Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical measurement, relates to a measuring technology of inner holes, and particularly relates to a portable simple diameter measuring tool for large-diameter inner holes and a using method thereof.
Background
At present, in the precision machining process of the inner hole with the size precision requirement of 0.001mm magnitude, an operator needs to continuously measure the diameter size of the inner hole, confirm the difference between the machined size and the designed size, then use the measured diameter size as the reference size for the next machining, and modify the machined size in a program according to the measured size, so as to ensure the requirement of the final diameter size precision of the inner hole. For the inner hole with the diameter smaller than 15cm, a portable measuring tool such as a diameter micrometer and a vernier caliper is generally adopted to complete the measurement. However, when the diameter of the inner hole is larger than 15cm, especially the diameter of the inner hole is more than 20cm, and the requirement for dimensional accuracy is high, for example, the size of the inner hole of the polar axis gyroscope support is large and cannot be matched, so the size control is strict, common portable measuring tools cannot meet the requirement for measuring range, and the following methods are generally adopted:
1. for the diameter measurement of the hole in the large diameter, the measurement depends on large-scale measuring equipment such as a three-coordinate measuring machine, a to-be-measured piece needs to be placed on a measuring platform in the measuring process, the operation of the equipment is complex, and a workshop worker cannot completely master the measurement.
2. An inner diameter dividing rod or an inner diameter dial indicator is used. The inside micrometer rod needs to be compared with the outside micrometer for measurement, the measurement reading is not visual, and the requirement on the technical level of an operator is high; when the inside dial indicator is used for measurement, the acting force is large, the part is easy to elastically deform, the measurement error is caused, and the reading precision of the dial indicator is 0.01mm, so that the part precision cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a portable simple diameter measuring tool for large-diameter inner holes, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenience and quickness in operation, high precision, small measuring acting force, visual reading and capability of realizing quick measurement under the condition that the inner holes are not detached from a tool, and a using method thereof.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
(1) the support rod of the simple diameter measuring tool can be designed into various length sizes, the support rod with proper length can be selected according to the diameter of the hole to be measured, and the support rod is mounted on the base to measure the diameter of the hole with large diameter, so that the diameter range of the hole to be measured is very wide.
(2) The simple diameter measuring tool can directly extend into a hole in a workpiece to measure the aperture in the workpiece in a workpiece clamping state in the machining process, so that the large-diameter hole of the workpiece can be quickly and simply measured, the measuring part adopts a first pointer dial indicator, the measuring precision is ensured, and the measuring precision can reach 0.001 mm.
(3) In the process of measuring the diameter size of the large-diameter inner hole, the two measuring ends are in contact with the surface of the inner hole through the smooth curved surface, so that the surface of the inner hole is not scratched, and the smoothness of the surface of the inner hole is not influenced.
(4) The simple diameter measuring tool can directly obtain detection data through the dial plate of the pointer type dial indicator, and has the advantage of visual reading.
(5) The method is simple to operate in the process of measuring the diameter of the inner hole, has low requirements on the operation technology of workshop workers, and is wide in applicable range of operators.

A portable simple diameter measuring tool for a large-diameter inner hole is mainly composed of a base 2, a supporting rod 3, a pointer type dial indicator 1 and a fastening screw 4, please refer to Figs. 1-5.
The base adopts and is provided with two parallel vertical edge integral type structures, for example U type base. The two vertical edges are respectively provided with a mounting through hole 2.1, the side parts of the two mounting through holes are respectively provided with a fastening threaded hole 2.2, the two mounting through holes have better coaxiality, and the fixed pointer type dial indicator and the support rod are respectively mounted in the two mounting through holes.
The sleeve 1.1 of the pointer type dial indicator is inserted into the mounting through hole on one side of the base, and a fastening screw is mounted in a fastening threaded hole corresponding to the mounting through hole on the side, so that the pointer type dial indicator is fixed. The measuring head 1.2 of the pointer type dial indicator faces the outer side of the base and is conveniently contacted with the inner hole to be measured, and a measuring end in one side contacted with the inner hole to be measured is formed.
The supporting rod is an integrated structure consisting of a rod body part 3.1 and a supporting head part 3.2, and the supporting head part is a spherical head structure. A use method of a portable simple diameter measuring tool for a large-diameter inner hole comprises the following steps:
step 1, preparing a diameter measuring tool, specifically:
one side of the pointer type dial indicator in the diameter measuring tool is fixed, and the fastening screw on one side of the supporting rod is loosened, so that the supporting rod can move in the mounting through hole on the side.
Step 2, measuring the inner hole with known size by using a diameter measuring tool to obtain a reading value M of the pointer type dial indicator, specifically:
