Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The scanning method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the medical imaging equipment shown in fig. 1. The medical imaging device comprises a processor and a memory which are connected through a system bus, wherein a computer program is stored in the memory, and the steps of the following method embodiments can be executed when the processor executes the computer program. Optionally, the medical imaging apparatus may further include a network interface, a display screen, and an input device. Wherein, the processor of the medical image device is used for providing calculation and control capability. The memory of the medical imaging apparatus includes a nonvolatile storage medium storing an operating system and a computer program, and an internal memory. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the medical imaging device is used for connecting and communicating with an external terminal through a network. Optionally, the medical imaging device may be a medical X-ray machine, a digital imaging device, an X-ray computed tomography device, a magnetic resonance imaging device, an ultrasound imaging device, a nuclear medicine imaging device, or the like, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific form of the medical imaging device.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a scanning method is provided, which is exemplified by the application of the method to the medical imaging apparatus in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s201, acquiring an image of a scanning object, and determining a target scanning range according to the image.
Different target scanning ranges of the scanning object correspond to different scanning sequences. Illustratively, the scan sequence corresponding to scanning the head of the subject is different from the scan sequence corresponding to scanning the abdomen of the subject. When scanning a scanning target, the medical imaging apparatus needs to first acquire a whole-body image or a half-body image of the scanning target (for example, an upper-body image of the scanning target or a lower-body image of the scanning target), and to circle a target scanning range corresponding to the scanning in the acquired whole-body image or half-body image. In this embodiment, the medical imaging device first acquires an image of the scanned object, and determines the target scanning range according to the image, that is, the medical imaging device may circle the target scanning range of the scanned object in the acquired image of the scanned object. Alternatively, the target scanning range may be the head of the scanning subject, the abdomen of the scanning subject, or the leg of the scanning subject.
S202, primarily adjusting the scanning environment according to the target scanning range.
Generally, when a scanning object is scanned, different parts of the scanning object are scanned, the emotion of the scanning object fluctuates differently, for example, the scanning object is often nervous when a head is scanned, and the scanning object is in a relaxed state when a leg is scanned, and it is necessary to primarily adjust a scanning environment according to target scanning of the scanning object, so that the emotion of the scanning object meets a scanning requirement corresponding to a target scanning range. Specifically, the medical imaging device performs preliminary adjustment on the scanning environment according to the target scanning range of the scanning object. Optionally, the medical imaging device may perform preliminary adjustment of the scanning environment by adjusting the light environment in the scanning aperture, the music of the air supply system, and the like according to the target scanning range of the scanned object. For example, the scanning part of the scanning object is the head, the medical imaging device presets that the patient is nervous at the moment, the medical imaging device starts to regulate and control the luminous environment, music, ventilation and the like according to the relaxed mood, and the scanning environment is preliminarily regulated
S203, acquiring current emotion information of the scanning object.
Specifically, after the medical imaging device primarily adjusts the scanning environment according to the target scanning range of the scanning object, the medical imaging device obtains the current emotion information of the scanning object in the adjusted scanning environment. It should be noted that the current emotion information of the scanning object may be emotion information before starting scanning, or may also be emotion information in the scanning process, that is, the current emotion of the scanning object may be emotion information at any time in the scanning process. Optionally, the medical imaging device may obtain current emotion information of the scanned object through a video device connected to the medical imaging device.
And S204, judging whether the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement or not according to the current emotion information of the scanned object, and starting scanning under the condition that the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement.
Specifically, the medical imaging device judges whether the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement according to the current emotion information of the scanned object, and starts scanning when the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement. For example, when the scanning part of the scanning object is a leg, if the current emotion of the scanning object is in a relaxed state, the current emotion of the scanning object meets the scanning requirement corresponding to the leg, and the medical imaging device starts scanning to scan the leg of the scanning object; for another example, when the scanning portion of the scanning object is the head, if the current emotion of the scanning object is a nervous state, the current emotion of the scanning object does not satisfy the scanning requirement corresponding to the head, optionally, the medical imaging device may adjust the scanning environment until the current emotion of the scanning object satisfies the requirement of the scanning sequence corresponding to the head, and start the scanning.
In the scanning method, the medical imaging device firstly acquires the image of the scanned object, the target scanning range can be determined according to the image of the scanned object, so that the scanning environment can be preliminarily adjusted according to the determined target scanning range to obtain the current emotion information of the scanned object, and then whether the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement corresponding to the scanning part can be judged according to the current emotion information of the scanned object, and the scanning is started under the condition that the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement.
In a scenario that the medical imaging device determines whether the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement according to the current emotion information of the scanned object, and starts scanning when the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the step S204 includes:
s301, if the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement, scanning is started.
Specifically, if the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement corresponding to the target scanning range of the scanned object, the medical imaging device starts scanning to scan the target scanning range of the scanned object. For example, if the scanning part of the scanning object is the abdomen, the current emotion of the scanning object is a relaxed state, and the current emotional relaxed state of the scanning object meets the scanning requirement of the abdomen, the medical imaging device starts scanning to scan the abdomen of the scanning object.
S302, if the current emotion of the scanned object does not meet the scanning requirement, executing iterative adjustment operation according to the current emotion information of the scanned object, and starting scanning;
wherein the iterative adjustment operation comprises:
and adjusting the current scanning environment according to the current emotion information of the scanned object to obtain new emotion information of the scanned object, and returning to execute iterative adjustment operation until a preset convergence condition is reached.
Specifically, if the current emotion of the scanned object does not meet the scanning requirement corresponding to the target scanning range of the scanned object, the medical imaging device adjusts the current scanning environment according to the current emotion information of the scanned object to obtain new emotion information of the scanned object, adjusts the current scanning environment according to the new emotion information of the scanned object, and repeatedly executes the operation until a preset convergence condition is reached, and starts scanning. Optionally, the adjusting the current scanning environment by the medical imaging device includes: the current scanning environment is adjusted by controlling the light signal, the sound signal, the wind power signal and the projection device in the scanning cavity. Optionally, the preset convergence condition includes: the current emotion of the scanning object is the emotion meeting the scanning requirement. Exemplarily, taking a target scanning range of a scanning object as an abdomen as an example, if a current emotion of the scanning object is nervous, and the current emotion of the scanning object does not satisfy a scanning requirement corresponding to the abdomen, the medical imaging device obtains new emotion information of the scanning object as uneasy by controlling a sound signal in a scanning cavity, and the current emotion of the scanning object does not satisfy the scanning requirement corresponding to the abdomen, and then the medical imaging device obtains new emotion information of the scanning object by controlling a light signal in the scanning cavity, and if the obtained new emotion information of the scanning object is relaxed, the current emotion of the scanning object satisfies the scanning requirement corresponding to the abdomen, the medical imaging device stops adjusting operation, starts scanning, and scans the abdomen of the scanning object.
In this embodiment, if the current emotion of the scanned object meets the scanning requirement corresponding to the target scanning range of the scanned object, the medical imaging device starts scanning, and if the current emotion of the scanned object does not meet the scanning requirement corresponding to the target scanning range of the scanned object, the medical imaging device performs iterative adjustment operation according to the current emotion information of the scanned object, and starts scanning.
In the above scenario of acquiring current emotion information of the scanning object, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the step S203 includes:
s401, acquiring video information of a scanning object.
Specifically, the medical imaging apparatus acquires video information of a scanned object. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4a, the scanning method provided by the present application can be applied to the environment shown in fig. 4a, the pressure sensing device 1 is used for collecting the weight information of the patient, and when the patient enters the scanning room, the pressure sensing device collects the weight information of the patient by stepping on, and uploads the weight information to the wireless control center 7 for standby; the video monitoring devices 2 and 8 are used for identifying patients, the patients can be identified and locked by the video monitoring devices by wearing special luminous bracelets, the height information of the patients and the facial emotion of the patients are collected in real time through the video monitoring devices 2 and 8 after the patients are locked, and the height information and the facial emotion of the patients are uploaded to the wireless control center 7 for later use; the millimeter wave radar monitoring device 3 is used for collecting respiratory signals of patients under different moods; the projection device 6 projects different lights and videos or plays different sounds by receiving the data analyzed by the wireless control center 7 so as to achieve the purpose of stimulating the patient or stabilizing the emotion change of the patient; the wireless control center 7 receives the instruction of the upper computer, the video monitoring signal, the radar monitoring signal and the pressure sensing signal, controls the projection device 6 and other environment adjusting devices such as sound, light and touch, and 10 is a light environment, a sound playing and air supply system in the medical equipment, and the purpose of stimulating or stabilizing the emotion of the patient is achieved by matching with the projection device, optionally, the medical imaging equipment can obtain the video information of the scanned object through the video monitoring devices 2 and 8, and it needs to be explained here that the processor of the medical imaging equipment in the application can be the wireless control center in fig. 4 a.
S402, determining the positioning information of the scanning object according to the video information.
Specifically, the medical imaging device determines the positioning information of the scanning object according to the acquired video information of the scanning object. Optionally, the medical imaging device may determine the positioning information of the scanning object according to the pose of the scanning object in the video information of the scanning object, and optionally, the positioning information of the scanning object may be in a flat position, a side position, or the like.
And S403, acquiring the current emotion information of the scanning object according to the positioning information of the scanning object.
Specifically, the medical imaging device acquires current emotion information of the scanned object according to the positioning information of the scanned object. Optionally, if the positioning information of the scanned object is the first positioning, that is, the standard positioning of lying, the medical imaging device identifies the emotion of the scanned object by using the preset radar monitor and the preset video monitor to obtain the current emotion information of the scanned object, optionally, the medical imaging device can preliminarily identify the emotion of the scanned object by using the video monitor, then the medical imaging device obtains the respiratory information of the scanned object by combining the radar monitor, and the current emotion information of the scanned object is obtained by combining the preliminarily identified emotion of the scanned object and the respiratory information of the scanned object. Optionally, if the positioning information of the scanned object is the second positioning, that is, the lateral positioning, the medical imaging device obtains the respiratory information of the scanned object from a preset radar monitor, and obtains the current emotional information of the scanned object according to the respiratory information of the scanned object. It should be noted that the preset radar monitor in this embodiment may be the millimeter wave radar monitoring device 3 in fig. 4a, and the video monitor may be the video monitoring devices 2 and 8 in fig. 4 a.
In this embodiment, the medical imaging device can accurately determine the positioning information of the scanning object according to the acquired video information of the scanning object, so that the current emotion information of the scanning object can be accurately acquired according to the positioning information of the scanning object with higher accuracy, the accuracy of the current emotion information of the scanning object is improved, whether the current emotion of the scanning object meets the requirement of the scanning sequence corresponding to the scanning part or not can be accurately judged according to the current emotion information of the scanning object with higher accuracy, and scanning is started under the condition that the current emotion of the scanning object meets the requirement of the scanning sequence, so that the accuracy of the target scanning signal of the scanning object is improved.
