Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a movable threshold device for people with disabled passenger ships.
Background
With the increasing popularity of cruise ship, more and more people want to travel from cruise ship to sea. The cruise ship is used as a relatively fixed tourist site and is also very suitable for the disabled in a wheelchair to go on the ship for tourism. When designing the cruise ship, the wheelchair needs to be taken into consideration, and some specifications have relevant regulations and requirements for the wheelchair, such as ADA in the united states of america with dispabilites Act, french flag-hanging country Division 190 and the like, which all require that the wheelchair can smoothly pass through an outer door when entering an indoor entrance from an open deck, and therefore, the outdoor door is required to have no doorsill when boarding a ship.

and the locking unit is arranged on the door frame and the doorsill, and can lock and keep the doorsill in a vertical state when the doorsill is in a vertical state.
In one embodiment, the locking unit includes a binding rotatably provided on a lower sidewall of the door frame, a wedge provided on a back side of the doorsill and having an inclined surface corresponding to a position of the binding when the doorsill is in an erected state, and a control switch for controlling the binding to rotate so that the binding is brought into contact with or separated from the inclined surface of the wedge.
In one embodiment, a deck covering is provided on the deck within the chamber, the deck covering having a height of 25 mm.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a movable threshold device for a passenger ship disabled person, which includes a door frame 1, a hinge base 2, a threshold 3, and a locking unit 4.
Specifically, a door frame 1 is arranged between the interior and the exterior of a passenger ship, a door body 5 is installed in the door frame 1, and the door body 5 can be opened or closed around the door frame 1; that is to say, when personnel need to wait for the boats and ships, can rotate and open door body 5, make things convenient for personnel to get into indoor from the outdoor. And when the ship sails on the sea at ordinary times, the door body 5 is in a closed state, so that the safety of the ship is guaranteed, and the water inflow is avoided.
In an embodiment of the invention, the hinge base 2 is fixed on the deck 6 in the room, and the hinge base 2 abuts against the bottom of the door sill 3. Meanwhile, when the threshold 3 is in the upright state, the threshold 3 can be locked and kept in the vertical state through the locking unit 4, and the safety of the ship can be further improved when the ship sails on the sea.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the locking unit 4 includes a binding 41, a wedge 42, and a control switch 43, the binding 41 is rotatably disposed on a lower sidewall of the door frame 1, the wedge 42 is disposed on a back side of the doorsill 3, and when the doorsill 3 is in an erected state, a position of an inclined surface of the wedge 42 corresponds to a position of the binding 41, and the control switch 43 is configured to control the binding 41 to rotate so that the binding 41 is in contact with or separated from the inclined surface of the wedge 42. In this embodiment, the binding button 41 is in a straight shape, and the middle of the binding button 41 is rotatably connected to the lower sidewall of the door frame 1, for example: the binding buckle 41 is rotatably arranged on the side wall of one side of the lower part of the door frame 1, or the binding buckle 41 is rotatably arranged on the side wall of two sides of the lower part of the door frame 1. The control switch 43 may control the clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the buckle 41, thereby enabling one end of the buckle 41 to be in contact with or separated from the inclined surface of the wedge 42.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the rocker 3 is in the erected state, the wedge 42 is in a state of being wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and one end of the binding 41 slides upward from the bottom of the inclined plane of the wedge 42, at this time, the binding 41 will slowly abut against the wedge 42, so as to limit and lock the rocker 3. Optionally, in order to perform a limiting function and prevent the binding buckle 41 from sliding out of the top of the wedge 42, a stopper or the like is further provided at the top of the inclined plane of the wedge 42.
Optionally, a deck covering 7 is arranged on the indoor deck 6, and the height of the deck covering 7 is 25 mm. In other embodiments of the present invention, the height of the deck covering 7 can be set appropriately according to the application.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a bearing block 8 is disposed on the indoor deck 6, the bearing block 8 is disposed at an end of the deck covering 7, and when the threshold 3 is in a flat state, the other end of the threshold 3 is turned downward to contact with an upper surface of the bearing block 8. Optionally, to further mention the sealing effect, a rubber strip 10 is also provided between the lower part of the door frame 1 and the door sill 3. 3. A movable threshold device for disabled persons in passenger ships as claimed in claim 1, wherein a deck covering is provided on the deck in said room, said deck covering having a height of 25 mm.

A movable threshold device for disabled persons in passenger ships as claimed in claim 3, wherein a bearing block is provided on the deck in said room, said bearing block being provided at an end of said deck dressing, and when said threshold is in a flat state, the other end of said threshold is turned downward to be in contact with the upper surface of said bearing block.
5. A movable threshold device for persons with a disabled passenger ship as claimed in claim 4 wherein the upper surface of said threshold is flush with the upper surface of said deck covering when said threshold is in a flat condition.
6. The movable door sill device for the disabled of passenger ships as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rubber strip is further provided between the lower portion of the door frame and the door sill.
7. A movable threshold device for disabled persons in passenger ships as defined in claim 6, wherein said rubber strip is installed in a fixing frame fixed to the lower portion of said door frame.
8. A movable threshold device for persons with a disabled passenger ship as claimed in claim 7, wherein the width of said rubber strip is adapted to the width of said threshold.
