Abstract
本申请实施例涉及传输数据的方法和终端设备。该方法包括若终端设备根据第一配置信息,确定在目标传输资源上进行第一类传输,以及根据第二配置信息,确定在该目标传输资源上进行第二类传输,该终端设备按照第一预设规则,确定该第一类传输或该第二类传输为目标传输类型,该第一类传输为该终端设备与其他终端设备进行侧行链路传输,该第二类传输为该终端设备与网络设备进行上行传输或者下行传输;在该目标传输资源上采用该目标传输类型进行数据传输。本申请实施例的传输数据的方法和终端设备,可以在侧行链路传输与上下行传输冲突时,合理分配资源。
