The reference process interval corresponding to each quality element in each production procedure has a preset corresponding relationship, and a complete process flow is formed. Such as: a1 and B1 correspond, a2 and B2 correspond, and so on.
It should be noted that the reference process parameter interval of each quality element in the current production process is adjusted and determined according to the reference process interval of each quality element in the previous production process of the current production process, and the current production process includes: a hot rolling step and a cold rolling step.
As an alternative embodiment, the determining unit 22 is specifically configured to:
for each quality element in each production procedure, dividing a current process parameter interval corresponding to each quality element in advance;
performing quality simulation analysis on each current process parameter interval by using a mechanical property analysis model to obtain the influence degree of each current process parameter interval on the target quality result of the cold-rolled product; the quality results include: yield strength;
and screening the current parameter process interval according to the influence degree of each current process parameter interval on the target quality result to obtain the reference process parameter interval of each quality element in each production procedure.
For example, if the element C in the steel-making process is the first interval and the tapping temperature in the hot rolling process is the fourth interval, the mechanical property analysis model is used to simulate the production process based on the first interval and the fourth interval, so as to obtain the current quality result; then comparing the current quality result with the target quality result, and if the difference between the current quality result and the target quality result is too large (for example, exceeds a threshold range), filtering out a first interval and a fourth interval; if the current quality result is not much different from the target quality result (for example, within a threshold range), the first interval and the fourth interval are reserved.
After the quality elements in each production process, the process parameter intervals corresponding to the quality elements, and the index numbers corresponding to the reference process parameter intervals are determined, the generation unit 23 is configured to generate the quality adjustment table according to the quality elements in each production process, the process parameter intervals corresponding to the quality elements, and the index numbers corresponding to the reference process parameter intervals. The quality adjustment table includes the corresponding relationship among the quality elements in each production process, the process parameter intervals corresponding to each quality element, and the index numbers corresponding to each reference process parameter interval.
The obtaining unit 24 is configured to obtain current values of the quality elements in the previous production process when the slab output from the previous production process of the current process is produced by the current process.
For example, when a slab output from a steel making process is produced by a hot rolling process, it is necessary to obtain current values of elements such as C, Si, and Mn in the slab.
After the current values of the quality elements in the previous production process are obtained, in order to ensure the product quality, if the current values do not fall within the preset process parameter range, the process parameters in the current production process need to be adjusted, so that the production unit 25 needs the current values of the quality elements in the previous production process and the quality adjustment table to determine whether the process parameters in the current process need to be adjusted.
As an alternative implementation, the production unit 25 is specifically configured to:
traversing the quality adjustment table for the current value of any quality element;
judging whether a process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs exists in the quality adjustment table;
if the process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs exists, continuously judging whether the corresponding index number exists in the process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs;
and if the corresponding index number exists in the process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs, determining the process parameter of the current process needing to be adjusted.
For example, after the steel making is finished, the current value of the element C is obtained, and if the current value falls into the first interval, it is determined whether the first interval has a corresponding index number, and if it is determined that the first interval has a corresponding index number, it is determined that the process parameter of the hot rolling process needs to be adjusted, and then the reference process parameter interval of each quality element in the hot rolling process is determined based on the first interval and the quality adjustment table. Such as: if the index number corresponding to the element C is A1, the index number corresponding to the element A1 can be determined to be B1 based on the quality adjustment table, and the tapping temperature in the hot rolling process is the reference process parameter interval corresponding to the element B1.
After the reference process parameter intervals of the quality elements are determined in the current production process, the production unit 25 is further configured to produce the cold-rolled product based on the process parameters in the reference process parameter intervals in the current production process.
Specifically, the process parameters in each reference process parameter interval in the current production process are issued to a secondary execution system to produce the cold-rolled product.
In this way, reference process parameter intervals of each quality element are determined in advance according to the mechanical property model, and each reference process parameter interval at least comprises one reference process parameter interval, which is equivalent to the process parameter interval window is refined; because the mechanical property model is established based on historical production data, no matter which reference process interval the current value of the quality element falls in, the reference process interval of each quality element in the current process can be dynamically adjusted according to the reference process interval of each quality element in the previous process and the quality adjusting table when the current process is used for production aiming at the plate blank produced by the previous process of any current process, and a set of most suitable process parameters is ensured to be matched; the automatic dynamic adjustment method can avoid the condition of order removal production and reduce the production cost when adjusting the quality of the cold-rolled product; but also can ensure the product quality.
The method and the device for producing the cold-rolled product provided by the application have the following beneficial effects that:
the present application provides a method and apparatus for producing cold rolled products, the method comprising: aiming at different types of steel grades, acquiring historical production data corresponding to each production process, and establishing a corresponding mechanical property analysis model based on the historical production data; determining mass elements in each production procedure and reference process parameter intervals of the mass elements in each production procedure based on the mechanical property analysis model; the production process comprises the following steps: a steel making process, a hot rolling process and a cold rolling process; the reference process parameter interval at least comprises one, and each reference process parameter interval corresponds to an index number; the reference process parameter interval of each quality element in the current production procedure is adjusted and determined according to the reference process interval of each quality element in the previous production procedure of the current production procedure, and the current production procedure comprises the following steps: a hot rolling step and a cold rolling step; generating a quality adjustment table according to the quality elements in each production procedure, the process parameter intervals corresponding to the quality elements and the index numbers corresponding to the reference process parameter intervals; when the current process is used for producing the plate blank output by the previous production process of the current process, obtaining the current value of each quality element in the previous production process; the current production process comprises: a hot rolling step and a cold rolling step; judging whether the process parameters of the current process need to be adjusted or not based on the current value of each mass element in the previous production process and the quality adjustment table, and searching a corresponding index number in the adjustment table based on the current value if the process parameters need to be adjusted; determining a reference process parameter interval corresponding to each quality element in the current production procedure according to each index number; producing cold-rolled products based on the process parameters in each reference process parameter interval in the current production process; in this way, reference process parameter intervals of each quality element are determined in advance according to the mechanical property model, and each reference process parameter interval at least comprises one reference process parameter interval, which is equivalent to the process parameter interval window is refined; because the mechanical property model is established based on historical production data, no matter which reference process interval the current value of the quality element falls in, the reference process interval of each quality element in the current process can be dynamically adjusted according to the reference process interval of each quality element in the previous process and the quality adjusting table when the current process is used for production aiming at the plate blank produced by the previous process of any current process, and a set of most suitable process parameters is ensured to be matched; the automatic dynamic adjustment method can avoid the condition of order removal production and reduce the production cost when adjusting the quality of the cold-rolled product; but also can ensure the product quality.
EXAMPLE III
In practical application, when BH steel is produced by using the method and apparatus provided in the first and second embodiments, the parameters of the respective quality elements corresponding to the original design requirements, 3 process flows before adjustment, and 4 process flows after adjustment are shown in table 1:

It can be understood that each process flow includes process parameter intervals of all quality elements in all production procedures; taking the pre-adjustment process 1 as an example, the range of the excess C in the steel-making process is 9-11 ppm, the tapping temperature in the hot rolling is 1220 ℃, and the coiling temperature is 740 ℃; the annealing temperature in the cold rolling process was 765 c, and the resulting BH value was 23.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the fluctuation range of the BH value obtained from the adjusted process parameters is significantly smaller than that obtained from the process parameters before adjustment, which means that the method for producing cold-rolled products provided by the present application is feasible and effective.

Claims (8)

1. A method for producing a cold rolled product, characterized in that the method comprises:
aiming at different types of steel grades, acquiring historical production data corresponding to each production process, and establishing a corresponding mechanical property analysis model based on the historical production data;
determining mass elements in each production procedure and reference process parameter intervals of the mass elements in each production procedure based on the mechanical property analysis model; the production process comprises the following steps: a steel making process, a hot rolling process and a cold rolling process; the reference process parameter interval at least comprises one, and each reference process parameter interval corresponds to an index number; the reference process parameter interval of each quality element in the current production procedure is adjusted and determined according to the reference process interval of each quality element in the previous production procedure of the current production procedure, and the current production procedure comprises the following steps: a hot rolling step and a cold rolling step;
generating a quality adjustment table according to the quality elements in each production procedure, the process parameter intervals corresponding to the quality elements and the index numbers corresponding to the reference process parameter intervals;
when the current process is used for producing the plate blank output by the previous production process of the current process, obtaining the current value of each quality element in the previous production process;
judging whether the process parameters of the quality elements in the current working procedure need to be adjusted or not based on the current values of the quality elements in the previous production working procedure and the quality adjustment table, and searching corresponding index numbers in the adjustment table based on the current values if the process parameters need to be adjusted;
determining a reference process parameter interval corresponding to each quality element in the current production procedure according to each index number;
and producing cold-rolled products based on the process parameters in each reference process parameter interval in the current production process.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a reference process parameter interval for each of said mass elements in each production run comprises:
for each mass element in each production procedure, dividing a current process parameter interval corresponding to each mass element in advance;
performing quality simulation analysis on each current process parameter interval by using the mechanical property analysis model to obtain the influence degree of each current process parameter interval on the target quality result of the cold-rolled product; the quality results include: yield strength;
and screening the current parameter process interval according to the influence degree of each current process parameter interval on the target quality result to obtain a reference process parameter interval of each quality element in each production procedure.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the quality element comprises: the steel-making components in the steel-making process, the tapping temperature, the finish rolling temperature and the coiling temperature in the hot rolling process, the annealing temperature in the cold rolling process, the furnace zone speed and the finishing elongation.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the process parameters of each quality element in the current process need to be adjusted based on the current value of each quality element in the previous production process and the quality adjustment table comprises:
traversing the quality adjustment table for a current value of any quality element;
judging whether a process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs exists in the quality adjustment table;
if the process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs exists, continuously judging whether the corresponding index number exists in the process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs;
and if the corresponding index number exists in the process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs, determining that the process parameter of each quality element in the current process needs to be adjusted.
5. An apparatus for producing cold rolled products, characterized in that it comprises:
the device comprises an establishing unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the establishing unit is used for acquiring historical production data corresponding to each production process aiming at different types of steel, and establishing a corresponding mechanical property analysis model based on the historical production data;
the determining unit is used for determining the mass elements in each production procedure and the reference process parameter intervals of the mass elements in each production procedure based on the mechanical property analysis model; the production process comprises the following steps: a steel making process, a hot rolling process and a cold rolling process; the reference process parameter interval at least comprises one, and each reference process parameter interval corresponds to an index number; the reference process parameter interval of each quality element in the current production procedure is adjusted and determined according to the reference process interval of each quality element in the previous production procedure of the current production procedure, and the current production procedure comprises the following steps: a hot rolling step and a cold rolling step;
the generating unit is used for generating a quality adjusting table according to the quality elements in each production procedure, the process parameter intervals corresponding to the quality elements and the index numbers corresponding to the reference process parameter intervals;
an acquisition unit, configured to acquire a current value of each of the mass elements in a previous production process when a slab output from the previous production process of the current process is produced by using the current process;
the production unit is used for judging whether the process parameters of the quality elements in the current working procedure need to be adjusted or not based on the current values of the quality elements in the previous production working procedure and the quality adjustment table, and searching corresponding index numbers in the adjustment table based on the current values if the process parameters need to be adjusted; determining a reference process parameter interval corresponding to each quality element in the current production procedure according to each index number; and producing cold-rolled products based on the process parameters in each reference process parameter interval in the current production process.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the determination unit is specifically configured to:
for each mass element in each production procedure, dividing a current process parameter interval corresponding to each mass element in advance;
performing quality simulation analysis on each current process parameter interval by using the mechanical property analysis model to obtain the influence degree of each current process parameter interval on the target quality result of the cold-rolled product; the quality results include: yield strength;
and screening the current parameter process interval according to the influence degree of each current process parameter interval on the target quality result to obtain a reference process parameter interval of each quality element in each production procedure.

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the quality element comprises: the steel-making components in the steel-making process, the tapping temperature, the finish rolling temperature and the coiling temperature in the hot rolling process, the annealing temperature in the cold rolling process, the furnace zone speed and the finishing elongation.
8. The device according to claim 5, wherein the production unit is in particular adapted to:
traversing the quality adjustment table for a current value of any quality element;
judging whether a process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs exists in the quality adjustment table;
if the process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs exists, continuously judging whether the corresponding index number exists in the process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs;
and if the corresponding index number exists in the process parameter interval to which the current value of the quality element belongs, determining that the process parameter of each quality element in the current process needs to be adjusted.
