The fuel required by the internal combustion engine power generation set module is air and fuel used by the gas turbine, the supply difficulty is avoided, and the flue gas after combustion is connected to a flue gas exhaust pipeline of the gas turbine through a pipeline and is discharged without pollution.

Further, an operating method of the gas turbine black start system comprises the following steps:
s1: setting the generating capacity of the internal combustion engine generator set according to a control panel of a gas turbine control cabinet module;

As shown in fig. 1, a black start system of a gas turbine generates power through a generator set module of an internal combustion engine, is connected to a control cabinet module of the gas turbine through a circuit breaker 10, detects current and frequency by a controller 1 in the control cabinet module of the gas turbine, and then transmits the current and frequency to electric equipment of the gas turbine through a bus.
When the gas turbine control cabinet works, the internal combustion engine set is electrified, all circuit breakers in the gas turbine control cabinet are switched off, then the incoming line circuit breakers are switched on, and then the equipment circuit breakers are switched on one by one. At this point, the gas turbine control cabinet front indicator lights are energized and there is a display of process parameter values on the gas turbine control panel. And after the power is switched on, the power generation amount of the internal combustion engine generator set is set through the gas turbine control panel.
As shown in fig. 2, the shutoff ball valve 2 is opened, whether the fuel has impurities is detected through the filter 3 and the pressure difference meter 4, the fuel pressure is regulated through the pressure regulator 5, and the fuel is supplied by opening the dual electromagnetic valve 6 through a signal sent by the rear controller.
As shown in figure 3, the internal combustion engine directly sucks fresh air inside the cover, the fresh air is filtered by the air filter 7 and then enters the mixer to be fully mixed with fuel and then combusted, wherein a signal is fed back by the speed sensor 8 of the internal combustion engine, the air-fuel ratio is automatically adjusted by the air-fuel ratio adjuster 9, and the combusted smoke is connected to a smoke exhaust pipeline of the gas turbine through a pipeline and is exhausted. The internal combustion engine generator set directly absorbs fresh air in the housing to cool, exhaust is connected to an exhaust pipeline of the housing through a pipeline, a circuit breaker 10 is configured in the generator control box to serve as a break point of a circuit opening and closing brake, and meanwhile overload protection of the generator can be achieved.
As shown in figure 3, the integral internal combustion engine generator is arranged on a black start chassis 13 in a prying mode, and is also provided with a fuel leakage detection system 12 in a prying mode, and a machine can be stopped to alarm when fuel leaks.
The invention uses the internal combustion engine generator set to supply power for the starting system of the integral gas turbine. By the combination mode, the problem that the gas turbine is difficult to start when a fixed power supply is not available is solved to a great extent. The integrated level of the whole system is high, and the controller 1, the duplex electromagnetic valve 6, the circuit breaker 10 and the fuel leakage detection system 12 are arranged, so that the safety and the reliability of the system can be guaranteed. The fuel required by the internal combustion engine power generation set module is air and fuel used by the gas turbine, the supply difficulty is avoided, and the flue gas after combustion is connected to a flue gas exhaust pipeline of the gas turbine through a pipeline and is discharged without pollution.
