One or both of the diffusion powder 4 and the autoignition powder 5 may also be preferably disposed in the gas generation chamber 14. The ignition improver 4 may be ignited by the powder portion 22 to generate a large amount of gas, thereby increasing output energy. When the window breaker reaches the service life, the window breaker can be placed in a high-temperature environment, the automatic igniter 5 spontaneously ignites to ignite the gunpowder part 22, and the window breaker is destroyed for use, so that the destruction is convenient.
Ignition housing 13 is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes 131, and a sealing foil 132 is disposed on the inner wall of ignition housing 13, and sealing foil 132 covers all air outlet holes 131. When the air pressure in the gas-generating chamber 14 reaches a predetermined value, the gas breaks the sealing foil 132 and is flushed into the firing chamber 15 through the air outlet 131.
The window breaking head 6 is arranged in the emission cavity 15, the periphery of the window breaking head 6 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the upper shell 11, and a sealing ring 62 is sleeved at the contact position of the periphery of the window breaking head 6 and the upper shell 11. The sealing ring 62 is fixedly connected to the window breaking head 6 and abuts against the inner wall of the upper shell 11, so that the window breaking head 6 is always kept in close contact with the inner wall of the upper shell 11 in the moving process of the window breaking head 6, and gas is prevented from leaking from one side of the window breaking head 11 to the other side. As shown in fig. 3, a conical head 61 is disposed on a side of the window breaking head 6 away from the ignition housing 13, and a window breaking 111 matched with the conical head 61 is opened at an end of the upper housing 11 away from the lower housing 12. When the gas in the gas generating cavity 14 is flushed into the emission cavity 15 through the gas outlet 131, the gas pushes the window breaking head to move, and the conical head 61 is knocked out from the window breaking opening 111 to impact the glass.
The conical head 61 can be set to a 60-degree sharp angle, so that a window can be better broken, and a phase cone structure similar to a bullet head can be adopted, so that the penetrating power is increased. Preferably, the radius of the break window 111 is smaller than the maximum radius of the conical head 61, so that the conical head 61 can only extend the tip out of the break window 111, thereby ensuring that the conical head can normally impact the glass and preventing the conical head 61 from flying out to hurt people.
The break window head 6 is connected to the ignition housing 13 by an elastic member, in this embodiment a spring connection 7. The spring connecting piece 7 pulls the window breaking head 6, so that the conical head 61 cannot extend out of the window breaking 111 to impact glass at ordinary times; when the gas in the gas generating cavity 14 is flushed into the emission cavity, the spring connecting piece 7 is broken under the pressure of high-temperature and high-pressure gas, so that the conical head 61 smoothly extends out of the window breaking 111 to impact the glass.
A plurality of air release holes 112 are provided on the side wall of the upper housing 11. Normally, the air release holes 112 are located on the side of the window-breaking head 6 away from the ignition housing 13.
