Having described the basic principles of the present application, various non-limiting embodiments of the present application will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for nursing a deep vein thrombosis patient, wherein the method includes:
step S100: obtaining postoperative information of a first deep vein thrombosis patient;
specifically, deep venous thrombosis refers to abnormal blood coagulation in deep veins, and belongs to a disease of venous return obstruction of the lower limbs. After thrombosis, most of the thrombus can be automatically ablated or limited to the occurrence part, but most of the thrombus can be diffused to the deep vein trunk of the whole limb, and if the thrombus can not be diagnosed and treated in time, most of the thrombus can be developed into thrombus sequelae, and the life quality of a patient is influenced for a long time; still other patients may have pulmonary embolism with serious consequences. Therefore, after the first deep vein thrombosis patient is operated, the change of the patient's postoperative affected limb sign needs to be observed, so that a reasonable postoperative care scheme is conveniently provided, and the postoperative information comprises the information of the change of vital sign, the body position, the medication care, the possible complication observation and the like.
Step S200: acquiring first image information, wherein the first image information is postoperative patient limb image information of the first deep vein thrombosis patient shot by a camera;
step S300: obtaining skin color information of the far end of the affected limb according to the first image information;
specifically, the postoperative patient limb of the first deep vein thrombosis patient can be monitored in real time through the camera, the postoperative patient limb of the first deep vein thrombosis patient specifically comprises the color, the luster, the feeling and the like of the skin at the far end of the patient limb, and the postoperative recovery condition of the patient can be intuitively obtained by observing the color and the like of the postoperative patient limb due to the fact that the patient limb of the common deep vein thrombosis patient is in spider-shaped vasodilation and is deeper.
Step S400: obtaining the skin temperature information of the far end of the affected limb of the first deep venous thrombosis patient, wherein the skin temperature information of the far end of the affected limb can be detected by an infrared temperature sensor;
specifically, the temperature information of the skin at the far end of the patient suffering from the first deep vein thrombosis can be obtained, the temperature information of the skin at the far end of the patient suffering from the first deep vein thrombosis can be detected by an infrared temperature sensor, the normal lower limb temperature information is generally the same as the normal body temperature of a human body, but the temperature of the skin at the far end of the patient suffering from the deep vein thrombosis is lower than the normal body temperature due to the fact that blood at the part of the patient suffering from the lower limb is not circulated, so that the temperature information of the skin at the far end of the patient suffering from the second deep vein thrombosis can be obtained, and further the postoperative recovery condition of the patient can be obtained. The skin temperature information of the far end of the affected limb can be detected by an infrared temperature sensor, and the thermal sensor utilizes the radiation heat effect to enable the temperature to rise after the detection device receives the radiation energy, so that the performance of one column of the sensor and the temperature is changed. Detecting a change in a property of the radiation can detect the radiation. This contactless temperature detection simultaneously avoids damage to the patient's affected limb.
Step S500: acquiring first pulse intensity information according to postoperative information of the first deep vein thrombosis patient;
specifically, the first pulse intensity information can be obtained, the first pulse intensity information is postoperative pulse intensity information of a first deep vein thrombosis patient, whether the first deep vein thrombosis patient has symptoms such as dyspnea, chest distress, chest pain, blood pressure drop and the like is judged by judging whether pulse beating is normal, and if so, complications of pulmonary artery embolism are prompted to possibly occur, so that whether the first deep vein thrombosis patient has risks of complications can be judged by obtaining postoperative pulse intensity information of the patient.
Step S600: inputting the skin color information of the far end of the affected limb, the skin temperature information of the far end of the affected limb and the first pulse intensity information into a first training model, wherein the first training model is obtained by training a plurality of sets of training data, and each set of training data in the plurality of sets of training data comprises: the affected limb far-end skin color information, the affected limb far-end skin temperature information, the first pulse intensity information and identification information for identifying the smoothness degree of the blood vessel after operation;
Step S700: obtaining output information of the first training model, wherein the output information comprises the smoothness information of a postoperative blood vessel of the first deep venous thrombosis patient;
specifically, in order to obtain more accurate information of the smoothness of the postoperative blood vessel of the first deep venous thrombosis patient, the skin color information of the distal end of the affected limb, the skin temperature information of the distal end of the affected limb and the first pulse intensity information can be input into a first training model to perform continuous training, so that the output training result is more accurate. The first training model is a Neural network model, i.e., a Neural network model in machine learning, and the Neural Network (NN) is a complex Neural network system formed by a large number of simple processing units (called neurons) widely connected to each other, reflecting many basic features of human brain functions, and is a highly complex nonlinear power learning system. The neural network model is described based on a mathematical model of neurons. An artificial neural network (Artificial Neural Networks) is a description of the first order nature of the human brain system. In brief, it is a mathematical model. In this embodiment of the present application, the skin color information of the distal end of the affected limb, the skin temperature information of the distal end of the affected limb, and the first pulse intensity information are input into a first training model to perform continuous training, and the neural network model is trained by using the smoothness information of the identified postoperative blood vessel.
Further, the process of training the neural network model is essentially a process of supervised learning. The plurality of sets of training data specifically comprises: the affected limb distal skin color information, the affected limb distal skin temperature information, the first pulse intensity information, and identification information for identifying a degree of smoothness of a blood vessel after an operation. By inputting the skin color information of the far end of the affected limb, the skin temperature information of the far end of the affected limb and the first pulse intensity information, the neural network model outputs a first training result, wherein the first training result is the smoothness information of the postoperative blood vessel of the first deep vein thrombosis patient. Checking the output information and the smoothness information of the postoperative blood vessel with the identification function, and if the output information is consistent with the smoothness information requirement of the postoperative blood vessel with the identification function, completing the data supervision learning, and performing the next group of data supervision learning; if the output information is inconsistent with the requirement of the smoothness of the postoperative blood vessel with the identification function, the neural network learning model adjusts itself until the output result of the neural network learning model is consistent with the requirement of the smoothness of the postoperative blood vessel with the identification function, and then the supervision learning of the next group of data is performed. The neural network learning model is continuously corrected and optimized through training data, the accuracy of the neural network learning model for processing the information is improved through a supervised learning process, and then the technical effect that the smoothness degree information of the postoperative blood vessel of the first deep vein thrombosis patient is more accurate is achieved.
Step S800: generating a first care scheme according to the smoothness information of the blood vessel after the operation;
step S900: performing postoperative care on the first deep vein thrombosis patient according to the first care regimen.
Specifically, knowing that the smoothness information of the postoperative blood vessel of the first deep venous thrombosis patient is obtained through the first training model, a first care scheme can be generated according to the smoothness information of the postoperative blood vessel, and further it can be understood that if the postoperative recovery is better, the blood vessel is smoother, the patient can properly walk, venous reflux is promoted, and venous thrombosis is prevented; on the contrary, if the postoperative recovery is not ideal, the patient should lie in bed as much as possible, and the patient should have limbs 20-30cm higher than the plane of the heart, so as to promote venous return, reduce venous pressure and relieve pain and edema. And then according to the first nursing scheme is right the postoperative care is carried out to first dark venous thrombosis patient, has reached through the unobstructed degree according to postoperative blood vessel, aassessment patient's self condition of recovering and then provides the technical effect of practical reasonable postoperative recovery scheme.
Further, the embodiment of the application further comprises:
step S1010: obtaining second image information, wherein the second image information is the image information of the first deep vein thrombosis patient shot by a camera when the patient is in bed rest in a hospital;
Step S1020: acquiring the affected limb position information of the first deep venous thrombosis patient according to the second image information;
step S1030: judging whether the affected limb position information meets standard affected limb position information or not;
step S1040: if the first prompting information is not satisfied, obtaining the first prompting information;
step S1050: and reminding a first accompanying person to correct the information of the affected limb position of the first deep vein thrombosis patient according to the first reminding information.
Specifically, in order to further carry out postoperative care to the patient of first dark vein thrombosis, still can obtain second image information, second image information is the camera shooting the image information of the patient of first dark vein thrombosis when the bed rest of hospital, when the patient had a rest, because of unconscious not taking care of rest gesture, it is unreasonable probably to make suffering from limb position, influences patient health, consequently need carry out real-time supervision to the image information when bed rest, be convenient for correct unreasonable sleeping gesture and suffering from limb position. And further, obtaining the affected limb position information of the first deep vein thrombosis patient according to the second image information, namely whether the affected limb position posture is normal or not, whether the affected limb position is favorable for recovery of the affected limb or not, and judging whether the affected limb position information meets the standard affected limb position information or not, wherein the standard affected limb position information is that the affected limb is preferably 20-30 cm higher than the heart plane, and the knee joint is slightly bent so as to facilitate dorsum flexion and extension movement and accelerate recovery of the patient. If the first reminding information is not satisfied, that is, the patient's posture of the patient in the sleep state is unreasonable, the first reminding information is information for reminding a first accompanying person to correct the patient's position of the patient suffering from the first deep vein thrombosis, and the first accompanying person can be the family member of the patient or the accompanying person. By correcting the posture of the affected limb in the sleep state of the patient, the technical effect of avoiding unreasonable delay of recovery of the patient due to the posture of the affected limb is achieved.
Further, the embodiment of the application further comprises:
step S1110: obtaining third image information, wherein the third image information is the image information of home maintenance of the first deep vein thrombosis patient shot by a camera;
step S1120: obtaining the movement quantity information of the first deep vein thrombosis patient according to the third image information;
step S1130: judging whether the motion quantity information meets preset motion quantity information or not;
step S1140: if the first prompting information is not satisfied, obtaining second prompting information;
step S1150: and reminding the patient with the first deep venous thrombosis to move properly according to the second reminding information.
Specifically, when the recovery degree of the affected limbs of the patient is good, the patient can reach the discharge standard, and after the patient is agreed by the main doctor, the patient can be discharged to home for rest. Therefore, the third image information can be obtained, the third image information is the image information of home maintenance of the first deep vein thrombosis patient shot by the camera, the condition of the patient at home can be obtained by monitoring the third image information in real time, further, the exercise amount information of the first deep vein thrombosis patient can be obtained according to the third image information, the patient is encouraged to perform proper daily exercise, blood flow at the affected limb is promoted, the user can intuitively grasp that the patient is more in lying time or more in exercise time through the third image information, further, whether the exercise amount information meets the preset exercise amount information is judged, the preset exercise amount information is reasonable exercise amount, excessive or insufficient can be avoided, long-distance walking is avoided, when the affected limb is swollen and untimely and lies in bed, moderate exercise amount is ensured, reasonable exercise is ensured, if the exercise is not met, the patient can be possibly exercised excessively or lack of exercise, and the second reminding information is obtained, so that the first deep vein thrombosis patient is reminded to perform proper exercise, and a moderate balance is kept, and the best rehabilitation effect is achieved.
