The PBS-BCF has the advantages of degradability, better mechanical property, better heat resistance and better price.
Preferably, the further technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the PBS-BCF carpet yarn body is PBS poly butylene succinate.
The PBS color master batch adjusts the adding amount of the PBS color master batch and other color PBS color master batches according to different requirements.
And in the winding process, a winding machine winds the yarns into a bobbin to obtain the final product PBS-BCF carpet yarn.
The PBS-BCF carpet yarn body is formed by weaving a plurality of monofilaments, a base material is arranged in each monofilament, the base material is a PBS base material, the section structure of each monofilament is a trilobal pattern, and black dots are uniformly distributed in the whole body of each monofilament and are nano-scale toner particles, namely PBS color master batches.
The PBS-BCF carpet yarn body consists of 60-200 monofilaments.
The two strands of 60-200 monofilaments form a PBS-BCF carpet yarn body, and the PBS-BCF carpet yarn body is twisted and shaped into a finished product.
The section structure of the monofilament is a triangular figure, and PBS color master batches are uniformly distributed in the whole body of the monofilament.
And a protective layer is arranged on the outer side of the PBS-BCF carpet yarn body.
The common BCF carpet yarn is generally prepared by melt spinning of slices such as PP (polypropylene), PET (polyester), ECDP (modified polyester), PA6 (nylon 6) and the like, but the BCF yarn made of the materials cannot be biodegraded, so that the carpet woven by the carpet yarn causes white pollution to the environment to a great extent after being discarded, and meets the requirement of circular economy.
The Poly Butylene Succinate (PBS) is a polymer with good biodegradability, compared with biodegradable plastics such as polylactic acid and the like, the PBS has relatively low price, excellent mechanical property and good heat resistance, and the PBS-BCF carpet yarn produced by the PBS can meet the biodegradation and has better price advantage than products prepared by the polylactic acid.
The invention has the following characteristics:
1. the raw material used in the invention is PBS (poly butylene succinate).
2. PBS color master batch can be added to make colorful yarns with various styles.
3. The finished product of the primary spinning can be twisted and shaped to be made into multi-style folded PBS-BCF yarn.
