receiving a bill confirmed by a user through an APP, or if the bill is not confirmed all the time by the client, automatically confirming the bill when the bill confirmation is up to date;
the bill waits for the client to pay, and multiple payments are carried out before the payment due date until all payments of the bill are completed; or when the client that the payment is still not completely paid by the payment due deadline arrives, the account of the monthly payment settlement period is automatically frozen.
7. An apparatus for bill management, the apparatus comprising:
a configuration module configured to configure billing data for billing management, the billing data including: a date of charge, date of payment and/or a line mode, the line mode comprising: a limit approval mode and a guarantee fund mode;
the creating module is used for creating an account bill according to the bill data;
and the payment module is used for acquiring a payment mode matched with the account bill and paying the account bill after the account bill is created.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a processing module to:
if the payment is successful, deducting the corresponding amount of the client, and increasing the corresponding amount after the refund is successful;
carrying out data signature on the quota in the data table;
generating an application record and a fund change streamline according to each change of available quota, wherein the application record comprises the type, amount, service order number, change state and/or service identification of quota change, and the fund change streamline comprises the quota before and after change and/or the change type;
the processing of the monthly bill comprises: initializing, settling accounts, confirming and repaying;
initializing before accounting, and obtaining an initial billing record after initialization, wherein the initial billing record comprises: accounting period range, charge-out date, bill payment due date and payment due date of the bill;

9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 are implemented by the processor when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, the computer program being executable by at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
