Specifically, referring to fig. 3, a storage battery 40 is disposed in the linkage cavity 4, and the first motor 10, the water pump 12, the second motor 18, and the third motor 36 are all electrically connected to the storage battery 40.
In the embodiment of the invention, the arrangement of the storage battery 40 can prolong the cruising ability of the device, so that the device is convenient for workers to use in the environment which cannot be connected with a power supply, and is convenient to use.
Specifically, please refer to the figure, a cabinet door 38 is arranged at the front side of the cleaning box 1, the cabinet door 38 is matched with the collecting cavity 5, universal wheels 39 are mounted at the lower single four corners of the cleaning box 1, and a handle 37 is arranged at the right part of the upper end of the cleaning box 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cabinet door 38 is arranged, so that a worker can open the collecting cavity 5 through the cabinet door 38 to intensively process the chewing gum collected in the collecting cavity 5, the working efficiency is improved, the four universal wheels 39 are arranged to facilitate the worker to move the device, and preferably, the surface of the handle 37 is covered with rubber to increase the friction force and facilitate the pushing of the worker.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: firstly, the device is moved to the upper side of chewing gum through a handle 37, a first motor 10 is started, the output end of the first motor 10 drives a first rotating shaft 7 positioned at the front side to rotate, the first rotating shaft 7 positioned at the front side drives a first rotating roller 8 positioned at the front side to rotate when rotating, the two first rotating rollers 8 are in transmission connection, so that the first rotating roller 8 positioned at the front side drives a first rotating roller 8 positioned at the rear side to rotate through a first transmission belt 9 when rotating, the first rotating roller 8 positioned at the rear side drives a first rotating shaft 7 positioned at the rear side to rotate when rotating, so that the two first rotating shafts 7 drive two cleaning brushes 6 to rotate when rotating, the chewing gum on the ground is separated from the ground, a medicine inlet 11 is communicated with a liquid medicine cavity 3, an organic solvent is filled into the liquid medicine cavity 3, then a water pump 12 is started, the water pump 12 is connected with a plurality of atomizing heads 15, the water pump 12 pumps the organic solvent in the liquid medicine cavity 3 into the plurality of atomizing heads 15 and then sprays the organic solvent, the plurality of atomizing heads 15 are positioned between the two cleaning brushes 6 and the collecting brush 17, when stubborn chewing gum residues are encountered, organic solvents sprayed by the plurality of atomizing heads 15 are similar to chewing gum and are dissolved mutually, the bonding effect between the chewing gum and the ground can be greatly reduced, the chewing gum can be cleaned more easily, the organic solvents can use essential balm, meanwhile, the chewing gum is not easy to be bonded with the device, the third motor 36 and the second motor 18 are started, the output end of the second motor 18 drives the collecting brush 17 to rotate, the output end of the third motor 36 drives the driving gear 35 to rotate, the driving gear 35 is meshed with the driven gear 32, the driving gear 35 drives the driven gear 32 to rotate when rotating, the driven gear 32 drives the second lead screw 30 fixedly connected with the driven gear to rotate when rotating, the second lead screw 30 is matched with the second thread groove 29, so that the connecting plate 28 is driven to move downwards when the second lead screw 30 rotates, the connecting plate 28 drives the two telescopic rods 21 to move downwards when moving downwards, the two telescopic rods 21 drive the two sliding blocks 20 to move downwards when moving downwards, the two sliding blocks 20 drive the collecting brush 17 to move downwards when moving downwards, so that the collecting brush 17 is contacted with ground chewing gum and sweeps the chewing gum backwards, the two springs 22 are arranged, the collecting brush 17 is extruded downwards under the action of the two springs 22, the pressure between the collecting brush 17 and the chewing gum is increased, stubborn chewing gum can be effectively separated from position, the collecting hopper 24 collects the collected chewing gum into the collecting cavity 5, the cabinet door 38 is matched with the collecting cavity 5, a worker can open the collecting cavity 5 through the cabinet door 38 to conveniently and uniformly process the collected chewing gum, meanwhile, the arrangement of the splash guard 13 can avoid the situation that the chewing gum is rolled into the linkage cavity 4 when the collecting brush 17 rotates, the influence is caused on parts in the linkage cavity 4, the structure is reasonable, and the, the battery 40 can prolong the cruising ability of the device, and the device is convenient for the working personnel to use under the environment that the power supply can not be connected, thereby being convenient for use.
