Description

Fertilizer suitable for soil remediation and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fertilizers, and particularly relates to a fertilizer suitable for soil remediation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural industries in China, heavy metal pollution of soil becomes a key focus of people. Lead pollutes soil seriously, and the lead-containing soil not only affects soil microorganisms, enzyme activity and physicochemical properties, but also secondarily pollutes surface water and underground water and harms human health through a food chain. The main causes of lead pollution of soil are coal, industrial lead, automobile exhaust and the like.
For the lead-polluted soil, the currently adopted main remediation methods such as physical/chemical remediation, microbial remediation and the like, however, the physical remediation, the chemical remediation or the microbial remediation have the defects of large investment, complex equipment, large environmental disturbance and the like, and the application of the method to the lead-polluted soil is limited. Although the prior art also adopts a plant restoration method to restore the lead-polluted soil, no method for processing lead which migrates into plants from the soil is provided, and the plant residues are easy to cause the secondary pollution of the soil if not processed or processed improperly. China has a large population and huge demand on grains, and the plant restoration in large-area medium and light polluted farmland to stop planting crops is obviously impossible. The method has the advantages that the method is more feasible and operable for screening and identifying the crops with low heavy metal accumulation from the crops or the varieties of the crops which are widely reserved at present on the medium-low polluted soil. The screening and identification procedures of the low-accumulation crops are simple and easy to implement, no ecological risk exists, and the screened low-accumulation crops can be directly popularized and applied locally.
Corn is an annual cross-pollinated plant with the same male and female plants, has tall and big plants and strong stems, is an important food crop and feed crop, is also the crop with the highest total yield all over the world, and has the planting area and the total yield which are second to rice and wheat. Corn has been praised as a long-life food all the time, contains rich protein, fat, vitamins, trace elements, cellulose and the like, and has great potential for developing high-nutrition and high-biological function foods. The existing research shows that the problems of serious growth and quality of the corn caused by the lead pollution in the soil occur, the root of the corn turns yellow and brown, and the root tip is necrotic, and meanwhile, the content of chlorophyll in the leaves of the corn is also influenced, and the growth and development of the corn are influenced.

the specific test method is as follows: selecting a certain corn test point (the lead element content in the soil is 64mg/kg) in Changfeng county of Anhui Hefei, transplanting healthy corns (seeds are purchased from Hefei Fengle Seiko GmbH, variety No. 21) in a seedling stage, applying the fertilizer, and then measuring the lead element content in the corns and the quality of the corns in a kernel stage of the corns.

Figure BDA0002869218270000111
Tests show (in combination with table 1), compared with comparative examples 1 to 5, the fertilizers of examples 1 to 5 have the advantages that the lead content in the corn is remarkably reduced, and in addition, the yield and the quality of the corn can be obviously improved by the fertilizers; in examples 1 to 5, different contents of each component in the fertilizer have different effects on the application effect of the product, wherein the fertilizer prepared in example 5 has large difference in the significance of each index.
In conclusion, the calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, the polylactic acid, the ethylenediamine disuccinic acid, the lignosulfonate, the D-lysine and the alginic acid are introduced into the traditional basic fertilizer, so that the fertilizer not only can effectively reduce the lead content in corn plants and the lead content in soil, but also can improve the yield and the quality of corn; experiments show that the fertilizer can effectively reduce the content of lead in the corn and improve the yield and quality of the corn.
While the invention has been described in further detail in connection with specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood that the invention is not limited thereto, and that various other modifications and substitutions may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, which should be considered to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
