Preparation example 5
The palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotube is prepared by the following method:
adding 0.1kg of palladium acetylacetonate into 1kg of dichloromethane, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a premix for later use;
adding 2.8kg of tetramethylammonium hydroxide into 10kg of pure ethanol, stirring and uniformly mixing, then adding 5.5kg of isopropyl titanate, continuously stirring and uniformly mixing, then adding a premix, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 55min, continuously stirring and uniformly mixing, standing for 26h, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 25min to obtain a mixture;
roasting the mixture under the protection of nitrogen at 500 ℃ for 5h, and cooling to obtain palladium oxide modified titanium oxide;
adding palladium oxide modified titanium oxide into 8kg of 30% sodium hydroxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 1.5h, heating to 135 ℃, carrying out heat preservation treatment for 19h, filtering, washing and drying to obtain a primary finished product;

Preparation example 6
The palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotube is prepared by the following method:
adding 0.1kg of palladium acetylacetonate into 1kg of dichloromethane, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a premix for later use;
adding 3kg of tetramethylammonium hydroxide into 10kg of pure ethanol, stirring and uniformly mixing, then adding 6kg of isopropyl titanate, continuously stirring and uniformly mixing, then adding a premix, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 60min, continuously stirring and uniformly mixing, standing for 28h, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 20min to obtain a mixture;
roasting the mixture under the protection of nitrogen at the roasting temperature of 550 ℃ for 4 hours, and cooling to obtain palladium oxide modified titanium oxide;
adding palladium oxide modified titanium oxide into 8kg of 30% sodium hydroxide solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 2h, heating to 140 ℃, performing heat preservation treatment for 18h, filtering, washing and drying to obtain a primary finished product;

Performance test
Samples were prepared from the permeation blocking primers obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 7, and the following property tests were performed, and the test results are shown in table 3.

s1, removing the waterproof layer on the surface of the color steel plate to be renovated, and then polishing and cleaning the surface of the color steel plate to remove the corrosion on the surface of the color steel plate and prevent the surface of the color steel plate from obviously falling off powder.
And S2, coating a penetrating and sealing primer once on the surface of the color steel plate processed in the step S1, and forming a primer layer, wherein the thickness of the primer layer is 30 microns, so as to obtain a sample.
The adhesion was tested using the following method: the method comprises the steps of smoothly scratching 100 small squares on the primer layer on the surface of a sample by using a blade, wherein the size of each square is 10mm multiplied by 10mm, then adhering 3M adhesive paper on the square by using 500G of force, applying the force for 3s, then pulling the 3M adhesive paper away from the surface of the sample, and respectively carrying out peeling on the primer layer according to whether the primer layer peels or not and the peeling area, wherein the grade is 0-5, the surface of the grade 0 does not peel, and the larger the grade is in the grade 1-5, the more serious the peeling condition is.

As can be seen from table 3, the penetrating sealing primer has good adhesion on the surface of the polished and cleaned color steel plate, and the adhesion grade is 0 grade.
By comparing the example 4 with the comparative examples 1 to 4, it can be seen that the adhesion of the permeable sealing primer can be effectively improved by adding the nano-graphene modified ferroferric oxide hollow microspheres, the aqueous permeable emulsion and the aqueous high gloss emulsion into the raw material of the permeable sealing primer and by the synergistic effect between the nano-graphene modified ferroferric oxide hollow microspheres and the aqueous permeable emulsion and the aqueous high gloss emulsion.
Comparing the example 4 with the comparative examples 5 to 7, it can be seen that the powder wetting agent and the substrate wetting agent are added to the raw materials of the permeable sealing primer, and the adhesive force of the permeable sealing primer can be effectively improved through the synergistic effect between the powder wetting agent and the substrate wetting agent, mainly because the powder wetting agent well wets and disperses the dust on the surface of the color steel plate and is sealed in the primer layer, and the substrate wetting agent wets the color steel plate, so that the adhesive force of the primer layer is improved.
The aqueous waterproofing composite adhesives obtained in example 1, examples 6 to 9 and comparative examples 8 to 13 were used to prepare samples and tested for the following properties, and the results are shown in Table 4.

And S3, coating the waterproof elastic surface adhesive on the surface of the primer layer processed in the step S2 twice, and forming a surface adhesive layer, wherein the thickness of the primer layer is 50 microns, so as to obtain the sample.
Wherein the primer layer and the topcoat layer are integrally formed into a waterproof adhesive layer, and at this time, the thickness of the waterproof adhesive layer is 80 μm.
The adhesion was tested using the following method: the method comprises the steps of smoothly dividing a waterproof adhesive layer on the surface of a sample into 100 small squares by a blade, wherein the size of each square is 10mm multiplied by 10mm, then adhering 3M adhesive paper on the squares by 500G of force, applying the force for 2s, then pulling the 3M adhesive paper away from the surface of the sample, and respectively dividing a bottom adhesive layer according to whether the waterproof adhesive layer peels or not and the peeling area, wherein the grade is 0-5, the surface of the grade 0 does not peel, and the larger the grade is in the grade 1-5, the more serious the peeling condition is.
The water resistance was tested using the following method: and (3) soaking the sample in water at the temperature of 25 ℃, observing the condition of the waterproof adhesive layer on the surface of the sample, stopping soaking if the sample is soft and frothy, and calculating the soaking time.
The resistance to 5% hydrochloric acid is detected by the following method: and (3) soaking the sample in a hydrochloric acid solution of 5% hydrochloric acid at 25 ℃, observing the condition of the waterproof adhesive layer on the surface of the sample, stopping soaking if the sample is soft and frothy, and calculating the soaking time.
The 5% sodium hydroxide resistance was measured by the following method: and (3) soaking the sample in a sodium hydroxide solution of 5% sodium hydroxide at the temperature of 25 ℃, observing the condition of the waterproof adhesive layer on the surface of the sample, stopping soaking if the sample is soft and frothy, and calculating the soaking time.
The ultraviolet-resistant direct irradiation is detected by adopting the following method: placing the sample in a closed box, turning on the ultraviolet lamp, and keeping the distance between the sample and the ultraviolet lamp at 10cm, wherein the irradiation intensity of the ultraviolet lamp is 1.0W/m2And observing the condition of the waterproof glue layer on the surface of the sample, stopping irradiation if light is lost, and calculating the irradiation time.
The flexibility was tested using the following method: placing the sample at the temperature of-40 ℃, standing for 72h at the temperature of 70 ℃, repeating the steps for multiple times, bending the sample to form a transitional bending arc with the diameter of 15mm, observing the condition of the waterproof adhesive layer on the surface of the sample at the transitional bending arc, and grading the flexibility of the waterproof adhesive layer according to whether the waterproof adhesive layer falls off or cracks, the falling area and the cracking area, wherein the grade 0 surface does not fall off or crack, and the grade 1-5 has more serious falling off and cracking of the waterproof adhesive layer on the surface with larger grade.

As can be seen from Table 4, the waterborne waterproof combination adhesive has good adhesive force, the adhesive force grade is 0, the waterborne waterproof combination adhesive also has good water resistance, 5% hydrochloric acid resistance, 5% sodium hydroxide resistance and ultraviolet direct irradiation resistance, the water resistance is 61-65 days, the 5% hydrochloric acid resistance is 36-39 days, the 5% sodium hydroxide resistance is 41-43 days, and the ultraviolet direct irradiation resistance is 21-25 days, and simultaneously has good flexibility, after the waterborne waterproof combination adhesive is alternately stored for a plurality of times at the temperature of-40 ℃ and the temperature of 70 ℃, the flexibility grade is 0, the surface does not have the condition of falling off and cracking, the waterborne waterproof combination adhesive not only has good weather resistance, but also can adapt to the renovation treatment of a color steel plate under the condition that the temperature difference of the color steel plate is changed to 100 ℃, and effectively prolongs the service life of a waterproof adhesive layer, the water-based waterproof combined paint meets the market demand.
Comparing example 8 with comparative example 8, it can be seen that the flexibility of the aqueous waterproof combination glue is effectively improved by adding the aqueous elastic emulsion into the raw material of the permeable sealing primer and by the synergistic effect between the aqueous elastic emulsion and the waterproof elastic surface glue.
Comparing the example 8 with the comparative examples 9 to 11, it can be seen that the weather resistance and flexibility of the water-based waterproof combined glue are effectively improved and the market demand is met by adding the water-based high gloss emulsion and the water-based elastic emulsion into the raw materials of the water-based elastic surface glue and by the synergistic action between the water-based high gloss emulsion and the water-based elastic emulsion.
Comparing the example 8 with the comparative example 9 and the comparative examples 12 to 13, it can be seen that the weather resistance of the water-based waterproof combined adhesive is effectively improved by adding the water-based high gloss emulsion and the palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotube into the raw materials of the waterproof elastic surface adhesive and by the synergistic effect between the water-based high gloss emulsion and the palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotube.

A weather-resistant water-based waterproof combined adhesive is used for renovating a color steel plate of an industrial factory building.
The water-based waterproof combined glue comprises a permeable sealing primer and a waterproof elastic surface glue, and the permeable sealing primer and the waterproof elastic surface glue are obtained by adopting the embodiment 8.
A weather-resistant water-based waterproof combined adhesive comprises the following steps:
s1, removing the waterproof layer on the surface of the color steel plate to be renovated, and then polishing and cleaning the surface of the color steel plate to remove the corrosion on the surface of the color steel plate and prevent the surface of the color steel plate from obviously falling off powder.

the waterproof elastic surface adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 16-23 parts of deionized water, 2-2.4 parts of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.3-0.8 part of powder wetting agent, 2.5-4.5 parts of pigment, 2.2-2.8 parts of palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotube, 10-16 parts of water-based highlight emulsion, 37-43 parts of water-based elastic emulsion, 8-13 parts of water-based waterproof emulsion, 5.1-5.5 parts of film-forming additive, 1-2 parts of base material wetting agent, 0.1-0.3 part of thickening agent and 0.8-1.3 parts of adhesion promoter;
the water-based permeable emulsion is BLJ-641 closed emulsion, the water-based waterproof emulsion is ETERKYD W34310 epoxy ester emulsion, the water-based highlight emulsion is KX-108 styrene-acrylic emulsion, and the water-based elastic emulsion is BLJ-963M elastic emulsion;
the palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotube is prepared by the following method:
adding palladium acetylacetonate into dichloromethane, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a premix for later use;
adding tetramethylammonium hydroxide into pure ethanol, stirring and mixing uniformly, then adding isopropyl titanate, continuing to stir and mix uniformly, then adding premix, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 50-60min, continuing to stir and mix uniformly, standing for 24-28h, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 20-30min to obtain a mixture;
roasting the mixture under the protection of inert gas at the roasting temperature of 450-550 ℃ for 4-6h, and cooling to obtain palladium oxide modified titanium oxide;
adding palladium oxide modified titanium oxide into a sodium hydroxide solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 1-2h, heating to 130-140 ℃, performing heat preservation for 18-20h, filtering, washing and drying to obtain a primary finished product;
adding the primary finished product into a hydrochloric acid solution, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 40-50min, filtering, washing and drying to obtain a palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotube;
the weight ratio of the palladium acetylacetonate to the isopropyl titanate is 1 (50-60);
the graphene modified ferroferric oxide hollow microsphere is prepared by the following method:
under the protection of inert gas, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfate into ethylene glycol, stirring and mixing uniformly, then adding graphene, stirring and mixing uniformly, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 30-50min, then adding ferric chloride and sodium acetate, continuing stirring and mixing uniformly, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 20-40min, heating to 175-;
the weight ratio of the graphene to the ferric chloride to the sodium acetate is 1 (5-6) to 9-10.

the waterproof elastic surface adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of deionized water, 2.2 parts of dispersing agent, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of powder wetting agent, 3.5 parts of pigment, 2.5 parts of palladium oxide modified titanium oxide nanotube, 13 parts of aqueous highlight emulsion, 40 parts of aqueous elastic emulsion, 10 parts of aqueous waterproof emulsion, 5.3 parts of film-forming assistant, 1.5 parts of base material wetting agent, 0.2 part of thickening agent and 1.1 part of adhesion promoter.
