本发明属于离型膜技术领域,尤其为一种静电阻燃改性PET/PE复合离型膜,包括离型层,离型层的下表面贴附有支撑层,支撑层的下表面贴附有机硅胶层,有机硅胶层的下表面贴附有缓冲层,缓冲层的下表面贴附有第一粘接层,第一粘接层的下表面贴附有耐磨层,耐磨层的下表面贴附有第二粘接层,第二粘接层的下表面贴附有阻燃层,阻燃层的下表面贴附有抗静电层。本发明通过设置的凹槽,可以保证离型膜在与其它膜分离的过程中,减少了离型膜与其它膜之间的粘附力,便于分离,通过设置的粘接部和手持拉环,可以便于在需要撕掉离型膜时,通过手持拉环顺利将离型膜撕离,提高了操作便捷性。

技术领域
本发明涉及离型膜技术领域,具体为一种静电阻燃改性PET/PE复合离型膜。
背景技术
PET离型膜也叫PET硅油膜,就是在PET薄膜的表面涂上一层硅油,以降低PET薄膜表面的附着力,达离型的效果。可以分为单面离型膜和双面离型膜。按离型力可分为轻离型膜,中离型膜,重离型膜。PET离型膜现已被广泛应包装、印刷、丝印、移印、铭板、薄膜开关、柔性线路、绝缘制品、线路板、激光防伪、贴合、电子、密封材料用膜、反光材料、防水材料、医药(膏药用纸)、卫生用纸、胶粘制品、模切冲型加工等行业领域,起到很好的隔离保护作用。现有的离型膜主要为基材层上面涂覆一层离型层,但是会存在以下问题:
1、PET/PE离型膜一般是作为其他产品的原料,对于某些产品其存在强度低、稳定性差、抗静电性能差的问题;
2、现有的离型膜使用后,需要将离型膜分离开时,一般都是直接从离型膜的边角处进行分离,但是离型膜的尺寸很薄,其它膜与离型膜之间的间隙较小,两者之间的粘附力较大,将离型膜撕离其它膜时,容易发生损坏或者有撕离不彻底的现象,操作中难以下手,使得操作便捷性较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种静电阻燃改性PET/PE复合离型膜,解决了现有的离型膜使用后,需要将离型膜分离开时,需要从离型膜的边角处进行分离,但是离型膜的尺寸很薄,其它膜与离型膜之间的间隙较小,两者之间的粘附力较大,将离型膜撕离其它膜时,容易发生损坏或者有撕离不彻底的现象,操作中难以下手,使得操作便捷性较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种静电阻燃改性PET/PE复合离型膜,包括离型层,所述离型层的下表面贴附有支撑层,所述支撑层的下表面贴附有机硅胶层,所述有机硅胶层的下表面贴附有缓冲层,所述缓冲层的下表面贴附有第一粘接层,所述第一粘接层的下表面贴附有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的下表面贴附有第二粘接层,所述第二粘接层的下表面贴附有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的下表面贴附有抗静电层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述离型层的厚度大小为零点零二到零点零四毫米之间,所述离型层的材质为PET/PE复合离型膜。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述离型层的上侧开设有若干组凹槽,所述离型层的下侧设置有若干组凹口,所述凹口的内部且位于支撑层的上侧设置有与凹口相适配的凸口,所述凹口和凸口的形状均为矩形。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述支撑层的材质为对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯材料,所述缓冲层的材质为橡胶材料,所述支撑层与缓冲层的厚度大小之比为零点七到零点八之间,所述支撑层与缓冲层通过有机硅胶层连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述缓冲层和耐磨层通过第一粘接层连接,所述耐磨层的厚度大小为零点零零八到零点一毫米之间。
