Background
The drum washing machine washes clothes by rotation of the drum, and after washing, substances such as foam generated in a washing process remain in the drum and on the observation window, and a spray system is generally provided to wash the inside of the drum and the observation window.
The drum type washing machine having functions of spraying and laundry treatment agent addition (e.g., detergent, softener, disinfectant, fragrance, etc.), as shown in fig. 1, includes a cabinet 1 and an outer tub 2, the outer tub 2 being fixedly provided in the cabinet 1, and a sealing window gasket being provided between the cabinet 1 and the outer tub 2. The box body 1 is provided with a door body, and the door body is provided with a window screen 3. The drum washing machine comprises a throwing system and a spraying system, wherein the throwing system and the spraying system are usually positioned at the top of the drum and are independently arranged. The dispensing system comprises a first electromagnetic valve, a connecting pipe 6 and a distributor box assembly 4, a water inlet pipeline 5 of the washing machine is connected with a water tap, the water tap provides washing water, a first water inlet valve 81 is connected with the water inlet pipeline 5 of the washing machine, the first water inlet valve 81 is connected with a liquid inlet end of the connecting pipe 6, the distributor box assembly 4 comprises a distributor box with a plurality of containing chambers and a water collecting device, and as shown in fig. 1, the distributor box is provided with a first containing chamber 41 for containing detergent and a first containing chamber 42 for containing softener. The upper part of the water collecting device is provided with a liquid inlet, the lower part is provided with a U-shaped pipe 43, the outlet of the U-shaped pipe 43 is a liquid outlet of the water collecting device, the liquid outlet end of the connecting pipe 6 is connected with the liquid inlet of the water collecting device, and water entering the water collecting device flows out from the liquid outlet of the water collecting device. When the clothes treating agent is automatically put in, the putting system further comprises a putting pipeline 9, the putting pipeline 9 is connected with the connecting pipe 6, and a liquid throwing valve 10 is arranged on the putting pipeline 9. The spraying system comprises a second water inlet valve 82, a spraying pipeline 7 and a spraying device; the second water inlet valve 82 is connected with the water inlet pipeline 5 of the washing machine, the second water inlet valve 82 is connected with the liquid inlet end of the spray pipeline 7, the liquid outlet end of the spray pipeline 7 is connected with a spray device, and a plurality of spray heads of the spray device are arranged on the inner side wall of the roller and beside the observation window. In the laundry washing water inlet process, when laundry treatment agent is manually put in, the first water inlet valve 81 is opened, water flows into the distributor box assembly 4 from the liquid inlet of the water collecting device through the connecting pipe 6, then enters the inner barrel of the washing machine through the liquid outlet of the water collecting device, and at the moment, the laundry treatment agent in the distributor box assembly 4 also flows into the inner barrel along with water flow. When the laundry treatment agent is automatically put in, the liquid feeding valve 10 is opened, the laundry treatment agent enters the connecting pipe 6 through the put-in pipeline 9, then the first water inlet valve 81 is opened, the laundry treatment agent enters the water collecting device along with water flow, and finally enters the inner barrel of the washing machine from the water outlet of the water collecting device. In the rinsing and water inlet process of clothes, whether the clothes are automatically thrown in or manually thrown in, the first water inlet valve 81 is controlled to be opened, water flows into the distributor box assembly 4 from the liquid inlet of the water collecting device through the connecting pipe 6, and then enters the inner barrel of the washing machine through the liquid outlet of the water collecting device. During the washing/rinsing process, or after the washing is finished, the second water inlet valve 82 is controlled to be opened, water flows into the jet device through the spray pipeline 7, the water is sprayed out through a plurality of jet heads on the spray device, and the sprayed water column can wash the interior of the roller and the observation window.
However, the washing machine with the functions of spraying and treating clothes generally needs to control water inflow through two electromagnetic valves, and the arrangement of the existing washing machine not only increases the components in the washing machine, but also is difficult to control and easy to disorder when water inflow is carried out by adopting the two electromagnetic valves, and a complex control program needs to be arranged, so that the production and manufacturing cost is increased. In addition, the more solenoid valves, the higher the probability of the washing machine failure, which is unfavorable for the overall stability of the washing machine. In addition, the distributor box assembly for manually throwing in the clothes treating agent is provided with a U-shaped pipe, after the clothes treating agent is flushed into the water collecting device after water is fed through the electromagnetic valve, the clothes is washed through the U-shaped pipe and enters the inner barrel, the distributor box assembly is provided with the water collecting device and the U-shaped pipe for fully fusing the laundry detergent with water, but the automatic throwing-in is characterized in that the clothes treating agent is continuously and slowly added along with water flow, the clothes treating agent is fully fused with the water in the process, the full fusion with the water can be realized without the U-shaped pipe, and the two electromagnetic valves and the U-shaped pipe are still needed for matching and throwing in the laundry detergent and the water.

3. The drum washing machine and the control method change the original water inlet mode, water flows enter the spray pipeline in the water inlet process of washing/rinsing, and are fully fused with clothes under the spray action of the spray device at the spray window screen and/or the window pad, so that the washing ratio of the clothes is increased.
4. The drum washing machine and the control method can also clean the window screen and/or the window pad in the washing or rinsing process, and reduce foam adhesion.

The invention can realize the feeding of the clothes treating agent and the spraying of the window screen 3 and/or the sealing window gasket through one water inlet valve 8, reduce the number of the water inlet valves 8, save parts, simplify the control program and the installation flow of the washing machine. The invention realizes the washing water inlet and the rinsing water inlet through the spray pipe 7, and simultaneously, the window screen 3 and/or the sealing window pad can be cleaned in/after the washing or rinsing process, so that the foam adhesion is reduced.
The dispenser box assembly 4 is provided with a receiving chamber for receiving at least one laundry treatment agent, in one embodiment: the distributor box assembly 4 comprises a containing cavity, and a liquid outlet of the containing cavity is communicated with the spray pipe 7 through a throwing pipeline 9. Another embodiment is: the dispenser box comprises a plurality of receiving cavities, as shown in fig. 2, the dispenser box having a first receiving cavity 41 for receiving a detergent and a second receiving cavity 42 for receiving a softener. The liquid outlet of each containing cavity is respectively communicated with the same delivery pipeline 9, a pumping device is arranged on the delivery pipeline 9, and in the automatic delivery process, the clothes treating agent in each containing cavity enters the spray pipe 7 through the same delivery pipeline 9 and the same pumping device; and electromagnetic valves are arranged on the liquid outlet of each containing cavity and the connecting pipe 6 of the throwing pipeline 9. In another implementation manner, the distributor box comprises a plurality of accommodating cavities, the liquid outlet of each accommodating cavity is correspondingly connected with one delivery pipeline 9, each liquid storage cavity is respectively communicated with the spray pipe 7 through a respective delivery pipeline 9, pumping devices are respectively arranged on each delivery pipeline 9, and a control valve is respectively arranged on each delivery pipeline 9. In the automatic delivery process, the laundry treatment agent in each liquid storage chamber enters the spray pipe 7 through the respective delivery pipeline 9.
Further, the automatic dispensing system further comprises a liquid storage device connected with the liquid inlet of the distributor box assembly 4, and the liquid storage device is used for storing the laundry treating agent to be dispensed. The liquid storage chamber is detachably arranged outside/inside the drum washing machine, preferably on a tray of the drum washing machine, and is arranged close to the water inlet pipeline 5 of the washing machine. The liquid storage device comprises at least one liquid storage cavity, and when the liquid storage cavity is arranged, the liquid storage cavities are connected with liquid inlets of the containing cavities of the distributor box in a one-to-one correspondence mode.

The washing machine comprises a water inlet valve 8 for controlling the on-off of the spray pipe 7 and a liquid throwing valve 10 for controlling the on-off of the throwing pipeline 9, wherein the water inlet valve 8 is arranged on the first pipeline 71, and the liquid throwing valve 10 is arranged on the throwing pipeline 9.
Specifically, the water inlet valve 8 is disposed at the connection between the first pipeline 71 and the water inlet pipeline 5, and the liquid feeding valve 10 is disposed at the connection between the liquid outlet of the distributor box and the liquid feeding pipeline 9. Preferably, the water inlet valve 8 and the liquid feeding valve 10 are electromagnetic valves. The on-off of the water inlet valve 8 and the liquid feeding valve 10 are controlled to control the washing water inlet and the rinsing water inlet of the spray pipe 7.
Further, the washing machine further comprises a mixing chamber, the mixing chamber is arranged on the spray pipe 7 and is communicated with the delivery pipeline 9, when the laundry treatment agent is automatically delivered, the pumping device sucks the laundry treatment agent out of the distributor box assembly 4, the delivery pipeline 9 is sent into the mixing chamber arranged on the spray pipe 7, and the laundry treatment agent is fully fused with water in the mixing chamber. In particular, the mixing chamber is arranged between the first line 71 and the second line 72. In one embodiment, the mixing chamber is a reduced pipe having a length on the shower pipe 7, the diameter of the reduced pipe being greater than the diameter of the shower pipe 7. Alternatively, the mixing chamber is a three-way valve, the three-way valve being in communication with the first line 71, the second line 72 and the delivery line 9, respectively. In yet another embodiment, the mixing chamber is a water collecting chamber with three connectors, which are connected to the first line 71, the second line 72 and the delivery line 9, respectively.
The connection mode between the pipelines and the control valve, and between the pipelines and the faucet is that the pipelines are connected through connectors, wherein the connectors are plug connectors or screw connectors or other connector modes capable of connecting the two pipelines.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present embodiment further proposes a control method of the drum washing machine, including: the washing machine controls whether the washing machine performs washing water inlet/rinsing water inlet by controlling the on-off of the spray pipe 7. As shown in fig. 4, in the washing water inlet process, the liquid feeding valve 10 is controlled to be opened, the water inlet valve 8 is closed, the clothes treating agent enters the spray pipe 7 from the feeding pipeline 9, and when the feeding amount of the clothes treating agent reaches the preset using amount, the liquid feeding valve 10 is controlled to be closed; the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened, water flows into the washing machine from the water inlet pipeline 5 of the washing machine through the spray pipe 7, and when the preset water inflow is reached, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be closed. As shown in fig. 5, in the rinsing water inlet process, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened, the liquid feeding valve 10 is closed, water flows into the washing machine from the water inlet pipeline 5 of the washing machine through the spray pipe 7, and when the preset water inflow is reached, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be closed.
Also included in the washing and/or rinsing process is the spraying of the window screen 3 and/or window mat, the control method comprising: during the washing and/or rinsing process, when the washing machine is operated for a first preset time, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened, the liquid feeding valve 10 is controlled to be opened and closed, and after a second preset time is reached, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be closed. Furthermore, the water inlet valve 8 can adjust the water inlet flow according to the running program of the washing machine, and the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened at different water inlet flow in the water inlet process of different running programs of the washing machine. Specifically, during the water intake process of the washing/rinsing process, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened at a first water intake flow rate, and during the water intake process of the window screen 3 cleaning process, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened at a second water intake flow rate, wherein the first water intake flow rate is greater than the second water intake flow rate. Since the washing water inlet and the rinsing water inlet need to be opened with a larger water inlet flow rate to rapidly complete the water inlet process, and the cleaning of the window screen 3 and/or the window pad needs only a smaller water flow rate, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened with a larger water reducing flow rate in the washing water inlet and the rinsing water inlet process, and the window screen 3 and/or the window pad is controlled to be opened with a smaller water inlet flow rate in the cleaning process.
Example 2
The drum washing machine in this embodiment is a drum washing machine in which laundry treatment agents are manually put in. As shown in the structural schematic diagram of the drum washing machine in fig. 3, the drum washing machine comprises a distributor box assembly 4 and a spray pipe 7, the liquid inlet end of the spray pipe 7 is connected with the liquid outlet of the distributor box, the liquid outlet end extends to the window screen 3 and/or the sealing window pad of the washing machine, and the liquid inlet of the distributor box is connected with the water inlet pipe 5 of the washing machine through a connecting pipe 6.
Specifically, the drum washing machine of this embodiment includes manual input system and water inlet system, and water inlet system is connected with manual input system, manual input system and water inlet system often are located drum washing machine's top and make things convenient for intaking and carry out the manual input of clothing treating agent. The water inlet system comprises a spray pipe 7 pipeline, the washing machine further comprises a water inlet pipeline 5, the water inlet pipeline 5 is located outside the washing machine, the liquid inlet end of the water inlet pipeline 5 is connected with a faucet through a connector, the liquid outlet end of the water inlet pipeline 5 enters the box body 1 of the drum washing machine, the liquid outlet end of the water inlet pipeline 5 is connected with the liquid inlet end of a connecting pipe 6 through a connector or a control valve, a distributor box assembly 4 comprises a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, the liquid outlet end of the connecting pipe 6 is connected with the liquid inlet of the distributor box assembly 4, the liquid outlet of the distributor box assembly 4 is connected with the liquid inlet end of the spray pipe 7 pipeline, the spray pipe 7 pipeline and the connecting pipe 6 are connecting hoses, the liquid outlet end of the spray pipe 7 pipeline extends to the window screen 3 or a window pad in the drum washing machine, a spray device is arranged at the liquid outlet end of the spray pipe 7 pipeline, and comprises a plurality of spray heads which are arranged on the inner side wall of the drum and distributed beside the window screen 3 and/or the window pad. The invention can realize the feeding of the clothes treating agent and the spraying of the observation window glass door and/or the glass sealing window gasket through one water inlet valve 8, reduce the number of the water inlet valves 8, save parts, simplify the control program and the installation flow of the washing machine. The invention realizes the washing water inlet and the rinsing water inlet through the spray pipe 7, and simultaneously, the window screen 3 and/or the window pad can be cleaned in/after the washing or rinsing process, so that the foam adhesion is reduced.
The dispenser box assembly 4 in this embodiment includes a water collecting device and a dispenser box drawably provided in the water collecting device, in which a receiving chamber for receiving at least one laundry treating agent is provided. As shown in fig. 3, the dispenser box has a first accommodating chamber 41 for accommodating a detergent and a second accommodating chamber 42 for accommodating a softener. The liquid inlet of the water collecting device is connected with the water inlet pipeline 5 of the washing machine through the connecting pipe 6, and the liquid outlet is connected with the liquid inlet end of the spray pipe 7; when a user manually puts in the laundry treatment agent, the dispenser box is firstly pulled out from the water collecting device from the outside of the drum washing machine, the laundry treatment agent is put into the accommodating chamber of the dispenser box, and then the dispenser box is pushed into the water collecting device. In the washing water inlet process, domestic water enters a liquid inlet of the water collecting device through a faucet and a connecting pipe 6, water flows in the liquid inlet of the water collecting device, a clothes treating agent in a containing cavity of the distributor box enters the water collecting device along with water flows, the clothes treating agent is fully mixed with water in the water collecting device, finally enters a spray pipe 7 path through a liquid outlet of the water collecting device, and the clothes treating agent enters an inner barrel along with water flows in the spray pipe 7 path through a window screen 3 of the drum washing machine.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment further comprises a water inlet valve 8 for controlling the on-off of the spray pipe 7, wherein the water inlet valve 8 is arranged on the connecting pipe 6, and particularly, the water inlet valve 8 is arranged at the joint of the connecting pipe 6 and the water inlet pipe 5, and the water inlet valve 8 is an electromagnetic valve.
The connection mode between the pipelines and the control valve, and between the pipelines and the faucet is that the pipelines are connected through connectors, wherein the connectors are plug connectors or screw connectors or other connector modes capable of connecting the two pipelines.
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment further proposes a control method of the drum washing machine, where the control method includes: the washing machine controls whether the washing machine performs washing water inlet/rinsing water inlet by controlling the on-off of the spray pipe 7. In the washing/rinsing water inlet process, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened, water flows from the water inlet pipeline 5 of the washing machine, flows through the connecting pipe 6 and the distributor box assembly 4, finally flows into the washing machine through the spray pipe 7, and when the preset water inflow is reached, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be closed.
Also included in the washing and/or rinsing process is the spraying of the window screen 3 and/or window mat, the control method comprising: during the washing and/or rinsing process, when the washing machine is operated for a first preset time, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened, and after a second preset time is reached, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be closed. Furthermore, the water inlet valve 8 can adjust the water inlet flow according to the running program of the washing machine, and the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened at different water inlet flow in the water inlet process of different running programs of the washing machine. Specifically, during the water intake process of the washing/rinsing process, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened at a first water intake flow rate, and during the water intake process of the window screen 3 and/or the window pad cleaning, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened at a second water intake flow rate, wherein the first water intake flow rate is greater than the second water intake flow rate. Since the washing water inlet and the rinsing water inlet need to be opened with a larger water inlet flow rate to rapidly complete the water inlet process, and the cleaning of the window screen 3 and/or the window pad needs only a smaller water flow rate, the water inlet valve 8 is controlled to be opened with a larger water reducing flow rate in the washing water inlet and the rinsing water inlet process, and the window screen 3 and/or the window pad is controlled to be opened with a smaller water inlet flow rate in the cleaning process.
