In some embodiments, the inboard anchor boom 300 is movably disposed on the inboard boom slide mount 320.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the inside moving device further includes a second slider 322 and an inside swing arm 320.
The second slide plate 322 is provided on the inner boom slide holder 320 movably in the up-down direction. In some embodiments, the guide carriage body 210 is provided at a rear end thereof with a fixed housing 211. Swing frames 410 are provided on the anchor drilling platform 200, and each swing frame 410 is connected to the outer anchor drilling frame 400 such that the outer anchor drilling frame 400 is rotatably provided on the anchor drilling platform 200. Each of the outer anchor devices includes an outer moving device having a first end (swing frame 410) connected to the fixed frame 211 and an outer anchor frame 400 having a second end connected to the outer anchor frame 400 to move the outer anchor frame 400.
As shown in fig. 3, the outside moving means includes a swing frame 410, a rear swing cylinder 420, a lift arm extension 430, and a lift arm lift cylinder 440.
The swing frame 410 is hinged with the fixed frame 211 so that the swing frame 410 can swing in the left and right directions around the fixed frame 211. The rear swing cylinder 420 includes a fixing portion and a telescopic portion, the fixing portion of the rear swing cylinder 420 is hinged to the fixing frame 211, and the telescopic portion of the rear swing cylinder 420 is hinged to the swing frame 410 so as to drive the fixing frame 211 to swing to the left and right sides. The swing frame 410 and the rear swing cylinder 420 cooperate to facilitate the lateral side anchor boom 400 to move in the left-right direction, so that the lateral side anchor boom 400 may be disposed side-by-side with the medial side anchor boom 300 in the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 12, the lifting arm extension 430 includes a fixing portion and an extension portion, and the fixing portion of the lifting arm extension 430 is hinged to the swing frame 410 so that the lifting arm extension 430 can swing up and down around the swing frame 410, and the outer anchor boom 400 is movably provided on the extension portion of the lifting arm extension 430. The lifting arm lifting cylinder 440 includes a fixing portion and a telescopic portion, the fixing portion of the lifting arm lifting cylinder 440 is hinged to the swing frame 410, and the telescopic portion of the lifting arm lifting cylinder 440 is hinged to the fixing portion of the lifting arm telescopic device 430 so as to drive the lifting arm telescopic device 430 to swing in an up-down direction. The lifting arm extension device 430 and the lifting arm lifting cylinder 440 facilitate the movement of the outer side anchor drilling frame 400 in the up-down direction, so that the outer side anchor drilling frame 400 can be moved to the tunnel roof for the anchor work.
In some embodiments, the outer moving device further includes an outer swing arm 450, the outer swing arm 450 is provided on the telescopic part of the lifting arm telescopic device 430, an outer rotation motor 451 is provided on the outer swing arm 450, the outer rotation motor 451 includes a fixed part and a rotating part, the rotating part of the outer rotation motor 451 is connected to the outer anchor boom 400, and the fixed part of the outer rotation motor 451 is provided on the outer swing arm 450. The outer rotary motor 451 drives the outer anchor boom 400 to rotate to a proper angle for the anchor work.
In some embodiments, the anchor drilling platform 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes an anchor drilling operation platform 600, wherein the anchor drilling operation platform 600 is disposed on the guide sliding frame body 210, and the anchor drilling operation platform 600 is located between the fixed frame 211 and the inner side drill frame lateral movement rail 310, so as to facilitate the anchoring work of the operator.
As shown in fig. 14, the anchor drill operation platform 600 includes a fixed operation platform 610, a flap operation platform 620, and a flipping cylinder 630, and the flipping cylinder 630 includes a fixed portion and a telescopic portion. Thus, the fixed operation platform 610 and the flap type operation platform 620 can be folded and turned relatively, the flap type operation platform 620 is opened when needed, and after the anchor work is completed, the folding flap type operation platform 620 does not block the outside moving device from shrinking back with the outside anchor drill frame 400, so that the occupied space is reduced.
