4. A drip bottle filler as defined in claim 2, wherein: the slow flow inner rod (a6) is in a convex arc surface shape, and the convex surface of the slow flow inner rod (a6) faces upwards.
5. A drip bottle filler as defined in claim 2, wherein: the second slow flow groove (a9) is an inverted hook ring groove, and the inverted hook position of the second slow flow groove (a9) is positioned below the slow flow inner rod (a 6).
6. A drip bottle filler as defined in claim 2, wherein: the top end of the joint main body (a1) is a round ball with a diameter larger than the lower side of the joint main body, and the top end of the joint main body (a1) is arranged at the top end of the fixed connecting rod (a 8).
7. A drip bottle filler as defined in claim 1, wherein: the upper seal ring (d8) is provided with an arc-shaped groove which can enable the drip seal plate (d2) and the rotating connecting rod (d5) to rotate 180 degrees.
