A preparation method of a breathable and refreshing sanitary towel comprises the following steps:
A. covering the antibacterial layer 12 on the surface of the base cloth layer 13 through environment-friendly acrylic glue, coating a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue on the bottom of the longitudinal breathable layer 11, and covering the longitudinal breathable layer 11 on the top of the antibacterial layer 12;
B. coating a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue at the bottom of the moisture absorption layer 14, then covering the moisture absorption layer 14 on the top of the longitudinal breathable layer 11, coating a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue at the bottom of the transverse breathable layer 15, and then covering the transverse breathable layer 15 on the top of the moisture absorption layer 14;
C. coating a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue on the top of the transverse breathable layer 15, covering the surface layer 16 on the top of the transverse breathable layer 15, and finally placing the body 1 in a molding press for extrusion;
D. drying in a drier at 50 deg.C for 20 min;
E. connecting the protective wing 2 to the upper end of the outer side of the body 1 through environment-friendly acrylic glue, smearing a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue on one side of the protective wing 2, and then sticking a layer of release paper on the outer side of the environment-friendly acrylic glue;
F. and packaging and warehousing after the inspection is qualified.

referring to fig. 1-2, a breathable and refreshing sanitary napkin comprises a main body 1, wherein wings 2 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the main body 1, an environment-friendly acrylic glue is coated on one side of each wing 2, release paper is arranged on the outer side of the environment-friendly acrylic glue, the main body 1 comprises a base cloth layer 13, an antibacterial layer 12 is arranged on the top of the base cloth layer 13, the sanitary napkin has super-strong breathability and sterilization performance, so that bacterial infection of private parts of people after long-time use is avoided, the thickness of the antibacterial layer 12 is 0.3 times of that of the base cloth layer 13, the antibacterial layer 12 is a combination of a bamboo charcoal fiber layer, a apocynum venetum fiber layer and an aromatic fiber layer, the upper surface and the lower surface of the apocynum venetum fiber layer are connected with the bottom of the aromatic fiber layer and the top of the bamboo charcoal fiber layer through the environment-friendly acrylic glue, a plurality of longitudinal breathable layers 11 are equidistantly, the top of the longitudinal breathable layer 11 is provided with a moisture absorption layer 14, the thickness of the moisture absorption layer 14 is 1.2 times of that of the base cloth layer 13, the moisture absorption layer 14 is a combination of a wood pulp fiber layer, a water absorption resin layer and an ecological cotton layer, the upper surface and the lower surface of the water absorption resin layer are connected with the bottom of the wood pulp fiber layer and the top of the ecological cotton layer through environment-friendly acrylic glue, a plurality of transverse breathable layers 15 are arranged on the top of the moisture absorption layer 14 at equal intervals, the breathability of the sanitary towel can be effectively improved, the sanitary towel has incomparable breathability compared with the existing sanitary towel while normal water absorption is guaranteed, the comfort, the sanitation and the health of people are improved, the thicknesses of the longitudinal breathable layer 11 and the transverse breathable layer 15 are the same, the longitudinal breathable layer 11 is 0.2 times of the thickness of the base cloth layer 13, the top of the transverse breathable layer 15 is provided with a surface layer 16, and the thickness of the surface layer 16 is 0.3 times, and the surface layer 16 and the base fabric layer 13 are all nonwoven fabric layers.
A preparation method of a breathable and refreshing sanitary towel comprises the following steps:
A. covering the antibacterial layer 12 on the surface of the base cloth layer 13 through environment-friendly acrylic glue, coating a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue on the bottom of the longitudinal breathable layer 11, and covering the longitudinal breathable layer 11 on the top of the antibacterial layer 12;

C. coating a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue on the top of the transverse breathable layer 15, covering the surface layer 16 on the top of the transverse breathable layer 15, and finally placing the body 1 in a molding press for extrusion;
D. drying in a drier at 60 deg.C for 15 min;
E. connecting the protective wing 2 to the upper end of the outer side of the body 1 through environment-friendly acrylic glue, smearing a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue on one side of the protective wing 2, and then sticking a layer of release paper on the outer side of the environment-friendly acrylic glue;
F. and packaging and warehousing after the inspection is qualified.
When the sanitary towel is used, the upper surface and the lower surface of the moisture absorption layer 14 are respectively provided with the plurality of transverse breathable layers 15 and the plurality of longitudinal breathable layers 11, so that the breathability of the sanitary towel can be effectively improved, the sanitary towel is enabled to have incomparable breathability compared with the existing sanitary towel while normal water absorption is guaranteed, the comfort, the hygiene and the health of people are improved, the antibacterial layer 12 is arranged at the bottom of the longitudinal breathable layers 11, the sanitary towel can have the antibacterial performance while having super-strong breathability, and the phenomenon that the private parts of people are infected with bacteria after being used for a long time is avoided.

Claims (7)

1. A breathable and refreshing sanitary napkin comprises a body (1) and is characterized in that: the body (1) comprises a base cloth layer (13), an antibacterial layer (12) is arranged at the top of the base cloth layer (13), a plurality of longitudinal breathable layers (11) are arranged at the top of the antibacterial layer (12) at equal intervals, a moisture absorption layer (14) is arranged at the top of each longitudinal breathable layer (11), a plurality of transverse breathable layers (15) are arranged at the top of each moisture absorption layer (14) at equal intervals, and a surface layer (16) is arranged at the top of each transverse breathable layer (15).

A breathable, refreshing sanitary napkin according to claim 1, wherein: the left and right sides of body (1) all is provided with flap (2), and the environment-friendly acrylic glue has been paintd to one side of flap (2), and the outside of environment-friendly acrylic glue is provided with from type paper.

A breathable, refreshing sanitary napkin according to claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the antibacterial layer (12) is 0.2-0.3 times of that of the base cloth layer (13), and the antibacterial layer (12) is a plurality of compositions of a nano silver fiber layer, a chitin fiber layer, a magnetic health-care fiber layer, a chitosan fiber layer, a bamboo charcoal fiber layer, an apocynum venetum fiber layer or an aromatic fiber layer.

A breathable, refreshing sanitary napkin according to claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the moisture absorption layer (14) is 0.6-1.2 times of that of the base cloth layer (13), and the moisture absorption layer (14) is a plurality of compositions of a water absorption cotton layer, a fluff pulp layer, a flexible dust-free paper layer, a degreasing gauze layer, a wood pulp fiber layer, a water absorption resin layer or an ecological cotton layer.
5. A breathable, refreshing sanitary napkin according to claim 1, wherein: the longitudinal breathable layer (11) and the transverse breathable layer (15) are the same in thickness, and the thickness of the longitudinal breathable layer (11) is 0.1-0.2 times that of the base fabric layer (13).

A breathable, refreshing sanitary napkin according to claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the surface layer (16) is 0.15-0.3 times of that of the base cloth layer (13), and the base cloth layer (13) of the surface layer (16) is one of a tencel fiber layer, a wood pulp cotton layer or a non-woven cloth layer.
7. A preparation method of a breathable and refreshing sanitary towel is characterized by comprising the following steps: the manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
A. covering the surface of the base cloth layer (13) with the antibacterial layer (12) through environment-friendly acrylic glue, coating a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue on the bottom of the longitudinal breathable layer (11), and covering the top of the antibacterial layer (12) with the longitudinal breathable layer (11);
B. coating a layer of environment-friendly acrylic acid glue on the bottom of the moisture absorption layer (14), then covering the moisture absorption layer (14) on the top of the longitudinal breathable layer (11), coating a layer of environment-friendly acrylic acid glue on the bottom of the transverse breathable layer (15), and then covering the transverse breathable layer (15) on the top of the moisture absorption layer (14);
C. smearing a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue on the top of the transverse breathable layer (15), then covering the surface layer (16) on the top of the transverse breathable layer (15), and finally placing the body (1) in a molding press for extrusion;
D. drying in a drier at 40-60 deg.C for 15-25 min;
E. connecting the protective wing (2) to the upper end of the outer side of the body (1) through environment-friendly acrylic glue, smearing a layer of environment-friendly acrylic glue on one side of the protective wing (2), and then sticking a layer of release paper on the outer side of the environment-friendly acrylic glue;
F. and packaging and warehousing after the inspection is qualified.
