Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, specific embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting of the application. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant portions of the present application are shown in the drawings. Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the operations (or steps) as a sequential process, many of the operations can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
The application provides a lubrication adjusting method of a compressor, aims at improving the suction pressure of the compressor through the suction pressure adjustment of the compressor, and increases the flow of a refrigerant entering the compressor through improving the suction pressure of the compressor. In the operation process of the existing compressor, due to the fact that no good lubrication adjustment is carried out, under the condition that the suction pressure of the compressor is too low, the condition that oil supply in the compressor is not smooth or oil return cannot be carried out during suction can be caused, and the compressor is poor in lubrication. Particularly, when the compressor operates in an ultra-low temperature environment, the suction pressure of the compressor is relatively low, and when frost forms, the suction pressure of the compressor is further reduced, so that poor lubrication of the compressor often occurs when the compressor operates in the ultra-low temperature environment. Therefore, the lubrication adjusting method of the compressor provided by the embodiment of the application is provided to solve the technical problem that poor lubrication is caused by too low suction pressure of the existing compressor.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a lubrication adjustment method of a compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the lubrication adjustment method of the compressor provided in this embodiment may be performed by a lubrication adjustment device of the compressor, the lubrication adjustment device of the compressor may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the lubrication adjustment device of the compressor may be formed by two or more physical entities or may be formed by one physical entity. Generally, the lubrication regulating device of the compressor may be a compressor main control device.
The following description will be given taking a lubrication adjusting apparatus of a compressor as an example of an apparatus for performing a lubrication adjusting method of a compressor. Referring to fig. 1, the lubrication adjusting method of the compressor specifically includes:
s110, presetting a suction pressure threshold of the compressor, wherein the suction pressure threshold is a minimum suction pressure value allowed by safe operation of the compressor.
In order to realize the adjustment of the real-time suction pressure of the compressor, the real-time suction pressure of the compressor is improved. A suction pressure threshold of the compressor needs to be preset to provide a comparison standard. The suction pressure threshold value of the compressor is the minimum suction pressure value allowed by the safe operation of the compressor, and the minimum suction pressure threshold value is determined according to the safe operation experiment of the compressor. A suction pressure boundary value, namely a minimum suction pressure value, of the compressor with normal lubrication is determined through actual experimental data, and the minimum suction pressure value is used as a suction pressure threshold value of the compressor. It can be understood that when the real-time suction pressure of the compressor is greater than the suction pressure threshold, it indicates that the current suction pressure of the compressor is normal, and the refrigerant can bring back a sufficient amount of lubricating oil; when the real-time suction pressure of the compressor is less than the suction pressure threshold, the suction pressure of the compressor needs to be adjusted to avoid the condition of poor lubrication of the compressor.
S120, after the compressor is started, detecting a real-time suction pressure value of the compressor, and comparing the detected real-time suction pressure value with the suction pressure threshold value.
Specifically, after the compressor is started, the lubrication regulating device of the compressor detects the real-time suction pressure value of the compressor in real time based on the suction pressure threshold, compares the detected real-time suction pressure value with the suction pressure threshold, and judges whether the real-time pressure value of the compressor is smaller than the suction pressure threshold of the compressor. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the suction pressure of the compressor may be collected according to an air pressure sensor disposed at an air inlet of the compressor. There are many ways to collect the suction pressure of the compressor, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Further, when the compressor is operated, the real-time suction pressure value P of the air inlet of the compressor is detectedsAnd extracting the compressor suction pressure threshold value PsminAnd comparing the two pressure values to judge whether the real-time suction pressure of the current compressor is too low. In addition, in the comparison process, the suction pressure threshold value P of the compressor under the condition of different frequency adjustment is consideredsminTherefore, the embodiment of the application considers the influence of the deviation of the suction pressure threshold value, sets different deviation values at different frequency adjusting stages, and compares the real-time suction pressure of the compressor with the sum of the suction pressure threshold value of the compressor and the corresponding deviation value during comparison, so that the comparison of the real-time exhaust pressure is more accurate, and the influence of the deviation on the suction pressure adjustment of the compressor is avoided.
And S130, when the real-time suction pressure value is smaller than or equal to the suction pressure threshold value, adjusting the frequency of the compressor in a corresponding frequency adjusting mode according to the current frequency adjusting stage of the compressor, and adjusting an electronic expansion valve of the compressor to improve the real-time suction pressure value.
Specifically, when the real-time suction pressure value of the compressor is compared with the suction pressure threshold value, if the real-time suction pressure value of the compressor is larger than the suction pressure threshold value, it is indicated that the suction pressure of the current compressor is normal, and the internal lubrication of the compressor is normal. If the real-time suction pressure value of the compressor is smaller than or equal to the suction pressure threshold value, it is indicated that the suction pressure of the current compressor is too small, the condition of poor lubrication caused by small refrigerant flow is easy to occur, and the suction pressure of the compressor needs to be adjusted. And when the real-time suction pressure value is less than or equal to the suction pressure threshold value, adjusting the frequency of the compressor in a corresponding frequency adjusting mode according to the current frequency adjusting stage of the compressor, and adjusting the electronic expansion valve of the compressor. During the operation of the compressor, the suction pressure of the compressor can be adjusted through the adjustment of the operation frequency of the compressor. Similarly, the suction pressure of the compressor can be adjusted by adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the compressor. Specifically, the running frequency of the compressor is reduced, or the electronic expansion valve of the compressor is enlarged, so that the real-time suction pressure value of the compressor is improved, and further the lubrication inside the compressor is adjusted.
In addition, when the real-time suction pressure value is less than or equal to the suction pressure threshold value and the compressor performs frequency adjustment, different frequency adjustment rates are required to perform the frequency adjustment of the compressor corresponding to different frequency adjustment stages. The different frequency modulation rates are adopted on one hand to improve the real-time suction pressure of the compressor as soon as possible through frequency adjustment of the compressor, and on the other hand, the fluctuation of the frequency of the compressor is relatively stable during the frequency adjustment, and the phenomenon that the operation of the compressor is influenced due to overlarge frequency fluctuation is avoided.
Illustratively, when the compressor is in the frequency rising stage, if the real-time suction pressure value is less than or equal to the sum of the suction pressure threshold value and the first preset positive deviation value, the compressor is controlled to stop frequency rising, and the electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the superheat degree. When the compressor is in a stable frequency stage, if the real-time suction pressure value is smaller than the difference between the suction pressure threshold value and the first preset negative deviation value, the compressor is controlled to carry out frequency reduction at a first preset speed. And when the compressor is in a stable frequency stage or a frequency reduction stage, if the real-time suction pressure value is smaller than the difference between the suction pressure threshold value and the second preset negative deviation value, controlling the compressor to reduce the frequency at a second preset speed. And when the compressor is in a stable frequency stage or a frequency reduction stage, if the real-time suction pressure value is smaller than the difference between the suction pressure threshold value and a third preset negative deviation value, controlling the compressor to reduce the frequency at a third preset speed. And at each frequency modulation stage, the electronic expansion valve of the compressor is adjusted at the same time. And controlling the electronic expansion valve to be opened at a corresponding speed and step by detecting the difference between the current compressor exhaust temperature and the condensation temperature corresponding to the compressor exhaust pressure when the difference is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, and stopping reducing the frequency and opening the valve until the real-time suction pressure value is greater than the sum of the suction pressure threshold and a first preset positive deviation value.
For example, assume that the first predetermined positive deviation value a is 0.1, the first predetermined negative deviation value b is 0.1, the second predetermined negative deviation value c is 0.2, the third predetermined negative deviation value d is 0.3, and the compressor suction pressure threshold P is equal tosminIs 1. P is detected while the compressor is in the up-conversion stage, corresponding to the different frequency regulation stagess≤Psmin+ a, i.e. PsAnd when the frequency of the compressor is less than 1.1, stopping increasing the frequency of the compressor, controlling the electronic expansion valve to adjust according to the superheat degree, and adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve to enable the superheat degree of the compressor to reach a preset value. Thereby adjusting the suction pressure of the compressor.
Detecting P when the compressor is in a stable frequency phasesmin-c≤Ps<PsminB, i.e. PsLess than 0.9 and greater than 0.8, and the compressor is controlled to down convert at the first preset speed S1. And detecting the difference value between the current compressor exhaust temperature and the condensation temperature corresponding to the compressor exhaust pressure, wherein when the difference value is more than or equal to Td(preset threshold), the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be opened at the speed E _ S1 and at the step E _ N1. And detecting the suction pressure of the compressor in real time until PsAnd if the frequency is larger than 1.1, stopping the frequency reduction and opening the valve. The threshold value corresponding to the difference value of the exhaust temperature of the compressor and the condensing temperature corresponding to the exhaust pressure of the compressor is set by setting the threshold value according to the temperature difference threshold value of the liquid return condition after the electronic expansion valve of the compressor is opened, so that the liquid return risk is avoided in the adjustment process of the electronic expansion valve.
P is detected when the compressor is in a stable frequency or down-conversion phasesmin-d≤Ps<PsminC is PsLess than 0.8 and greater than 0.7, and the compressor is controlled to down convert at the second preset speed S2. And areAnd detecting the difference value between the current compressor exhaust temperature and the condensation temperature corresponding to the compressor exhaust pressure, wherein when the difference value is more than or equal to Td(preset threshold), the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be opened at the speed E _ S2 and at the step E _ N2. Up to PsAnd when the frequency is larger than 1.1, stopping down-conversion and opening the valve.
P is detected when the compressor is in a stable frequency or down-conversion phases<PsminD, i.e. PsAnd when the frequency is less than 0.7, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at a third preset speed S3. And detecting the difference value between the current compressor exhaust temperature and the condensation temperature corresponding to the compressor exhaust pressure, wherein when the difference value is more than or equal to Td(preset threshold), the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be opened at the speed E _ S3 and at the step E _ N3. Up to PsAnd when the frequency is larger than 1.1, stopping the frequency reduction and opening the valve.
It should be noted that, when the electronic expansion valve of the compressor performs opening degree adjustment, different speed and step adjustments are adopted according to different frequency adjustment stages. The method aims to minimize system pressure fluctuation in the process of adjusting the compressor and avoid abnormal use of the compressor caused by overlarge pressure fluctuation. The opening speed and the step of the electronic expansion valve are measured according to an actual experiment, and the optimal speed and step are measured by adjusting the electronic expansion valve of the compressor at different frequency modulation stages and are used as the preset speed and the opening step when the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the compressor is adjusted at the subsequent corresponding frequency modulation stage.
Finally, the suction pressure of the compressor is adjusted in different stages by adopting corresponding adjusting modes, so that the real-time suction pressure of the compressor is greater than the sum of the suction pressure threshold of the compressor and a first preset positive deviation value, and the current suction pressure can meet the requirement that the refrigerant brings back enough lubricating oil.
The suction pressure threshold value of the compressor is preset, the real-time suction pressure value of the compressor is detected after the compressor is started, and when the real-time suction pressure value is smaller than or equal to the suction pressure threshold value, the frequency of the compressor is adjusted by adopting a corresponding frequency adjusting mode according to the current frequency adjusting stage of the compressor, and the electronic expansion valve of the compressor is adjusted. By adopting the technical means, the real-time suction pressure value of the compressor can be improved, the real-time suction pressure of the compressor is improved, the refrigerant flow of the compressor can be increased, and then the refrigerant can bring back enough lubricating oil, so that the condition that the compressor breaks down or even burns down due to poor lubrication is avoided.
Example two:
on the basis of the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another lubrication adjusting method for a compressor according to a second embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the method for adjusting lubrication of a compressor provided in this embodiment specifically includes:
s210, presetting a suction pressure threshold of the compressor, wherein the suction pressure threshold is a minimum suction pressure value allowed by safe operation of the compressor;
s220, after the compressor is started, detecting a real-time suction pressure value of the compressor, and comparing the detected real-time suction pressure value with the suction pressure threshold value;
s230, when the real-time suction pressure value is smaller than or equal to the suction pressure threshold value, adjusting the frequency of the compressor in a corresponding frequency adjusting mode according to the current frequency adjusting stage of the compressor, and adjusting an electronic expansion valve of the compressor to improve the real-time suction pressure value;
and S240, after a set time period, if the real-time air suction pressure value is still less than or equal to the air suction pressure threshold value, judging that the control is abnormal, and outputting an abnormal prompt.
According to the embodiment of the application, after the compressor adjusts the suction pressure, the suction pressure of the compressor is detected in real time, the real-time suction pressure value is compared with the suction pressure threshold value again, if the suction pressure value of the compressor cannot be improved no matter how the compressor is adjusted within the set time, the compressor is judged to be abnormal in suction pressure adjustment control, and an abnormal prompt is output. The device is informed to relevant personnel to overhaul the device, and further damage of the device is avoided.
According to the scheme, after the compressor is used for adjusting the suction pressure, whether the real-time suction pressure value is larger than the suction pressure threshold value or not is judged through judging whether the suction pressure adjustment of the compressor is carried out, whether the suction pressure adjustment control of the compressor is effective or not is determined, if the suction pressure adjustment control is invalid, an abnormal prompt of the suction pressure adjustment control is output, related personnel are timely reminded to maintain, the compressor is prevented from being further damaged, the safe operation of equipment is guaranteed, and the use experience of a user is further optimized.
Example three:

Referring to fig. 3, the lubrication adjusting apparatus of a compressor provided in this embodiment specifically includes: the device comprises a setting module, a comparison module and an adjusting module.
