The invention relates to a clip applier cartridge assembly and a medical operation clip applier, wherein the clip applier cartridge assembly comprises a selection cartridge and at least two clip cartridges with different sizes, the two clip cartridges are arranged in the selection cartridge, a first fixing cavity and a second fixing cavity are formed in the selection cartridge, the first fixing cavity is used for accommodating the different clip cartridges, the second fixing cavity is used for accommodating a central shaft of a clip applier shaft assembly, the central shaft of the second fixing cavity is overlapped with the central shaft of the clip applier shaft assembly, and the first fixing cavity is communicated with the second fixing cavity so that the clip cartridges can move between the first fixing cavity and the second fixing cavity. Endoscopic surgical staplers and surgical clip appliers are known in the art and are used in many different and useful surgical procedures. In the case of laparoscopic surgery, access to the interior of the abdomen is achieved through a narrow tube or cannula inserted through a small entry incision in the skin. Minimally invasive procedures performed elsewhere in the body are often referred to as endoscopic procedures. The tube or cannula device is typically extended into the patient through an access incision to provide an access port. However, the existing clip applier can only load one specification of clip bins, namely a large/medium/small clip bin, so that the clip bins are frequently required to be frequently replaced in the operation process, the operation is complex, the operation time is prolonged, and the operation risk is increased to a certain extent.
Based on the foregoing, there is a need for a medical surgical clip applier that can select different types of clip magazines.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that: the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "inner" and "outer" of the present invention are used for describing the present invention with reference to the drawings, and are not intended to be limiting terms.
Referring to fig. 1-7, clip applier cartridge assembly 10, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, comprises a magazine 1 and at least two differently sized cartridges 2 disposed within said magazine 1. depending on the intended use, cartridge 2 may have a variety of outer diameters into which differently sized jaws 20 may be loaded. In this embodiment, the different sizes of the clip bins include a large size clip bin, a medium size clip bin and a small size clip bin; indeed, in other embodiments, only one or two of the clamping bins may be provided, which may be selected according to actual conditions.
The selection bin 1 is provided with a first fixing cavity 101 and a second fixing cavity 102, wherein the first fixing cavity 101 is used for accommodating different clip bins 2, the central axis of the second fixing cavity is coincident with the central axis of a clip applier shaft assembly, the first fixing cavity 101 is communicated with the second fixing cavity 102, and the clip bins 2 can move between the first fixing cavity 101 and the second fixing cavity 102. In the initial state, the cartridge 2 is fixed in the first fixing cavity 101, and after a user selects a specific type of cartridge 2 as required, the user pushes the cartridge 2, so that the cartridge 2 can move into the second fixing cavity 102. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the cartridge 2 has opposite head and tip ends (the direction of arrow a in fig. 3 is the head end, the opposite direction is the tip end, the head end refers to the end closer to the patient and the tip end refers to the end closer to the user), and that the jaws 20 are typically fired at the head end. The head end of the clamping bin is arranged in the selecting bin, and the clamping bin positioned in the second fixing cavity extends out in the tail end direction relative to the clamping bin positioned in the first fixing cavity so as to operate the clamping bin positioned in the second fixing cavity. Meanwhile, the central axis of the first fixed cavity 101 is parallel to the central axis of the second fixed cavity 102, and preferably, a plurality of first fixed cavities 101 are circumferentially arranged around the second fixed cavity 102. And a circumferential arrangement mode is adopted, so that wrong bin clamping can be avoided being selected by misoperation.
As shown in fig. 1, the selection bin 1 includes a selection block 11 and an outer cover 12 covering the selection block 11, wherein the selection block 11 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 110 corresponding to the cartridge 2 with different sizes, in this embodiment, three first through holes 110. Initially, the cartridge 2 with different sizes is fixed in the first through hole 110 with different sizes, so that each cartridge 2 is located in the first fixing cavity 102. The three first through holes 110 can be designed according to the outer diameters of different cartridge chambers 2, but in order to simplify the device structure and reduce the manufacturing cost, the first through holes 110 of the present embodiment have the same size, the diameter of the first through holes 110 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of a large cartridge chamber 2, a fixing member 21 is arranged on each cartridge chamber 2, and when the cartridge chamber 2 is located in the first fixing cavity 101, the fixing member 21 abuts against the first through holes 110. Preferably, the fixing member 21 is a backing ring, and the backing ring is sleeved on the cartridge 2. The design mode facilitates the manufacture of the selection block 11, reduces the production cost and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
In this embodiment, the outer cover 12 is provided with a guide groove 121, and the stopper 22 is provided with a guide block 221 matching with the guide groove 121. In the initial state, the guide block 221 is disposed to protrude from the guide groove 121, so that the user can push the selected cartridge 2 from the first fixing chamber 101 into the second fixing chamber 102 by pressing the guide block 221. Meanwhile, the outer cover 12 is further provided with a connecting hole 122 for connecting the shaft assembly of the clip applier, and the connecting hole 122 is preferably circular and has a center located on the central axis of the shaft assembly. In use, the shaft assembly is connected with the cartridge 2 positioned in the second fixed cavity 102 through the connecting hole 122, so as to achieve firing.
As shown in fig. 3, the selection block 11 is further provided with a second through hole 111, and a central axis of the second through hole 111 coincides with a central axis of the clip applier shaft assembly. In this embodiment, three first through holes 110 are uniformly distributed circumferentially around the central axis of the second through hole 111; indeed, in other embodiments, the arrangement of the first through hole 110 and the second through hole 111 may be selected according to actual situations, and the embodiment using the above arrangement can avoid interference between the two clamping chambers 2, so as to facilitate the operation. In this embodiment, the second through hole 110 is disposed close to the head end relative to the first through hole 111, so that when the selected cartridge 2 is located in the second fixing cavity 102, the structure of the head end portion extends relative to the other cartridge 2, thereby allowing an operator to use the cartridge.
Since the cartridge 2 needs to be moved from the first through hole 110 to the second through hole 111, a slide (not numbered) is disposed between each first through hole 110 and the second through hole 111, and the size of each slide needs to be at least larger than the diameter of the corresponding cartridge 2 and smaller than the size of the fixing member 21. The clamping bin 2 is pushed out from the first through hole, penetrates through the slide way and is arranged in the second through hole. And the diameter of the second through hole 111 is larger than the outer diameter of each cartridge 2, preferably, larger than the size of the fixing member 21. In order to avoid the selected cartridge 2 from sliding out of the second through hole 111, a stop 22 having a size larger than the chute and the second through hole 111 is provided at or near the end of each of said cartridges 2. When the cartridge 2 is located in the second through hole 111, the stopper 22 abuts against the second through hole 111 to prevent the cartridge 2 from falling off from the second through hole 111.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a medical clip applier, which includes a handle assembly 100, a working head 200 selectively connected to the handle assembly 100, a shaft assembly 300 connected to the working head 200, and the clip applier cartridge assembly 10 (see fig. 1 to 7 for an embodiment). It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that clip applier may be operated by providing an actuator assembly other than handle assembly 100, and that handle assembly 100 or actuator assembly are well known in the art and will not be described in detail herein. The shaft assembly 300 of the present embodiment may be disposable or reusable, and may include conventional firing, sleeve, and drive components, which will not be described in detail herein. In the medical surgical clip applier of this embodiment, the head end of the shaft assembly 300 is selectively connected to the clip applier cartridge assembly 10 of the present invention, and the central axes of the second through hole 111 and the connecting hole 122 in the clip applier cartridge assembly 10 are both coincident with the central axis of the shaft assembly 300, so as to ensure the accuracy of firing the clip applier.

13. A medical surgical clip applier comprising a handle assembly, a working head that is selectively said handle assembly, a shaft assembly connected to said working head, and the clip applier cartridge assembly of any one of claims 1 to 12 that is selectively connected to said shaft assembly.
