Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of environment-friendly building materials, in particular to a soil remediation type ecological slope protection brick.
Background
With the rapid development of national economy, along with construction and excavation in the construction of hydraulic engineering, railways and roads, a large number of artificial and natural slopes are derived from the engineering construction, so that the original landform and the original stress state are changed. The weathering and precipitation damages the surface of the side slope, which causes water and soil loss and side slope instability, and poses serious threats to the ecological environment and traffic safety. Therefore, it is necessary to take engineering measures to protect and restore the ecological function of soil.
At present, the common ecological slope protection forms include a soil engineering material composite planting base slope protection, a plant type slope protection, an ecological gabion slope protection, a vegetation type ecological concrete slope protection, an ecological bag slope protection, a porous structure slope protection, a self-embedded retaining wall slope protection and the like. The vegetation type ecological concrete slope protection is a novel material with the performance between that of common concrete and plowed and planted soil, and consists of porous concrete, a water retention material, a slow release fertilizer and surface soil. However, the alkali reduction treatment has problems, the strength and the durability of the alkali reduction treatment need to be verified, and the slope protection is expensive due to the fact that multiple times of soil covering and repeated sowing are needed. The porous structure slope protection is a slope protection for planting grass by using porous bricks, and common porous bricks comprise splayed bricks, hexagonal slope protection grid bricks and the like. The continuous penetration porous structure provides a good living space and a habitat for animals and plants, but the slope of the river bank cannot be too large, the river bank must be firm, soil needs to be compacted and compacted, the cost is high, and the construction workload is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a soil remediation type ecological slope protection brick to overcome the defects of the existing ecological slope protection. The industrial waste is utilized to change waste into valuable, the engineering material which is light in weight, wear-resistant, convenient to transport and simple in construction is prepared, the soil is restored and purified while the soil-fixing and slope-protecting effects are achieved, the small ecological circle is restored and adjusted, the relation between slope-protecting bricks and ecology is balanced, the soil fertility is restored to provide necessary conditions for plant growth, air is purified, a harmonious and comfortable environment is constructed for people, and the strategic value is achieved for protecting the environment and saving resources.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a soil remediation type ecological slope protection brick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400-600 parts of titanium gypsum, 50-100 parts of ferrous sulfate, 200-300 parts of fly ash, 200-300 parts of granulated blast furnace slag micro powder and 30-80 parts of cement.
Preferably, the soil remediation type ecological slope protection brick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 600 parts of titanium gypsum, 50 parts of ferrous sulfate, 300 parts of fly ash and 50 parts of cement.
Preferably, the soil remediation type ecological slope protection brick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 600 parts of titanium gypsum, 50 parts of ferrous sulfate, 300 parts of granulated blast furnace slag micro powder and 50 parts of cement.
Preferably, the soil remediation type ecological slope protection brick comprises the following components in parts by weight: 500 parts of titanium gypsum, 50 parts of ferrous sulfate, 200 parts of fly ash, 200 parts of granulated blast furnace slag micro powder and 50 parts of cement.
Preferably, the titanium gypsum is industrial solid waste for producing titanium dioxide, the ferrous sulfate is an industrial byproduct for producing titanium dioxide, the granulated blast furnace slag micro powder is industrial solid waste for steel smelting, and the fly ash is industrial solid waste for thermal power generation.
The soil restoration type ecological slope protection brick is simple to prepare, the formula materials are uniformly mixed according to a proportion and then are pressed and formed through a brick making machine, the slope protection brick can be pressed into slope protection bricks (building blocks) with various shapes through the selection of a brick making die, and the finished product can be obtained through maintenance after the pressing and forming.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the soil restoration type ecological slope protection brick provided by the invention can make full use of industrial waste to change waste into valuable, and the slope protection brick which is light in material, wear-resistant, convenient to transport and simple to construct is prepared, so that the environment-friendly concept of engineering materials is embodied;
2. the soil restoration type ecological slope protection brick provided by the invention plays a role in soil stabilization and slope protection, and simultaneously, because ferrous sulfate is a good soil conditioner, the soil can be restored and purified, and necessary growth conditions are further provided for plants. The engineering material not only plays the structural use function, but also embodies the ecological functions of restoring, purifying soil, maintaining plants and the like;
3. the soil restoration type ecological slope protection brick provided by the invention has the effects of restoring and regulating a small ecological ring and balancing the relation between engineering materials and ecology;
