In another embodiment of the present invention, when the second decorative portion is made of an aluminum alloy material, and the first decorative portion is made of a titanium alloy material or the inner side is made of an aluminum alloy material and the outer side is made of a titanium alloy material, an anodic oxidation process is used to form a second anodic oxidation film on the outer surface of the second decorative portion.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the inner side of the second decoration part is made of an aluminum alloy material and the outer side of the second decoration part is made of stainless steel or a titanium alloy material, a second PVD coating layer is prepared on the outer surface of the second decoration part.
In an embodiment of the invention, the specific operations of processing the stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material or the titanium alloy/aluminum alloy laminated composite material into the first decoration part, the second decoration part connected with the first decoration part and the mounting part connected with the second decoration part are as follows:
and forging and forming the stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material or the titanium alloy/aluminum alloy laminated composite material, so that the first decoration part, the second decoration part and the installation part are all of a structure with the outer side made of stainless steel or titanium alloy materials and the inner side made of aluminum alloy materials.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method for preparing the camera decoration part by using the stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material includes the following steps:
(1) As shown in fig. 4A, stainless steel 1 and aluminum alloy 2 with a certain thickness are laminated together after removing surface oxide layers by mechanical removal or plasma cleaning, and are compounded by vacuum hot rolling or vacuum cold rolling to obtain a stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material, wherein a mutual diffusion interphase layer is formed at a bonding interface of the stainless steel 1 and the aluminum alloy 2. The aluminum alloy 2 may be a single-layer structure composed of a single grade, or may be a double-layer structure or a multilayer structure composed of two or more grades of aluminum alloys.
(2) As shown in fig. 4B, a CNC (Computer numerical control) process is used to process the stainless steel in the stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material into structural features (such as a high light C-angle, a small a-plane, a lens hole, an inner chamfer, etc.), so as to form a first decorative part; the workpiece is then subjected to a PVD process to form a first PVD coating on the first decorative portion surface.
(3) As shown in fig. 4C, the aluminum alloy in the stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material is subjected to structural feature processing to obtain the second decorative portion 12 and the mounting portion 13, and the decorative member main body is obtained; in order to improve the combination of the installation part and the terminal shell, the surface energy of the installation surface can be further improved by performing laser etching on the installation surface (namely, the back adhesive attaching position) of the installation part. The installation part can be combined with the shell through back glue or can be combined with the shell through glue dispensing or welding and glue dispensing.
(4) And (3) taking an aluminum alloy plate, processing the structural characteristics (such as a high-light C angle and a small A surface) of the decorative ring by adopting a CNC (computerized numerical control) process, and coloring (such as silver, light purple, green and the like) the decorative ring by adopting an anodic oxidation process to form a first anodic oxidation film. The aluminum alloy sheet material can be obtained by extrusion or roll forming.
(5) As shown in fig. 4D, the excess aluminum material is removed to obtain a bezel 14.
(6) And the decoration main body and the decoration ring are assembled through structural interference or dispensing.
According to the camera decorating part prepared by the embodiment, the second decorating part and the mounting part in the decorating part main body are made of aluminum alloy materials, so that the camera decorating part is light in weight, high in weight reduction benefit and low in processing cost; the position with the maximum protrusion amount is made of stainless steel, so that the risk of scratching the lens is low; the two-color appearance effect is realized through the PVD of the stainless steel and the anodic oxidation process of the aluminum alloy, and the risk of paint abrasion and paint falling of the PVD process is low; in addition, due to the adoption of the integrated CNC processing of the stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material, the steel-aluminum interface has high binding force, good falling reliability, no glue dispensing and riveting, simple working procedure, good planeness and high yield.
Specifically, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method for preparing the camera decoration part by using the stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material comprises the following steps:
(1) The stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material shown in fig. 4A is subjected to forging and pressing to process the outline of the decoration main body, so as to obtain a forged rough blank 101 shown in fig. 5A, wherein the outer side of the forged rough blank is made of stainless steel, and the inner side of the forged rough blank is made of aluminum alloy. The forged blank 101 is of a shape and size close to the finished product and requires CNC machining to obtain fine structural features. The forging and pressing molding is a molding method of obtaining a blank or a part with required shape, size and performance by plastic flow of solid metal under the action of external force and plastic deformation.
(2) And (3) finishing the structural characteristics of the first decoration part by adopting a CNC (computerized numerical control) process, polishing, and then performing PVD (physical vapor deposition) treatment to deposit a color layer on the surface of the first decoration part to form a first PVD coating.
(3) As shown in fig. 5B, the structural feature of the second decorative part is finished by CNC process, the first PVD plating layer of the first decorative part is shielded by a jig, and the PVD treatment is performed on the second decorative part to deposit a color layer on the surface of the second decorative part, thereby forming a second PVD plating layer. The finish machining is to ensure that the product meets the pattern requirement and obtain the requirements of dimensional accuracy and surface roughness as high as possible.
(4) For promoting the combination of installation department and terminal housing, can further carry out radium carving with the installation face (the gum laminating position promptly) of installation department in order to promote surface energy.
Specifically, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method for preparing a camera decorating part by using the titanium alloy/aluminum alloy laminated composite material comprises the following specific steps:
(1) As shown in fig. 6A, after removing the surface oxide layer by mechanical removal or plasma cleaning, the titanium alloy 3 and the aluminum alloy 2 with a certain thickness are laminated together and compounded by vacuum hot rolling or vacuum cold rolling, so as to obtain the titanium alloy/aluminum alloy laminated composite material. The aluminum alloy 2 may be a single-layer structure composed of a single grade, or may be a double-layer structure or a multilayer structure composed of two or more grades of aluminum alloys.
(2) As shown in fig. 6B, the titanium alloy in the titanium alloy/aluminum alloy laminated composite material is processed by CNC process to obtain a first decorative part, wherein the titanium alloy is processed by structural features (such as high light C angle, small a surface, lens hole, inner chamfer angle, etc.); and carrying out structural feature processing on the aluminum alloy to obtain a second decoration part, then carrying out PVD (physical vapor deposition) treatment on the workpiece to deposit a color layer on the whole surface of the workpiece, and simultaneously forming a first PVD coating on the surface of the first decoration part.
(3) And processing the appearance surface of the second decoration part by adopting a CNC highlight cutter, and coloring the appearance surface of the second decoration part by adopting an anodic oxidation process.
(4) As shown in fig. 6C, the excessive aluminum alloy is removed to form a mounting portion; for promoting the combination of installation department and terminal housing, can further carry out radium carving with the installation face (the gum laminating position promptly) of installation department in order to promote surface energy.
The preparation method provided by the embodiment of the invention can enable the camera decorating part to be lighter, has less processing procedures, is integrally processed by CNC, and has high product size and flatness yield.
As shown in fig. 7, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal 200, which includes a housing 201, a camera (not shown) mounted in the housing 201, and the camera decoration 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, where the camera is located inside the terminal 200, the camera decoration 100 is sleeved on a periphery of the camera, the camera decoration 100 is mounted on the housing 201 through a mounting portion 13, and the mounting portion 13 is located inside the terminal 200.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the housing 201 is a rear case and the camera head decorating part 100 is installed around the rear camera head. In other embodiments, the housing 201 may also be a front shell, and the camera trim 100 is mounted around the front camera.

Claims (7)

1. The camera decorating part is arranged on a terminal shell and is characterized by comprising a decorating part main body, wherein the decorating part main body is made of stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material or titanium alloy/aluminum alloy laminated composite material, the stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material comprises an aluminum alloy layer and a stainless steel layer which are laminated, rolled and compounded, the titanium alloy/aluminum alloy laminated composite material comprises an aluminum alloy layer and a titanium alloy layer which are laminated, rolled and compounded, the decorating part main body is of an integrally formed structure, the decorating part main body comprises a first decorating part, a second decorating part and an installation part, the first decorating part, the second decorating part and the installation part are sequentially laminated, a through hole used for accommodating a camera is formed in the decorating part main body, and the through hole penetrates through the first decorating part, the second decorating part and the installation part; the mounting part is connected to one side of the second decoration part, which is far away from the first decoration part, and extends outwards relative to the outer wall of the second decoration part to form a skirt structure, and the camera decoration part is combined with the terminal shell through the mounting part; the camera decorating part also comprises a camera lens, a containing groove is formed on one side of the first decorating part, which is far away from the second decorating part, and the camera lens is arranged in the containing groove and covers the through hole;
the inner side of the first decoration part is made of an aluminum alloy material, the outer side of the first decoration part is made of a stainless steel material, or the inner side of the first decoration part is made of an aluminum alloy material, the outer side of the first decoration part is made of a titanium alloy material, a first PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating is formed on the outer surface of the first decoration part, the second decoration part is made of an aluminum alloy material, or the inner side of the second decoration part is made of an aluminum alloy material, the outer side of the second decoration part is made of a stainless steel material, or the inner side of the second decoration part is made of an aluminum alloy material, the outer side of the second decoration part is made of a titanium alloy material, and the installation part is made of an aluminum alloy material;
the camera decorating part also comprises a decorating ring sleeved on the periphery of the second decorating part, the decorating ring completely covers the outer surface of the second decorating part, the decorating ring is made of aluminum alloy, a first anodic oxide film is formed on the outer surface of the decorating ring, and the first anodic oxide film and the first PVD coating have different colors; the first decoration part and the decoration ring form a step structure along the outer wall of the through hole in the extending direction.
2. A camera trim according to claim 1, wherein the aluminium alloy layer is a single layer structure of a single grade of aluminium alloy, or a double or multi-layer structure of two or more grades of aluminium alloy.
3. A camera trim according to claim 1, wherein the second decorative portion projects a first predetermined height relative to the mounting portion and the first decorative portion projects a second predetermined height relative to the second decorative portion.
4. A camera trim according to claim 1, wherein the trim ring is connected to the trim body by a structural interference fit or by a dispensing connection.
5. A camera decoration as defined in claim 1, wherein, in the decoration body, the thickness of the stainless steel material is 0.1mm to 4.5mm, and the thickness of the titanium alloy material is 0.1mm to 4.5mm.
6. A method of making a camera trim piece according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
processing a stainless steel/aluminum alloy laminated composite material or a titanium alloy/aluminum alloy laminated composite material into a first decoration part, a second decoration part connected with the first decoration part and an installation part connected with the second decoration part;
preparing a first PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating on the outer surface of the first decorative part;
the decoration ring is sleeved on the periphery of the second decoration part.
7. A terminal is characterized by comprising a shell, a camera and a camera decorating part, wherein the camera and the camera decorating part are assembled on the shell, the camera is located inside the terminal, the camera decorating part is sleeved on the periphery of the camera, the camera decorating part comprises the camera decorating part according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the camera decorating part is assembled on the shell through an installation part, and the installation part is located inside the terminal.
