The electric control system 24 calculates a difference between the detection value of the first temperature sensor 21 and the detection value of the second temperature sensor 22 and compares the difference with a set cleaning temperature difference value, which is preset and input to the electric control system 24, and compares the detection value of the first pressure sensor 19 with a set cleaning pressure of the heat medium passage. When the difference value between the detection value of the first temperature sensor 21 and the detection value of the second temperature sensor 22 is smaller than the cleaning temperature difference set value and the first pressure sensor 19 is smaller than the cleaning pressure set value of the heat medium channel, the plate heat exchanger 1 is judged to have the scaling blockage situation in the refrigerant channel. At this time, the electrical control system 24 controls and starts the cleaning agent delivery pump 18 to clean the refrigerant channel, and the detection value of the pH detector 23 on the refrigerant inlet pipe 7 is compared with the pH set value of the plate heat exchanger 1 to perform pulse adjustment, so as to automatically control the dosage of the cleaning agent. The time for delivering the cleaning agent is t2 minutes in the electric control system 24, after cleaning is started for t2 minutes, the cleaning agent delivery pump 18 is closed, and then normal heat exchange work is resumed.
When the difference value between the detection value of the first temperature sensor 21 and the detection value of the second temperature sensor 22 is smaller than the cleaning temperature difference set value and the first pressure sensor 19 is larger than or equal to the cleaning pressure set value of the heat medium channel, the situation that both the refrigerant channel and the heat medium channel of the plate heat exchanger 1 are scaled and blocked is judged. At this time, the electric control system 24 controls the heat medium delivery pump 16 to be turned off, the third control valve 14 on the first communication pipe 10 is opened, the second control valve 13 on the refrigerant outlet pipe 8 is then closed, the heat medium passage is flushed with the refrigerant, the flushing time t3 minutes is input into the electric control system 24, the fourth control valve 15 on the second communication pipe 11 is then opened after the flushing time t3 minutes, the first control valve 12 on the heat medium outlet pipe 6 is then closed, and the cleaning agent delivery pump 18 is then started to clean the refrigerant passage. The pulse adjustment is carried out by comparing the detection value of the pH detector 23 on the refrigerant inlet pipe 7 with the cleaning pH set value of the plate heat exchanger 1 so as to automatically control the adding amount of the cleaning agent. The time for delivering the cleaning agent is t4 minutes, after cleaning is started for t4 minutes, the second control valve 13 on the refrigerant outlet pipe 8 is opened, the third control valve 14 on the first communication pipe 10 is closed, the first control valve 12 on the heating medium outlet pipe 6 is opened, the fourth control valve 15 on the second communication pipe 11 is closed, and the heating medium delivery pump 16 is started to return to the normal heat exchange operation.
The full-automatic self-cleaning plate type heat exchange device and the cleaning control method provided by the invention enable the plate type heat exchanger 1 to run and clean in a full-automatic manner without stopping, the cleaning time is short, and the production is not influenced; manual operation is not needed, and manual damage to equipment is avoided; the cleaning water is not required to be additionally arranged, pollution discharge is avoided, and the cleaning water is economical and environment-friendly and has good use prospect and popularization value.

A full-automatic self-cleaning plate type heat exchange device is characterized by comprising a plate type heat exchanger, a heat medium inlet pipe and a heat medium outlet pipe which are connected with a heat medium channel of the plate type heat exchanger, a refrigerant inlet pipe and a refrigerant outlet pipe which are connected with a refrigerant channel of the plate type heat exchanger, a cleaning agent dosing pipe connected with the refrigerant inlet pipe, a first communicating pipe connected with the refrigerant outlet pipe and the heat medium inlet pipe, and a second communicating pipe connected with the refrigerant outlet pipe and the heat medium outlet pipe, wherein a heat medium delivery pump, a refrigerant delivery pump and a cleaning agent delivery pump are respectively arranged on the heat medium inlet pipe, the refrigerant inlet pipe and the cleaning agent dosing pipe, a first control valve, a second control valve, a third control valve and a fourth control valve are respectively arranged on the heat medium outlet pipe, the refrigerant outlet pipe, the first communicating pipe and the second communicating pipe, one end of the first communicating pipe, the other end of the second communicating pipe is connected to a refrigerant outlet pipe at the liquid inlet end of the second control valve, one end of the second communicating pipe is connected to a heat medium outlet pipe at the liquid inlet end of the first control valve, and the other end of the second communicating pipe is connected to a refrigerant outlet pipe at the liquid outlet end of the second control valve.

The automatic cleaning plate type heat exchange device according to claim 1, further comprising a first pressure sensor for detecting the pressure value at the inlet end of the heat medium channel of the plate type heat exchanger, and a second pressure sensor for detecting the pressure value at the inlet end of the refrigerant channel of the plate type heat exchanger, wherein the first pressure sensor is arranged on the heat medium inlet pipe between the joint of the heat medium inlet pipe and the first communication pipe and the plate type heat exchanger, and the second pressure sensor is arranged on the refrigerant inlet pipe between the joint of the refrigerant inlet pipe and the cleaning liquid feeding pipe and the plate type heat exchanger.

The automatic cleaning plate type heat exchange device according to claim 2, further comprising a first temperature sensor for detecting a temperature value at an inlet end of a heat medium channel of the plate type heat exchanger, and a second temperature sensor for detecting a temperature value at an outlet end of the heat medium channel of the plate type heat exchanger, wherein the first temperature sensor and the first pressure sensor are arranged in parallel on the heat medium inlet pipe between the connection of the heat medium inlet pipe and the first communication pipe and the plate type heat exchanger, and the second temperature sensor is arranged on the heat medium outlet pipe between the connection of the heat medium outlet pipe and the second communication pipe and the plate type heat exchanger.

The full-automatic self-cleaning plate type heat exchange device according to claim 3, wherein a pH detector is further arranged on the refrigerant inlet pipe, and the pH detector is located between the joint of the refrigerant inlet pipe and the cleaning agent feeding pipe and the plate type heat exchanger.

The automatic cleaning plate type heat exchange device according to claim 4, further comprising an electrical control system, wherein the electrical control system is respectively connected with the first control valve, the second control valve, the third control valve, the fourth control valve, the heat medium delivery pump, the refrigerant delivery pump, the cleaning agent delivery pump, the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor and the pH detector.

The plate heat exchanger of claim 1, wherein the heating medium inlet pipe and the cleaning agent feeding pipe are respectively provided with a first check valve for preventing the heating medium in the heating medium inlet pipe from flowing back and a second check valve for preventing the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent feeding pipe from flowing back, and the first check valves are located on the heating medium inlet pipe between the connection of the heating medium inlet pipe and the first communication pipe and the heating medium delivery pump.

The full-automatic self-cleaning plate type heat exchange device according to claim 1, further comprising a heat medium reservoir connected to the ends of the heat medium inlet pipe and the heat medium outlet pipe, a refrigerant reservoir connected to the ends of the refrigerant inlet pipe and the refrigerant outlet pipe, and a cleaning agent reservoir connected to the end of the cleaning agent dosing pipe, wherein the liquid inlet end of the heat medium inlet pipe is communicated with the liquid outlet on the heat medium reservoir, the liquid outlet end of the heat medium outlet pipe is connected with the liquid inlet on the heat medium reservoir, the liquid inlet end of the refrigerant inlet pipe is connected with the liquid outlet on the refrigerant reservoir, and the liquid outlet end of the refrigerant outlet pipe is connected with the liquid inlet on the refrigerant reservoir.

A cleaning control method of a full-automatic self-cleaning plate type heat exchange device is characterized in that after the heat exchange work of the full-automatic self-cleaning plate type heat exchange device is started, a first pressure sensor detection value and a second pressure sensor detection value are obtained in real time, the first pressure sensor detection value is compared with a heating medium channel cleaning pressure set value, the second pressure sensor detection value is compared with a cooling medium channel cleaning pressure set value, whether a heating medium channel and a cooling medium channel of the plate type heat exchanger are blocked or not is judged according to the comparison result, and the opening and closing of a control valve and a delivery pump on a corresponding pipeline are adjusted according to the judgment result;
and/or the electric control system calculates the difference value between the detection value of the first temperature sensor and the detection value of the second temperature sensor, compares the difference value with a cleaning temperature difference set value, compares the detection value of the first pressure sensor with a cleaning pressure set value of the heat medium channel, judges whether the refrigerant channel and the heat medium channel of the plate heat exchanger are blocked according to the comparison result, and adjusts the opening and closing of a control valve and a delivery pump on the corresponding pipeline according to the judgment result.

The method of claim 8, wherein when the second pressure sensor detects a value greater than or equal to the set coolant channel cleaning pressure and the first pressure sensor detects a value less than the set coolant channel cleaning pressure, and/or when the difference between the first temperature sensor detection value and the second temperature sensor detection value is less than the set cleaning temperature difference and the first pressure sensor detects a value less than the set coolant channel cleaning pressure, it is determined that the plate heat exchanger has a fouling in the coolant channel;
when the detection value of the second pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the cleaning pressure set value of the refrigerant channel and the detection value of the first pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the cleaning pressure set value of the heat medium channel and/or when the difference value between the detection value of the first temperature sensor and the detection value of the second temperature sensor is less than the cleaning temperature difference set value and the detection value of the first pressure sensor is greater than or equal to the cleaning pressure set value of the heat medium channel, the situation that both the refrigerant channel and the heat medium channel of the plate heat exchanger are scaled and blocked is judged;
when the condition that the refrigerant channel of the plate heat exchanger is scaled and blocked is judged, starting a cleaning agent delivery pump to clean the refrigerant channel, closing the cleaning agent delivery pump after cleaning for a period of time, and then recovering normal heat exchange work;
when the situation that scaling and blocking exist in both the refrigerant channel and the heat medium channel of the plate heat exchanger is judged, the heat medium delivery pump is closed, the third control valve is opened, the second control valve is closed, the heat medium channel is flushed by the refrigerant, the fourth control valve is opened and the first control valve is closed in sequence after the heat medium channel is flushed for a period of time, the cleaning agent delivery pump is started to clean the refrigerant channel, the second control valve is opened, the third control valve is closed, the first control valve is opened and the fourth control valve is closed in sequence after the cleaning is performed for a period of time, and then the heat medium delivery pump is started to recover normal heat exchange work.
