本发明涉及电网数据采集技术领域,具体涉及一种换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置。
背景技术
在直流输电***中,阀塔设备冷却***是换流站的一个重要组成部分,其主要作用就是对可控硅换流阀进行冷却,将阀体上各元件的功耗发热量排放到阀厅外,保证晶闸管运行结温在正常范围内。阀冷***采用水冷的形式,其中分为外冷水及内冷水,内冷水通过主循环泵(简称主泵)将冷却水送至阀塔各层,起到冷却作用,外冷水则对从阀厅交换热量出来的内冷水进行冷却。阀冷***故障直流输电***的跳闸因素很多,其中主水流量、阀塔压差均与主泵运行有很大的关系。
在阀冷***中,主泵电机和水泵振动、噪声的主要原因是机械故障,如出现汽蚀和装配不良,泵与原电动机不同轴、基础刚度不够或基础下沉、配管蹩劲、平衡盘或轴承损坏等为产生振动的主要原因。当泵体异常震动、泵体部件螺钉或基础螺钉松动时,电机或轴承温度超过规定时,泵内有异响或电机发生故障,必须停泵检修,因此对阀冷***设备进行状态监测与故障诊断是急需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,能对阀冷***设备进行状态监测与故障诊断,避免泵内有异响或电机发生故障时停泵检修,提高电网的运维能力。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,其包括:
数据采集模块:其包括三轴振动传感器、温度传感器、吸盘和LORA单元,其中,所述三轴振动传感器用于采集换流站阀冷***的阀冷主泵和主泵逆止阀的振动数据;所述温度传感器用于采集换流站阀冷***的阀冷主泵和主泵逆止阀的温度数据;所述吸盘用于将所述数据采集模块分别固定于换流站阀冷***的阀冷主泵和主泵逆止阀上;所述第一LORA单元将采集到的所述振动数据和所述温度数据传输到数据接收模块;
数据接收模块:其包括主控制单元、第二LORA单元、主时钟单元、人机交互界面,其中,所述第二LORA单元用于接收所述第一LORA单元传递过来的所述振动数据和所述温度数据,并将其传输到所述主控制单元,所述主控制单元对所述振动数据和所述温度数据进行处理并传输到所述人机交互界面显示,以显示换流站阀冷***的阀冷主泵和主泵逆止阀的运行状态;所述主时钟单元用于给所述主控制单元提供时钟数据。

作为一种可选的实施方式,在某些实施例中,所述主时钟单元采用高精度时钟芯片DS3231且所述主时钟单元配置有电池,以实现装置掉电时可保持时钟运行。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在某些实施例中,所述主控制单元采用STM32F1系列32位CPU。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在某些实施例中,所述第一LORA单元和所述第二LORA单元均采用SEMTECH公司SX1278射频芯片,工作频段为410-441MHz。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在某些实施例中,所述数据采集模块采用成都拓芯TX9L233LORA型号的传感器。
作为一种可选的实施方式,在某些实施例中,所述人机交互界面采用步科GL-100E触摸屏。
本实施例中,对主泵监测装置的硬件构成部分说明如下:
(1)主控制单元:发射端/接收端CPU采用ST公司高性能、低成本、低功耗的嵌入式应用设计的STM32F1系列32位CPU,该系列CPU具有丰富的硬件外设结构和强大的运算能力。控制模块集成工作数据传输指示灯,CPU板集成电源指示灯,集成声音报警器,接收的监测数据超出预设定值,则报警提示;电源输入接口,外接12V、1A的电源适配器;数据可发送到云平台,手机电脑等程查看接收报警信息;带有固件升级功能,带有内部逻辑计算,主动判断告警异常;支持与上位机软件、组态软件、PLC设备配套使用,支持软件平台查看数据,手机短信、微信接收报警信息。
2)信号采集接口设置接口过流过压错节保护,接口配有过压及反接保护措施,有较高的可靠性和抗干扰能力。
(3)第一LORA单元和第二LORA单元:采用SEMTECH公司SX1278射频芯片,工作频段为410-441MHz。
(4)数据采集模块采用成都拓芯TX9L233LORA型号的传感器,传感器集成LORA单元,支持无线数据传输,内置“三轴振动+温度测量的新型数据采集装置,基于LORA协议,可低功耗长距离无线传输,检测数据以无线的方式发送到监控平台,支持特征值和原始数值传输,方便多种应用场景,传感器内置电池供电,也可外接外部电源供电,配合磁座安装方式可随意确定安装位置。
(5)人机交互界面:HMI单元采用步科GL-100E触摸屏,具备直观的人机交换功能具有较宽的工作温度范围,可在-20℃至+70℃的温度区间正常工作。触摸屏支持数据查看,保存,历史数据导出功能,支持以太网接口,通用现场协议MODBUS。HMI将机组的振动数据图形显示出来并在其上对应位置显示各测点标识及当前振值,***不断检查和更新各测点当前值的报警状态,如果出现报警,相应的标识改变颜色,使换流站运维人员及时了解及掌握主泵运行状态,分析及诊断设备异常或故障。同时在网络上的其他设备管理人员均能了解全部设备运行状态、预测变化趋势,对设备出现的异难问题进行会诊。
(6)主时钟单元:为***运行提供准确的时钟数据,时钟单元采用高精度时钟芯片DS3231,一种高性能、低功耗、带RAM的实时时钟电路,它可以对年、月、日、周日、时、分、秒进行计时,具有闰年补偿功能,工作电压为2.5V~5.5V。采用三线接口与CPU进行同步通信,并可采用突发方式一次传送多个字节的时钟信号或RAM数据。主时钟单元配置有电池,在装置掉电时可保持时钟继续提供精确的计时。
(7)主控模块数据存储单元:用于存储装置的参数信息,包括数据采集间隔时间、告警参数等,确保在装置掉电时重要参数信息不丢失。
(8)外部数据存储单元:用于主泵电机运行数据进行保存。可支持128G存储卡,按每分钟一个采样点,保存XYZ三轴振动数据、温度、运行时长等数据,可存储不低于一年的主泵信息。
(9)装置报警单元,采用CK9561四声报警声芯片,对温度、振动数据断续、超过定值、突变等故障信息采取不同报警信息。
(10)RS485接口:RS485接口采用信号隔离芯片进行了信号隔离,采用电源隔离芯片对电源进行了隔离,用于与PC进行后台通信,监视在线监测装置的工作情况,实现与上位机通信接口等功能。

Claims (10)

1.一种换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,其特征在于,包括:
数据采集模块:其包括三轴振动传感器、温度传感器、吸盘和LORA单元,其中,所述三轴振动传感器用于采集换流站阀冷***的阀冷主泵和主泵逆止阀的振动数据;所述温度传感器用于采集换流站阀冷***的阀冷主泵和主泵逆止阀的温度数据;所述吸盘用于将所述数据采集模块分别固定于换流站阀冷***的阀冷主泵和主泵逆止阀上;所述第一LORA单元将采集到的所述振动数据和所述温度数据传输到数据接收模块;
数据接收模块:其包括主控制单元、第二LORA单元、主时钟单元、人机交互界面,其中,所述第二LORA单元用于接收所述第一LORA单元传递过来的所述振动数据和所述温度数据,并将其传输到所述主控制单元,所述主控制单元对所述振动数据和所述温度数据进行处理并传输到所述人机交互界面显示,以显示换流站阀冷***的阀冷主泵和主泵逆止阀的运行状态;所述主时钟单元用于给所述主控制单元提供时钟数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,其特征在于,还包括主控模块数据存储单元和数据传输指示单元,所述主控模块数据存储单元用于存储数据接收模块的参数设置信息;所述数据传输指示单元用于在所述主控制单元与所述主控模块数据存储单元发生数据传输时,根据数据传输状态显示不同的指示灯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,其特征在于,还包括报警单元,所述报警单元与所述人机交互界面连接,其中,所述主控制单元处理所述振动数据和所述温度数据生成故障指令,所述报警单元接收所述故障指令并发出报警信息。
4.根据权利要求1所述的换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,其特征在于,所述主控制单元通过RS485接口连接有上位机,其中,所述RS485接口采用信号隔离芯片进行信号隔离且采用电源隔离芯片对电源进行了隔离;所述上位机与所述主控制单元实现数据交互,用于在线监视换流站阀冷***的阀冷主泵和主泵逆止阀的运行状态。
5.根据权利要求1所述的换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,其特征在于,还包括外部数据存储单元,所述外部数据存储单元通过USB-TTL接口与所述人机交互界面连接,所述外部数据存储单元用于存储所述振动数据和所述温度数据的历史数据。
6.根据权利要求1所述的换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,其特征在于,所述主时钟单元采用高精度时钟芯片DS3231且所述主时钟单元配置有电池,以实现装置掉电时可保持时钟运行。
7.根据权利要求1所述的换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,其特征在于,所述主控制单元采用STM32F1系列32位CPU。
8.根据权利要求1所述的换流站阀冷***主泵在线远程监测装置,其特征在于,所述第一LORA单元和所述第二LORA单元均采用SEMTECH公司SX1278射频芯片,工作频段为410-441MHz。
