. Therefore, the larger the absolute value of the difference between the minimum temperature and the set temperature in the temperature range in which the indoor temperature is located, the larger the temperature rise rate in the room is, and the more heat the target indoor unit needs to output.
The multi-split air conditioner acquires a first reference parameter, wherein the first reference parameter comprises a first temperature interval where the indoor temperature is located or the temperature variation of the indoor temperature in a preset time period. And determining the heat quantity to be output according to the first reference parameter, and finally determining the opening according to the mapping relation and the determined heat quantity. The determined opening degree is the target opening degree. It should be noted that the determined amount of heat can be characterized by a temperature adjustment value.
After the target opening degree is determined, the multi-split air conditioner controls the opening degree of the regulating valve to be adjusted to the target opening degree.
When the target indoor unit enters a temperature reaching state, the regulating valve is closed, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve which is not closed is not adjusted. When the target indoor unit does not enter the temperature reaching state, more heat needs to be output, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve which is not closed is larger. Therefore, the target indoor unit can be an electronic expansion valve in which the target opening degree of the control valve is smaller than or equal to the unadjusted opening degree by simply increasing the opening degree of the closed control valve to the target opening degree.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the multi-split air conditioner determines a first reference parameter corresponding to the indoor temperature, and determines a target opening according to the first reference parameter, so that the opening of the regulating valve is adjusted to the target opening, and the situation that the fluctuation range of the indoor temperature of the room where the target indoor unit is located is large is avoided.
In one embodiment, the regulating valve is a non-opening-adjustable valve. When the multi-split air conditioner operates in a heating mode, the regulating valve is closed when the target indoor unit in the temperature state is reached. Therefore, after the target indoor unit opens the closed regulating valve, the target indoor unit needs to reduce the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, that is, the target indoor unit outputs less heat, so as to prevent the indoor temperature from rising too fast and affecting the indoor temperature stability. . The reduced opening degree of the electronic expansion valve may be a target opening degree, and the determination of the target opening degree may refer to the determination of the target opening degree of the regulating valve, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a third embodiment of the control method of the multi-split air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first or second embodiment, after step S10, the method further includes:
step S30, when the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to the set temperature corresponding to the target indoor unit, or the difference between the set temperature and the indoor temperature is less than a preset difference, increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve that is not closed by the target indoor unit.
In this embodiment, when the indoor temperature is greater than or equal to the set temperature corresponding to the target indoor unit, it indicates that the temperature in the room where the target indoor unit is located is slightly higher, and the target indoor unit does not need to output heat to the outside, and the electronic expansion valve that is not closed by the target indoor unit can be increased, so that the backflow rate of the refrigerant is increased, the multi-split air conditioner can obtain enough refrigerant quantity quickly, and the heating effect or the cooling effect of other operating indoor units is ensured.
Or the difference between the set temperature and the indoor temperature is smaller than the preset difference, the preset difference is a second preset difference, at the moment, the indoor temperature rises back to a small degree, and the electronic expansion valve which is not closed in the target indoor unit can be increased, so that the backflow rate of the refrigerant is increased, the multi-split air conditioner can obtain enough refrigerant quantity quickly, and the heating effect or the refrigerating effect of other running indoor units is guaranteed.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when the indoor temperature of the room in which the target indoor unit is located is greater than or equal to the set temperature, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve that is not closed by the target indoor unit is increased, so as to accelerate the backflow rate of the refrigerant in the target indoor unit, so that the multi-split air conditioner can quickly obtain a sufficient amount of the refrigerant, and the heating effect or the cooling effect of other operating indoor units can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a detailed flowchart of step S30 in fig. 5, where the step S30 includes:
step S31, determining a second reference parameter corresponding to the indoor temperature, where the second reference parameter includes a second temperature interval where the indoor temperature is located or a temperature variation of the indoor temperature within a preset time period;
step S32, determining an opening increment value according to the second reference parameter;
step S33 is to increase the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve not closed by the target indoor unit, based on the opening degree increment value.
In this embodiment, when the difference between the set temperature and the indoor temperature is smaller than the preset difference, if the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the target indoor unit, which is not closed, is increased, it is necessary to prevent the target indoor unit from exiting the temperature-reaching state. That is, the priority of the target indoor unit in the temperature reaching state is greater than the reflux rate of the refrigerant in the target indoor unit. In this regard, the target indoor unit determines a second reference parameter, where the second reference parameter includes a second temperature interval where the indoor temperature is located or a temperature variation of the indoor temperature within a preset time period.
The target indoor unit can determine the maximum heat quantity which can be output by the target indoor unit according to the second temperature interval or the temperature variation. Thus, the opening degree increment value is determined according to the maximum heat allowed to be additionally output, and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve which is not closed by the target indoor unit is increased according to the opening degree increment value. The larger the absolute value of the difference between the minimum temperature and the set temperature in the second temperature interval is, the smaller the maximum heat quantity is; the larger the temperature change amount, the smaller the maximum heat amount.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the multi-split air conditioner determines a second reference parameter corresponding to the indoor temperature, and then determines an opening increment value according to the second reference parameter, so as to increase the opening of the electronic expansion valve, which is not closed by the target indoor unit, according to the opening increment value, and on the premise that the target indoor unit increases the rate of refrigerant backflow, prevent the target indoor unit from exiting the temperature-reaching state.
In one embodiment, the multi-split air conditioner reduces the opening of the regulating valve of the indoor unit to zero according to a preset opening reduction rate, so that the indoor unit is in a temperature reaching state.
Specifically, when the target indoor unit in the heating mode enters a temperature-reaching state, the regulating valve needs to be closed. When the regulating valve is closed, the output of cold or heat of other indoor units which do not meet the temperature reaching state can be influenced. For example, in a multi-split air conditioning system, there are three running indoor units, one of which satisfies a temperature reaching condition, and when the electronic expansion valve or the regulating valve of the indoor unit is closed, the refrigerant that originally flows to the three indoor units changes to flow to two indoor units, so that the other two indoor units increase the heat output.
In contrast, in the present embodiment, the opening degree reduction amount is set for the adjustment valve, so that the adjustment valve is gradually closed, thereby avoiding that the instantaneous closing of the adjustment valve causes large cooling or heating fluctuation to other indoor units that do not satisfy the temperature reaching condition. The preset opening reduction rate is obtained when the opening reduction corresponds to the preset unit time, for example, the preset unit time is 0.1s, the opening reduction is 1 step, the preset opening reduction rate is 10 steps/second, and if the opening of the valve is 100 steps, the valve can be closed in 10 s.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the multi-split air conditioner gradually reduces by controlling the regulating valve of the indoor unit in the temperature reaching state, thereby slowing down the influence on the heat output of other indoor units and ensuring the stable operation of the multi-split air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a fourth embodiment of a control method of a multi-split air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on any of the above embodiments, after step S20, the method further includes:
and step S30, adjusting the rotating speed of the indoor fan of the target indoor unit according to the indoor temperature, wherein the indoor temperature and the rotating speed of the adjusted indoor fan are in a negative correlation relationship.
In this embodiment, the target indoor unit can output appropriate heat by adjusting the opening of the control valve and adjusting the rotation speed of the indoor fan, so as to suppress the rise back of the indoor temperature.
When the indoor temperature is lower, the indoor temperature is slightly lower, and at the moment, more heat needs to be output, so that the rotating speed of the indoor fan is higher. It can be understood that the indoor temperature and the rotating speed of the adjusted indoor fan are in a negative correlation relationship, that is, the larger the indoor temperature is, the smaller the rotating speed of the adjusted indoor fan is.
It should be noted that, after the opening of the regulating valve is increased, if the indoor temperature is still rising, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is increased, so that the target indoor unit outputs more heat; and when the indoor temperature is increased to some extent, the rotating speed of the indoor fan can be reduced.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the opening of the regulating valve is increased, the target indoor unit adjusts the rotating speed of the indoor fan according to the indoor temperature, so that the target indoor unit outputs a proper amount of heat to maintain the indoor temperature stable.
