Abstract
The invention discloses a paper-based degradable packaging film, which is characterized in that: the film is a double-layer structure formed by a paper base layer and a film layer, wherein the film layer is formed by carrying out composite extrusion molding on mixed resin by a double-screw extruder, and the mixed resin is formed by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-85% of PBS, 10-50% of PBAT, 0-20% of modified starch, 1-10% of titanate coupling agent, 0-3% of oleamide and 3-10% of superfine calcium carbonate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of film production, in particular to a paper-based degradable packaging film.
Background
Due to the advantages of good formability, barrier property, processability and the like, the application of the plastic packaging material almost covers all aspects of daily life of people. For example, plastic film materials are used as packaging bags for food and daily chemicals.
While plastic packaging brings great convenience to people's lives, these materials also increasingly exhibit their drawbacks as usage increases year by year: is not degradable. In recent years, more and more reports show that plastic films appear in all corners of the earth, and the harm to the environmental safety and the biological safety is more and more serious. Scientists have also come to recognize this point and, therefore, the production of degradable plastic films has become an urgent problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a packaging film which can be completely degraded after a period of time under natural conditions.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: a paper-based degradable packaging film is characterized in that: the film is a double-layer structure formed by a paper base layer and a film layer, wherein the film layer is formed by carrying out composite extrusion molding on mixed resin by a double-screw extruder, and the mixed resin is formed by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
50-85% of PBS, 10-50% of PBAT, 0-20% of modified starch, 1-10% of titanate coupling agent, 0-3% of oleamide and 3-10% of superfine calcium carbonate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the degradable packaging film can be obtained by utilizing the mixed resin of the invention and matching with a composite extrusion molding process of a double-screw extruder, and the film not only has the characteristics of sealing property, barrier property and the like of the traditional film, but also has the characteristics of transparency and printability.
Detailed Description
The following will explain specific embodiments of the present invention.
The utility model provides a paper base degradable packaging film, is the bilayer structure that paper base layer and film layer formed, wherein the film layer carries out compound extrusion moulding to mixed resin by double screw extruder and forms, mixed resin form according to the mixing of mass percent by following raw materials:
50-85% of PBS, 10-50% of PBAT, 0-20% of modified starch, 1-10% of titanate coupling agent, 0-3% of oleamide and 3-10% of superfine calcium carbonate.
The degradable film layer can be obtained by matching the raw materials with a composite extrusion molding process of a double-screw extruder according to the mass percentage, and the paper-based degradable packaging film is formed after the film layer and the paper base layer are subjected to composite molding.
Compared with the traditional film, the film can be completely degraded after a period of time under natural conditions, not only can meet the requirement of replacing the traditional film, but also can be automatically degraded, thereby playing a role in protecting the environment.
