When the device is used, the device comprises the following operation steps:

step 2, using a crawler chassis 1-3 to pull a dispensing trolley platform 3-7 to a range of 20m near an injection point, then unfastening a hook 1-14, fixing the dispensing trolley platform 3-7, connecting a cable 5-2, starting a power supply of a stirring mechanism 3-2, and starting to prepare a repairing medicament; then, the injection trolley platform 2-2 is pulled to a position which is close to the dispensing trolley platform 3-7 within the range of 20m near the injection point, the hooks 1-14 are unfastened, and the injection trolley platform 2-2 is fixed;
step 3, operating the crawler chassis 1-3 to drive to the position above an injection point, aligning a limiting hole of a pressing mechanism 1-9 with the injection point within 20cm, operating a power control mechanism 1-2 to output power of a fuel engine 1-1 to a generator 1-13 and a hydraulic gear pump 1-4, opening a computer 4-5 to prepare for receiving detection data, automatically adjusting the pressing speed of the pressing mechanism 1-9 by the computer 4-5, and manually adjusting an electromagnetic regulating valve 1-12 if necessary to keep the pressing speed at 2 cm/s;
step 4, mounting the static sounding probe rod 4-3 into a limiting groove of the pressing mechanism 1-9, fixing the probe rod 4-3 by using a buckle 4-6, and starting to press down; after 1 probe rod 4-3 is pressed down, the locking mechanism is loosened, the electromagnetic directional valve 1-7 is used for lifting the pressing mechanism 1-9, a new probe rod 4-3 is installed in a limiting groove of the pressing mechanism 1-9, the pressed probe rod 4-3 is screwed and connected, the locking mechanism is fixed again, and pressing is carried out again; circulating operation until the actual detection depth exceeds the designed injection depth by 1 m;
step 5, collecting the sensor data of the probe 4-4 once at regular data collection intervals in the static sounding process, and transmitting the data to the computer 4-5; determining the variable depth of soil layers and the type of the soil layers of each layer according to preset threshold parameters and a layering algorithm, displaying the variable depth of the soil layers and the type of the soil layers on an LCD screen by images, forming soil layer classification result data at the same time, and storing the soil layer classification result data in a memory of a computer 4-5; based on cone tip resistance, side wall friction and other static sounding parameters, soil physical and chemical property parameters such as soil porosity, permeability coefficient and the like at different depths of the point location can be obtained through direct or indirect calculation, injection process parameters such as injection volume, injection flow and the like at different injection depths of the point location are obtained through design calculation based on the soil physical and chemical property parameters, and the injection process parameters are stored in a memory of a computer 4-5;
step 6, driving the crawler chassis 1-3 right above the injection point, aligning the limiting hole of the pressing mechanism 1-9 with the injection point, installing the injection rod 4-1 into the limiting groove of the pressing mechanism 1-9, fixing the injection rod 4-1 by using a locking mechanism, starting to press down, loosening the locking mechanism after the injection rod 4-1 finishes pressing down, lifting the pressing mechanism 1-9 by using an electromagnetic reversing valve 1-7, installing a new injection rod 4-1 into the limiting groove of the pressing mechanism 1-9, screwing and connecting the pressed injection rod 4-1, fixing the buckle 4-6 of the pressing mechanism 1-9 again, and repeating pressing operation until the actual pressing depth is equal to the designed injection depth;
step 7, starting a power supply of the injection system, controlling the injection pump to suck the repairing medicament from the medicine dissolving tank 3-5 through the control system, and injecting the repairing medicament into the ground through the high-pressure medicine conveying pipe 5-1 and the injection rod 4-1; the computer 4-5 outputs the stored injection process parameter control signal to the control system of the injection system to control the whole injection process;
and 8, repeating the steps 3 to 7 until all the design depths of all the designed injection points complete the injection of the medicament.
The integrated remediation agent injection device based on the characteristics of the contaminated land formation provided by the invention is further described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
An integrated restoration medicament injection device based on the characteristics of the stratum of a polluted land comprises a power system, a detection system, an injection system, a dispensing system and an auxiliary system. The power system comprises a fuel engine 1-1, a power control mechanism 1-2, a gearbox and a generator 1-13; the detection system comprises a probe 4-4, a probe rod 4-3, a data cable and a computer 4-5; the injection system comprises a plunger pump 2-5, an injection rod 4-1, an injection head 4-2, an injection control system and an injection trolley platform 2-2; the dispensing system comprises a medicine dissolving tank 3-5, a stirring mechanism 3-2, a dosing metering mechanism and a dispensing trolley platform 3-7; the auxiliary system comprises a rod piece box 1-8, a crawler chassis 1-3, a pressing hydraulic device and a pressing mechanism 1-9.
The engine 1-1, the gear pump 1-4, the hydraulic check valve 1-5, the hydraulic oil cylinder 1-6, the electromagnetic directional valve 1-7, the rod box 1-8, the pressing mechanism 1-9 and the generator 1-13 are fixed on a crawler chassis 1-3, the power of the generator 1-13 comes from the fuel engine 1-1, meanwhile, the fuel engine 1-1 also provides power for the crawler chassis 1-3 and the gear pump 1-4 in the pressing hydraulic equipment, and the power switching is realized by the power control mechanism 1-2; the speed sensor 1-11 transmits the pressing speed of the rod piece (the injection rod 4-1 and the probe rod 4-3) to the computer 4-5, and the computer 4-5 feeds back and adjusts the electromagnetic regulating valve 1-12 to control the pressing speed of the rod piece; the hooks 1-14 of the crawler chassis 1-3 can pull the medicine injection system and the medicine dispensing system.
The hydraulic oil tank 2-3, the hydraulic regulating valve 2-4, the plunger pump 2-5 and the hydraulic pump 2-6 are fixed on the injection trolley platform 2-2, and the injection trolley platform 2-2 can be pulled by the crawler chassis 1-3 to move through the hooks 1-14; the computer 4-5 indirectly controls the injection flow and the injection volume of the medicament by controlling the hydraulic regulating valve 2-4, and when the injection system runs, the medicament is sucked into the plunger pump 2-5 from the medicament inlet 2-8 and pumped out from the medicament outlet 2-9; the injection trolley platform 2-2 is provided with universal wheels at the front end and fixed wheels at the rear end, can be locked after arriving at a preset place, and is provided with hooks 1-14 at the front end and the rear end, wherein the hook device at the rear end can be extended and retracted.
The dispensing system is fixed on a dispensing trolley platform 3-7, 4 pairs of universal wheels are installed, the dispensing trolley platform is locked after reaching a preset place, telescopic hooks 1-14 are arranged at the front end and the rear end, the dispensing trolley platform 3-7 can also be pulled and moved by a crawler chassis 1-3 through the hooks 1-14, the side wall of a drug dissolving tank 3-5 is provided with liquid level scales, a dosing metering mechanism and a stirring mechanism 3-2 are fixed at the top, a stirring paddle 3-4 is connected to the bottom of a speed reducer of the stirring mechanism 3-2, and a drug outlet 3-6 and a valve connecting injection system are arranged at the bottom of the drug dissolving tank 3-5.
The injection rod 4-1 is connected with the injection head 4-2, the probe rod 4-3 is connected with the probe 4-4, and the data cable passes through the inside of the probe rod 4-3 and is connected with the computer 4-5; the probe rod 4-3 and the injection rod 4-1 are respectively provided with a buckle position, and the buckle positions are locked by the pressing mechanism 1-9 and used for pressing the probe rod 4-3.
The power for the injection system and the dispensing system is supplied by a generator 1-13 of a power system, the power is transmitted by a cable 5-2, the cable 5-2 is wound on a winch, and the winch is fixed on a crawler chassis 1-3; the dispensing system is provided with two tanks, namely a tank A3-8 and a tank B3-9, a medicament outlet 3-6 at the lower part of the tank body is connected with a medicament inlet 2-8 of the medicament injection system through a high-pressure medicament conveying pipe 5-1, and the dispensing system also transmits medicaments to an injection rod 4-1 through the high-pressure medicament conveying pipe 5-1.
The specifications of the main components of the apparatus in this embodiment are shown in table 1.

Example 2
An integrated restoration agent injection device based on contaminated land stratum characteristics is applied to soil risk management and control of a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon contaminated site and a restoration site for a pilot test, the depth of contamination of a target area is about 3.0m, 11 injection holes are designed according to the range of the target area, the designed injection depth is 0.5m-1.5m-3.0m, and the radius of influence of single hole design is 1.5 m.
The underwater is not found in the field, the field history is long, the backfilling time is more than 10 years, the soil layer distribution is extremely uneven, pollutants are distributed at a plurality of layers, and the expected restoration target cannot be achieved by using the traditional injection construction method obviously.
Therefore, an in-situ formation detection-in-situ agent injection method is selected to be adopted, and the method is realized by the integrated repairing agent injection device of the embodiment, and comprises the following operation steps:
step 1, according to earlier stage investigation, a site stratum structure mainly comprises plastic filling soil, silty clay and silty soil, wherein plain filling soil mainly comprises silty clay, static sounding data information of the area is compared, and a layering threshold parameter of a computer 4-5 is preset;

step 4, mounting the static sounding probe rod 4-3 into a limiting groove of the pressing mechanism 1-9, fixing the probe rod 4-3 by using a buckle 4-6, and starting to press down; after 1 probe rod 4-3 is pressed down, the locking mechanism is loosened, the electromagnetic directional valve 1-7 is used for lifting the pressing mechanism 1-9, a new probe rod 4-3 is installed in a limiting groove of the pressing mechanism 1-9, the pressed probe rod 4-3 is screwed and connected, the locking mechanism is fixed again, and pressing is carried out again; circulating operation until the actual detection depth reaches 4.0 m;
step 5, in the process of static sounding, the computer 4-5 displays the distribution image of the underground soil layer of the point position on an LCD screen, simultaneously forms soil layer classification result data and injection process parameters such as injection volume, injection flow and the like of the point position at different injection depths, and stores the data in the memory of the computer 4-5;
step 6, adjusting the position of the crawler chassis 1-3 to enable a limiting hole to be opposite to an injection point, installing an injection rod 4-1 into a limiting groove of a pressing mechanism 1-9, fixing the injection rod 4-1 by using a locking mechanism, starting to press down, loosening the locking mechanism after the injection rod 4-1 finishes pressing down, lifting the pressing mechanism 1-9 by using an electromagnetic directional valve 1-7, installing a new injection rod 4-1 into the limiting groove of the pressing mechanism 1-9, screwing and connecting the pressed injection rod 4-1, fixing a buckle 4-6 of the pressing mechanism 1-9 again, and repeating the pressing operation until the actual depth of an injection head 4-2 is equal to the first designed injection depth of 0.5 m;
and 7, starting a power supply of the injection system, operating the computer 4-5 to output an injection process parameter control signal stored in the computer to the control system of the injection system, automatically sucking the repair medicament from the medicine dissolving tank 3-5 by the injection pump, injecting according to the set injection flow, manually increasing the pressing of the injection rod 4-1 and repeating the operation of the computer 4-5 after the injection of 0.5m is completed until the medicament injection at all depths and all injection points is completed.
And 8, completing injection of all injection points and all injection depths, carrying out sampling detection after maintenance, wherein the concentration of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in all soil samples in the small test target area is lower than a restoration target value.
The invention provides an integrated restoration medicament injection device based on the stratum characteristics of a polluted land, which is an integrated invasive in-situ stratum detection-in-situ medicament injection technology and equipment.A stratum test is performed through an in-situ static sounding stratum at an injection point, the underground soil layer structure and engineering geological parameters of the injection point are inverted, then a design calculation and automatic control system is combined to design, determine and automatically adjust the restoration medicament injection parameters of the injection point, meanwhile, the traditional manual setting intervention can be combined, the refined restoration medicament injection based on the soil layer structure is realized, and the injection restoration effect is prevented from being influenced by stratum heterogeneity such as an underground local interlayer, a lens body structure and the like; meanwhile, the hydraulic pressing mechanism of the static sounding can be used for pressing down the injection rod, so that the multi-purpose injection rod is realized, the transverse disturbance in the pressing down process of the injection rod is prevented, the risks of slurry bleeding and short flow of the medicament are reduced, and the effective covering and repairing effects of the injected medicament on pollution feather are ensured.

the power system, the downward pressing hydraulic equipment, the downward pressing mechanism and the rod piece box are arranged on the crawler chassis; an injection pump, an injection control mechanism and injection hydraulic equipment of the injection system are arranged on an injection trolley platform; a medicine dissolving tank, a stirring mechanism and a dosing metering mechanism of the dispensing system are arranged on a dispensing trolley platform; the injection head, the injection rod, the probe and the computer are arranged in the rod box;
the crawler chassis, the injection trolley platform and the dispensing trolley platform are connected in sequence through hooks.
