The driving rack 81 is fixedly connected with the second cover plate 72 through a connecting block.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the driving gear 82 is rotatably coupled to a groove wall of the movable groove 17 away from the second driving roller 71, an upper surface of the driving rack 81 adjacent to the first cover plate 52 is engaged with a lower surface of the driving gear 82, and a lower surface of the driving rack 81 away from the first cover plate 52 is engaged with an upper surface of the driving gear 82. A groove 18 is formed in one side, away from the second cover plate 72, of the movable groove 17 on the roadbed 1, the length direction of the groove 18 is consistent with the length direction of the roadbed 1, the first driving wheel 83 and the second driving wheel 84 are connected into the groove 18 in a rotating mode, the first driving wheel 83 and the second driving wheel 84 are arranged at intervals, and the synchronous belt 85 is sleeved on the first driving wheel 83 and the second driving wheel 84 and used for driving the first driving wheel 83 and the second driving wheel 84 to move synchronously. The first driving wheel 83 is connected to the driving gear 82 by a first fixed shaft which is in running engagement with the wall of the recess 18 adjacent to the active channel 17. The linkage rack 86 is fixedly connected with one side of one first cover plate 52 close to the second cover plate 72, the linkage gear 87 is rotatably connected with one side of the movable groove 17 close to the groove 18, the lower part of the linkage rack 86 is meshed with the linkage gear 87, the linkage gear 87 is connected with the second transmission gear through a second fixed shaft, and the second fixed shaft is rotatably matched with the groove wall of the groove 18 close to the movable groove 17.
The implementation principle of the road height limiting frame in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when a vehicle passes through the roadbed 1 provided with the road height limiting frame, the front end of the vehicle extrudes the buffer plate 36, so that the buffer plate 36 extrudes the buffer air bag 33, gas in the buffer air bag 33 sequentially enters the inflatable air bag 63 through the inflation pipe 64, the first connecting pipe 65 and the second connecting pipe 66, and the inflatable air bag 63 expands and extends along the length direction of the limiting groove 14. The two ends of the inflatable air bag 63 push the two limiting plates 61 to move in the direction away from the center of the first mounting groove 12, so that the limiting plates 61 drive the first cover plate 52 to retract into the first placing groove 13. When the limiting plate 61 close to the second cover plate 72 moves towards the direction close to the second cover plate 72, the linkage rack 86 fixed on the limiting plate 61 drives the linkage gear 87 to rotate counterclockwise, so as to drive the second transmission wheel 84 to rotate, the second transmission wheel 84 drives the first transmission wheel 83 to rotate through the synchronous belt 85, because the first transmission wheel 83 is connected with the driving gear 82 through the first fixed shaft, so that the driving gear 82 rotates counterclockwise, the driving rack 81 close to the first cover plate 52 is meshed with the lower surface of the driving gear 82, so that the second cover plate 72 close to the first cover plate 52 moves towards the direction close to the first height limiting frame 2, and the other driving rack 81 is meshed with the upper surface of the driving gear 82, so that the second cover plate 72 far away from the first cover plate 52 moves towards the direction close to the first height limiting frame 2, and then the two second cover plates 72 are opened.
When the vehicle continues to travel along the length direction of the roadbed 1, the second height limiting frame 3 can be pushed to move along the length direction of the slide rail 11 to the direction of the first height limiting frame 2, the front wheel of the vehicle can be trapped in the first mounting groove 12, the front wheel can slip with the first transmission roller 51, the rear wheel of the vehicle can be trapped in the second mounting groove 15, the rear wheel can slip with the second transmission roller 71, and further the vehicle is effectively prevented from continuing to advance, so that the impact generated when the ultrahigh vehicle strikes the road height limiting frame is reduced.
After the inflatable airbag 63 is completely deployed, the side wall of the first cover plate 52 is spaced from the side wall of the first mounting groove 12, and the side wall of the second cover plate 72 is spaced from the side wall of the second mounting groove 15, so that even if the gas volume in the inflatable airbag 63 changes slightly in the later period, the first cover plate 52 is not affected.
