Abstract
The invention discloses a production process of an ultrathin hot-rolled checkered plate with the thickness of less than 1mm, and relates to the technical field of checkered plate rolling. The invention adopts a conventional hot continuous rolling mill and makes a special production plan, carries out rough rolling and finish rolling on a plate blank from a heating furnace, controls a process system in the rough rolling and finish rolling processes, and adopts a head-off cooling and sparse cooling mode to cool strip steel so as to roll an ultrathin checkered plate with the thickness of less than 1.0 mm. The preferred scheme of the invention is as follows:
